Hampton Inn Bedford/Burlington, MA was very comfortable and the morning breakfasts were excellent for choice and quality. The hotel is kept up very well and the desk service and room cleanliness are top notch. They respond to problems with plumbing immediately and I highly recommend this hotel. hotel was very nice a little out of the way from boston but it was ok a little tough to find because its in bedford mass. gps had problems until i change locations on gps. We were VERY pleased with our recent stay! The hotel and rooms were kept CLEAN, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the continental breakfast offered a large variety of choices. My family and I enjoyed our stay although my wife wouldn't let me forget that we paid less for more room at another hotel 20minutes away. It was a nice hotel and the breakfast was full, it included the waffle maker and lots of other choices. I would recommend staying here. I spent 3 nights in Hampton Inn Bedford/Burlington. I was satisfied almost everything. Staffs were very kind and breakfast was nice to me. If they have a indoor swimming pool, it might be perfect to me. Anyway, I like this hotel and recommend.

Found the hotel to be conveniently located, got a lot of room for the money which was also a very decent price. Staff was very nice and polite, check in was a breeze. The restaurant across the parking lot, Pedro's, was amazing! Visit family in the area very often and have decided this will be out new spot to stay.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean, our room had a fridge and microwave and the continental breakfast was great - lots of selection including hot foods like eggs, sausage and waffles. There is a mall close by and lots of places to eat if you can drive about 3 miles - they have a shuttle but we didn't use it and I'm not sure how far it takes […] you. Overall a great stay! Læs mere

a bit out of the way, they are building a new major road that will be in front of the hotel, someday soon. . until then, GPS made it quick and easy to locate . . Hotel was a great value

I think our only complaint in regards to this Hampton Inn would be the pillows. Feather pillows really aren't ideal for every single person, as they offer little to no support. Great Place, very clean. But , pool close at very early season and few choices for night activities or restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay, first time staying in a Hampton Inn, was very impressed. Breakfast excellent, rooms very clean and beds comfy. Will stay again in our future travels.

Didn't want to pay the exorbitant rates of downtown Boston. This was a great compromise. 15 - 20 minutes away from most things we were interested; beautiful rooms; yummy breakfast. The personnel were helpful and kind as well. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Well done!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was a nice extra!! The pool was good and the rest of the hotel was clean and neat.

very good room if traveling with teenagers. Quiet, big breakfast selection, 2 queen beds & pull-out sofa...spacious room. If you are visiting Boston, this is a great place to stay for the value. A great hotel room to just return to, from the entire day & sleep. If it had an indoor pool for the cooler seasons, it would be even better. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Bedford / Burlington, and I was completely at peace with my decision. Not only is the hotel clean, well kept, great services, hospitable, great staff, great location, but it is also located in a great neighborhood in a peaceful & country like atmosphere. After only one day, I felt like I was at home. The town of […] Billerica, where the hotel is situated ( Google Map is WRONG) is a great little town, I will definitely go back. The hotel is near or not far from a lot of different things. My kids loved it and didn;t want to leave. My family and I stayed for several days on a New England vacation, and we were very satisfied with the experience. Breakfast was strong, and the staff was very helpful and courteous at every turn. Pool was modest, but in very good condition. Our kids (12 and 8) both enjoyed it. Location was a little tricky on our GPS. Worked great for our family of five. Comfortable beds and a sofa bed in great condition. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Excellent breakfast, although the kids would have liked chocolate milk and apple juice as additional beverage options.

