Massive room including bedroom, separate lounge & kitchen area, large comfy bed & convenient location for shopping, restaurants & pubs. This was our second stay & we would definitely book again.

Very happy with the apartments. Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk from central station and the main shopping areas and not far from Parkhead. Would recommend it to anyone and will certainly be staying there again in the future.

Spent the last week with my wife in room 406 and found the hotel description to be accurate. It was comfortable, quiet and had a kitchen with all necessities. The location was excellent only 10 minutes walk to train stations, main shopping streets and airport shuttle bus. Two negatives. Large, comforable apartment in Merchant City. Close to trains and subway stations. Lots of lovely and diverse restaurants and shops in the area.

Simple but comfortable hotel. Breakfast very basic continental. Room large and comfortable, however cost not reflective of level of luxury you receive. I paid £130 and in comparison to the kind of 4-5* you could get for that price, it lacked a lot of nice extras (eg. gym, room service, bathrobe etc)

Room was huge and clean, staff was great, good location, free guest laundry, free DVD usage, great pillows, inexpensive breakfast, there is a great bar/restaurant across the street called, "Home." You can't do better than this place for the money.

Great hotel, good price convenient location for world pipe band championship. Even had a complimentary access to washer/dryer. Only downside is no wifi.

A very pleasant stay, comfortable, and very welcoming. A little noisy at night, but that's to be expected when so close to city centre. I would stay here again.

While the cleanliness, customer service, and comfort at this hotel was extremely high, their was no wifi and the available internet was too expensive to bother with. I've never stayed at a hotel, 1 or more stars, that didn't provide free internet to their customers. Also, I've never been to a hotel, 1 star or more, that didn't provide parking for their […] customers. The parking here was only half off, and that was still way too much to accept. My only other complaint was that their Contintental breakfast was 6.00 GBP per person, so not really worth it. Breakfast anywhere in town was much more affordable, and tasted better for that matter. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel is in the Merchant City area which is full of different types of restaurants and also within easy walking distance of the main shopping areas. Must mention the hotel staff who were really friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable indeed.

One of the best hotels ever! The staff was amazing. Especially Laura. She took great care of us like family. The kitchen was great. Rooms are huge. My kind of pillows. Very clean. Can't wait to come back again!

The staff was very nice and helpful (though when we went to the area they said had a lot of places to eat breakfast we couldn't find them really). The hotel was nice and clean...the room decor was a bit outdated but it was spacious and had a kitchenette. The location was very convenient as well, in the old, medieval part of town.

The large rooms, the friendly and helpful front desk, the ease of getting where you want to go, all a pleasant surprise. However, don't stay at a Fraser Suite if you are expecting a full service property. It is NOT that. No restaurant, no gift shop, no candy counter. These things would not stop me; I'd certainly stay there again.

The suites are amazing: roomy, clean, attractive and comfortable. Most sights are fairly close. However, most rooms are over a bar/club which closes at 2am or later. Some overlook the yard where the bottle bank is used when the club shuts. Our room requests were not granted on arrival; after a couple of hours we asked for a change and were moved to […] top floor and given the bed arrangement we'd asked for. My tips are (a) ask for the top (4th) floor to be away from the bar noise, (b) ask for a room overlooking the road (away from bottle bank), and arrive early to check your requests. Check-in is 2pm but we got there at 11 and were able to move straight in and then change from 1st floor to 4th. Free tea/coffee/chocolate machine much appreciated. I liked this hotel. The neighborhood is pretty good, but it was still a bit of a walk to the heart of Merchant City. The staff at Fraser was incredible. Welcoming and really made me feel at home, plus helped with directions, recommendations, etc. What I didn't like was 6 pounds for 90 minutes to use the internet. Nothing comes for free, but that price […] is insane. The room was very comfortable, unfortunately the bed was not. Way too hard. In the bathroom, I really liked the heated towel rack, but points are deducted for the typical European half shower door. If your hotel claims to be an apartment or suite dwelling, get a full shower door. And there is no reason for a giant step in and out of the shower. Fraser Suites is a very good hotel with workers that any company on the planet would want, but it could easily be made a lot better by improving the little things. Læs mere

