Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Boston-Marlboro - Hudson

Great service and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

As I expected a Holiday Inn to be. Clean and neat with accommodating staff. I got the sleep I needed and went on my way.

Very poor customer service. Hotel looks nice since it is a new hotel. Quiet location. But the experience I had was not good at all. The walls at this hotels must be very thin, you can hear everything next room. If you want to get a nice sleep forget it, it didn't happen for me. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the tub. The desk manager at […] this hotel was very rude and when I went to check out the same night he wouldn't even look me in the eye or apologize. For us - easy on & off 495 & easy for handicap guests. Great service & friendly folks.

Staff made checking in and checking out a breeze . The staff was very accommodating . They were very friendly .

We found the Holiday Inn Express to be a great place for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a small refrigerator and micro-wave in our room along with a coffee maker. The only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast. Stayed 1 night in a King Room. Staff was very friendly upon checkin and checkout. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels. Ate dinner at the Horseshoe Pub nearby and it was fantastic. It was also close to several other restaurants and conveniences.

Had trouble with keys that took too long to take care of only to end up on another floor needing to call the front desk about a noisy room that was never taken care of.

On family vacation - the hotel was great! Very accomodating. Would stay there again.

I regretted picking this place with in few minutes of checking in. It started with the bad smell in the room, probably from the unclean dusty carpet. My nose started to itch so I called front desk and asked to be transferred to a different room. The Front desk staff did not seem particularly happy about the call and asked me what I mean by bad smell […] , this and that. She then went on telling me the hotel is fully booked and she can not change my room. Then she asked if I do not mind a room with a leaky bath tub and added I would not be able to use it. I was so tired from the days travel and had to some work done before I sleep so I accepted that for lack of anything anyother choice short of going somewhere else. My trip was for 3 nights so I checked out the next day and checked in at Hampton inn ...what a difference. Holiday inn need to look at their hotels as this is not the only bad experience at Holiday Inn. By the way I I'm even a priority Club member with them. Læs mere

Walls were paper thin which made sleeping difficult due to the partying people one night and the rap singing the next night. Hotel staff were very nice and tried to help but said hotel was completely booked on a Monday night.

The Holiday Inn Express was a fine value. The staff was very helpful, getting us a crib for our baby at 10:30 p.m. when we checked in. It's conveniently located near Route I-495, and the town of Hudson has plenty of shops to buy food and beverage, and restaurants, several of which deliver. I think this HI Express is one of the new remodeled places. The building condition and room comfort and cleanliness were superb and a great value. No pool, somewhat cramped area for continental breakfast, but this is not the Ritz. Also an excellent location just off Rte 495, although not a scenic spot. The walls seemed pretty thin. Being at the center of the second floor near the elevators wasn't particularly quiet, especially as the staff starts cleaning by around 8 am. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the rates reasonable, and breakfast pretty generous for what they could get away with offering.

Since all the hotels in this area are pretty expensive this was moderaterly priced and very quiet, within 1 exit away from mall and resturants and nice area.