Excellent hotel for short vacation. GOOD: The hotel is very clear, nice room service, BEAUTIFUL gym and POOL. The counter people are friendly and understanding. BAD: Isolation is terrible between the floors ... hotel has booked a family with children just above our heads which were quite noisy all night long jumping around. They should book noisy […] kids on the first floor .. but oh well. Hotel service for food was excellent for the free breakfast until a certain hotel guest screwed that up on our last day, we did not eat because all the food was missing during the breakfast hours even after complaining to her to get the basics (except for cereal box) , we had to eat out and my girfriend was really mad. The hotel is hard to find for outside visitor, our GPS had trouble locating it. We stopped at the other hotels nearby and NO one was able to give us the right directions. The adresses numbers are not ascending and the street name is not linear. They were NO INDICATION WHAT SO EVER in the streets for this hotel. Took us lots of time with our GPS to finally locate it. AIRCON was difficult to adjust, was always too cold or too hot. They should have a numeric version of the thermostat, not just an COLD HIGH or COLD LOW. DO NOT use the hotel address given on this website - use the address given by the hotel or on your GPS "Points of Interest". Otherwise you'll never find it, and that would be a shame, because it's really good! The suburb given on this website (Burlington or Billerica) is completely wrong and you will be lost if you follow it - go to Bedford. This was a fantastic hotel and I have no complaints about the hotel and/or room itself. The breakfast setup was very thorough and the service was excellent. The rooms were comfy and large. Even though I declined maid service in my 3 day stay, the maids were nice enough to leave me fresh linens and toiletries outside my door. While I did book a King […] Bed through hotels.com, I was given a dual queen room (queens were a bit small). This was not a fault of the hotel, however. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was an overall great stay. The one problem is the location - especially considering the poor driving skills of the MASS people as a whole and the constant traffic on the highways. Locally, the town is great. There is a mall only 3 miles or so away, plenty of restaurants and even a movie theater. However, the closest T line is in Alewife, which is 15 miles away and getting out of that parking lot is a nightmare during rush hours. All in all, I like the hotel and would stay there again - but if you can afford something closer to the city of Boston (if that's why you're visiting), definitely try to stay closer - especially something closer to a commuter rail or T line. The hotel is great place to stay. I have a great time staying there for 3 nights. But the direction to the hotel needs to be more clear, need to show the warning about searching the address using the GPS in the hotel confirmation as well as during the hotel booking process. I have tried to enter the address at Billerica (from the offcial address on […] the hotel website) as well as at Bedford (suggested by the receptionist) on my GPS and both failed to find the hotel. The receptionist also did not know quite well how to direct us to the hotel when we were lost but quite close to the hotel. We booked this hotel for one night before we could move into the accomodation originally planned for our vacation visit to Boston. The hotel is nicely located. The Lexington/Concord area can be reached easily by car. The building/rooms are new and clean, service is very friendly.

Very nice hotel, very clean, fantastic breakfast with large selection of fruit, cereals, hot eggs, waffles, etc. Nice pool and exercise room. Approx. 20 min. drive from the Alewife T station during non-rush hours, making it possible to see the Boston sights. Short drive from the Lexington/Concord historic sights as well. Nice hotel. City name should be listed more accurately on website for GPS users. It was frustrating to end up in the middle of a neighborhood with no hotel in site. Hotel staff are aware of the problem but have yet to update their website. I believe the correct city is Bedford.

This hotel was close to downtown Boston & an easy drive. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definately stay again.

we came from canada (ottawa) for couple days. we found the hotel very, very clean! friendly. very good for stay and relax after a day walking in boston. good service. will recommend it and will come again!

We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms and we could not be happier: the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bedding was very nice, Having 2 queen beds plus a pull out sofa made it extra convenient for us. The breakfast was above average - there were eggs and sausage patties, fruits that were actually ok to eat, variety of yogurts, waffles, as well as […] the usual suspects - muffins, bagels, etc. Also, all the variety of food was available till 10 unlike in many other hotels where you have to get up early if you want to get something. My only negative comments are: 1. the AC blows right on one of the beds, which is unpleasant; 2. the address of the hotel is not in Billerica - it is in Burlington, but no one bothered to tell us/email us this, even though we had called earlier. Using the Billerica address you end up about 3-4 miles away. The receptionist explained that their mailing address was in Billerica, and it happens all the time. So, why would they not inform people how to get to the hotel? Læs mere