This is perfect for anyone visiting glasgow for either business or tourism. Hotel is in a good location, a short walk to one of the main stations. The room had a small kitchen and couch area so would suit anyone making a long stay. The one bad point was that our room was on the first floor above a local pub, as we stayed on a sat night the music was […] loud until 3am. A real eye-opener as an alternative to a hotel stay. These serviced suites offer the comfort without the hassle of hotel schedules. The very large apartment was very well furnished and spotlessly clean. The daily service was excellent as were the reception staff. The suites are located in the Merchant City area of Glasgow with a good range of bars and […] restaurants. The room was quite large but the ceiling was so high it took the radiator a long time to heat up the room. The kitchenette was nice. The location was great; easy walk from multiple train stations and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. I booked my colleague and myself into two rooms for a short business trip. I primarily chose it for the price, and was really happy with the results. We both found our rooms very comfortable, warm and cosy. Also felt it was a good location - as it was close to many restaurants, bars and shops (as well as our meetings!). The Fraser Suites are in a great spot, within walking distance of everything in the city. Our room was nice however the bath was rusty and as we faced onto the main road the nights were very noisy. An ideal location for visiting the Merchant City area and all its attendant entertainment options. If you are already a convert to the "serviced apartment" rather than hotel,you should not be disappointed here.If you are however, a regular city break visitor - and have not yet tried this style of accommodation,I thoroughly recommend it.

The staff at the Fraser Suites are wonderful and really make your stay memorable. Studio apartments are well furnished and clean. Beds are not the most comfortable, but this is the only minus point I could find. Would stay at the Fraser Suites again.

I have stayed here many times. There are only a couple of minor gripes. It can be noisy at weekends depending on which side your suite is located. There is a bar/restaurant on the corner. We had a great time in our studio. A real home home from home with every comfort-even dvds to hire free for a night in. The bed was huge, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom perfect. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and even shuttled us to the station.Fabulous all round.

The apartment was huge. The kitchen was nice, the bed was comfy. We were on the fourth floor, which was, for some reason, sweltering. I'm not sure why, as it was quite cool outside. We had our windows open, had the fan in the window, but we could not cool down that room. Also, the internet access in the room is wired only, no wifi. Fine for laptop […] users, but I had my iPad which has no wired option. If you have a car, the hotel will provide discounts at the adjacent parking garage. Læs mere

These apartments are excellent value for money and are situated next to the merchant city in heart of Glasgow. The facilities are superb. I dont think you could find better value in the city.

The hotel is located at the heart of the Merchant City area, which is being redeveloped as a tourist attraction. It is within walking distance to the shops at Buchanan Street as well as the St George main plaza. There are several pubs on the ground floor as well as other pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Delightful hotel. Close to train stations, downtown, restaurants, and great pubs. Large room with nice bathroom.

Although we (my family of 2 adults and a child) had booked a Deluxe Studio Room, we found ourselves in a much bigger spacious 1-bedroom suite - it was clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was functional and the bathrooms were clean.Most important, it had alift that stopped on each floor (much easier to move loaded luggage filled with shopping!). […] Overall, we had a great stay in the hotel and would defintely recommend to others. My wife and I arrived on a Tuesday evening and were quickly and efficiently booked in. I wasn`t keen on the £50 surety that was requested but understand it. I thought it was a nice touch to have Classic FM playing on entry, making it welcoming. The suite was lovely although the view was of the yard at the rear and not much better at the front. However, […] this was because of a disused building at the front, which may be regenerated soon and is outwith the hotel`s control. Handy for most things and with some nice eating places nearby, we found the 3 days there first class. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I had to find fault it would be that I found the internet access somewhat pricey. We had been to a similar suite in Toulouse, France, a month before and Fraser Suites was much better. We had a deluxe suite, so we had one room that contained a double bed, a sofa and tv, and a small kitchen area. It was nice to have so much space. The hotel had provided some good literature about Glasgow, the best for us was the food and drink guide as it helped us find somewhere to treat ourselves. Good location. Apartment spacious, but let down by lack of good 'kitting out'. There was hardly any cuttlery or crockery in the kitchen - only one desert spoon, no frying pan, or pyrex dishes for warming food/soup up in the microwave. There was no wifi in the room, and the cat5 cable that was supplied was not long enough to be able to use other than […] on the desk (i.e. couldn't use laptop in bed). The choice of satellite channels was poor & the settee uncomfortable (although the bed was very comfortable). The problems we experienced with the car parking discount voucher when booking out (being given an out of date voucher twice) were not handled well by the reception staff. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep, then it is fine and more spacious than a hotel room. If you are looking for proper apartment living/self catering, then it is a poor example & I have experienced much better elsewhere. Læs mere

i stayed in the suites for three days and i would thourghly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit glasgow and be in the centre of it . the rooms were very large and comfortable a ferguson fort william

Staff gave excellent service, and the location is great. Loads of nice restaruants, bars and shopping within blocks. The bed was not very comfortable, and the building is a little noisy due to its downtown location, but otherwise it was a very nice hotel. I would stay there again.
