Hotellet ligger tæt på lufthavnen uden at du dog kan høre fly støj. Der er kort vej ud til motorvejen, hvis du skal videre til Toronto. Ind mod byen er der konstant kø, men det tager alligevel kun 20 min. at komme til Old Montreeal i bil. Godt overnatningssted, hvis du skal videre dagen efter.

Roligt hotel med vægt på klassiske væsentlige ydelser for et hotel. Velbeliggende i gåafstand til møder på McGill, til byens museer, det gl. franske kvarter og til Mont Real.

Dette hotel var meget tilfredsstillende. Rigtig fine værelser og god beliggenhed tæt på alt. Ingen støj hverken fra andre væselser eller gaden. Vær opmærksom på at den morgenmad, der er tilbydes består af muffins og youghurt. Men da der er køleskab samt service kan man nemt selv sørge for god morgenmad. Vil klart anbefale dette hotel.

"excellent hotel"
one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. service was great and fast. they all spoke English unlike other hotels in Montreal. the best part was this hotel was close to everything!!!

We had the best service ever. More than expected. Every staff person we dealth with made us feel as if we were the only customers there. It's funny to say that the quality of the water was amazing because most of hotels I go in, my skin does not like the water... We have decided that we will only stay at the Marriot Hotel each time we go to Montréal. […] Its only a 5 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes walk to the Bell center and only 10 minutes from St-Catherine... I already suggested the Marriot to many of my friends... Thanks! "Great Experience"
The hotel room was spacious and clean and offered a great view. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here and will do so again.
"Great Location, broken shower"
Hotel is nice and located in a great area. Our shower was broken when took 2 hours to fix. The onsite plumber (Gee) was great and had to replace virtually everything. As a Marriott Elite member, little irritated that management never asked about, apologized or offered anything for the inconvenience.

overall stay was great, however there was no steam room or sauna as hotel info stated and the steam room was the main seller for us to book there rather then somewhere else.

"Better than ever"
This hotel has been a Montreal favourite of mine over the years and I am pleased to say it continues to be a great place to stay. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room for its space and cleanliness. I look forward to my next visit!
Very good location. Extra charge for parking. Rooms need to be upgraded (renevoation). There are some stores on ground floor which are very convinient. We had good breakfast with reasonable price there.

"chateau champlain"
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was nicely decorated with beautiful view but on the small side. Not optimal for two adults and two teens - but doable. Nice gym and pool. We were awakened on two mornings by the pounding of jackhammers (I would guess) and the smell of paint (confirmed by the front desk). The floor directly below us is part of an ongoing […] renovation we learned. Desk staff person was apologetic and said we should have asked to be relocated. We didn't want to bother moving all of our belongings. Maid wrote us a sweet note each day to thank us for our gratuity. Now that's a first! Overall, hotel was a good value. Læs mere

Marriott Chateau Champlain-Montreal- great location, 3 blocks from rue St. Catharines, easy access to the metro station from the hotel. The room was brand new, recently renovated, even though the hallways were outdated; enjoyed a swimming-pool and hot tub;
"Get off the train and you're there!"
We're two older friends seeing Montreal for the first time. The hotel was clean - most important to us. Our large panoramic window looking over the city was beautiful. Clean bathroom with nice shower and lots of hot water. Could have used another bath towel - they give you 3. You're not in the heart of things, location wise, but for us it was good. […] We're walkers, and the location was mid-way between the Old City and the museum of Fine Arts, two things on our "must see" list. We took the train from the states and it was an easy couple of blocks from Gare Central. We discovered you don't even have to walk outside - not only was the station accessible by tunnel from the lobby, but so were the Metro and the Underground city. The gym was clean and modern, with all the machines I'm used to. The pool looked pretty but we were too busy to use it. There is an ATM in the lobby as well as a nice place for muffins, yogurt and coffee for a quick breakfast before sightseeing. We had a good time at the hotel, the staff at the reception are a bless. The maintenance of the hotel is not high quality, specially the bathrooms. Some of the furniture does not reflect 5 star hotel.

Very nice hotel, but after a long day sightseeing the city we came back in the afternoon to a messy room with wet towels as they didn't service the room. We had to call housekeeping for them to send someone to bring clean towels etc. Then the day we were leaving even though check out time is labeled and we confirmed it, starting at 10am the maid kept […] knocking on our door and stood outside waiting for us to leave. Great place to stay made vacation a pleasure..
The location to the Bell Centre was perfect! Took us 3 minutes to walk there. Only 15 minutes from the club as well. Only thing was that the maid tried to come into the room around 9am and we were still in bed.

Beautiful hotel and absolutely great location. View from the room was spectacular. Our only complaint was with the housekeeping schedule. When we arrived, there was no toilet tissue. We called and it was brought right up. The next day, we went out for the morning and early afternoon. We went back to our room at about 3:00 to find the room was not cleaned […] yet. We had to call again and they came up to clean it. The last day, the maid walked in at 8:00 AM and we were just waking up! She waited in the hallway and kept trying to come in until we put the "do no disturb" sign out! We hurriedly got ready and checked out at 10:00 even though check-out was 12 noon. Læs mere

The Hotel looks like it was once a nice hotel but now just looks old and tired. The bed linens had holes, the bathroom looked old and used and the decor needs renovation. Definetely not a 4 stars.

The location is great, it is walking distance to many things and the staff is super friendly. The decor is a little dated but beds were still comfortable and atmosphere was nice. There is a starbucks right in the lobby of the hotel which is super convenient.

Beautiful building a short walk from most of everything. Needs thorough remodelling(new bathrooms!). Needs more friendly employees(bell boy was an exception; he was helpful and nice) and better cleaning too. In present condition and service it is a 3 star hotel.
