Hotelværelserne blev booket til en god pris på Hotels.com dagen i forvejen. Værelserne er rummelige, med skrivebord, sofagruppe, stort tv samt ekstra vask. Hotelpersonalet er venligt og professionel. For gæster uden eget køretøj tilbyder hotellet en gratis shuttle-service i 5-mils radius, dvs. til lufthavnen og downtown med forbindelse til bus, tog osv. (Selfvølgelig modtages gerne drikkepenge) Hotellets morgenmad var friskt og der er rigelig med siddepladser. Hotellet har en pool tilgængelig indtil 22:30 som er ren og pæn med en behagelig temperatur. Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse. Det eneste lille kritikpunkt var noget motorlarm i nærheden af mit værelse på øverste etage i midten, som kunne komme fra klimaanlæg eller måske elevatormotoren som var lige overfor. Komfort og service i top. Morgenmaden var derimod kedelig, et righoldigt udvalg af portionspakket tørmad, hvidt brød og sukkerfyldte cereals, akkompagneret af et TV med fuld skrue - ikke lige min kop morgente. Som et overnatningssted for en enkelt nat var jeg dog vældig godt tilfreds.

"Restful Getaway"
Rooms were very clean, staff superbly helfpul which made our stay that much better. Thank you so much Super 8!
"Great access to I40"
Stayed two nights a week apart. First night was great. Room on 1st floor had been updated and was extremely comfortable. Second night room was on 3rd floor which had obviously not been updated. "Your Basic Motel"
The motel was basic- on a very difficult part of town to get to (right off the freeway on a ramp with oncoming traffic). The bedding was not clean- I saw multiple spots on the sheets and itchy covers. The staff didn't even inform me there was a continental breakfast. This was our second stay in a week. 2nd room was in need of updating and refurnishing. Probably should not be rented until it has been redone. Coffee pot was dirty and not restocked. Staff was great.

"Good basic motel.... but"
We were in town for the Balloon Festival.... The hotel itself is located with easy access to most parts of town. I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The sink stopper was broken and I has to pry the stopper out with knife. And the bed was not even on its platform and rocked whenever someone sat down on the bed or we went to sleep.... very […] aggravating. We also requested a refrigerator for the room at an extra charge of 5 dollars per day and I asked the front desk during check-in and they didn't confirm one was on the room. when we checked out I noticed they had charged me for it even though they never added it to room.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT WAS DIRTY, TOWELS AND BEDDING...VERY OLD AND DRAB. THE ROOM SMELLED OLD. I HAD TO BUY AIR FRESHENER TO HELP KEEP THE STENCH DOWN.

Easy access off I-40. Lots of food places north of the hotel on Coors Blvd. Free breakfast could use some fruit and muffins. Make-your-own waffles were good.

"STOP!!!!"
Stop! Do not book this hotel! The hotel staff (apparently 1 person for desk, housekeeping, etc) was very rude. The hotel itself, along with the furniture is deteriorating badly. Floors had vomit, and stains all over the place. Gang bangers in the room next door woke me up at 4 am with their party, and with and adjoining door from their room to mine, […] let's just say the noise was high, and the comfort/security level was low. I have stayed at cheap hotels, so don't think I was expecting 4 stars, this was just the worst place I have ever beeen in. I was so disgusted with the place, I didn't even want to take a shower there. I got out fast and waited til I got to my next destination. If you are not a picky person at all, you wouldn't mind this place, but if you are, then do not stay here. I am a smoker but even the smell this place overwhelmed me. The entire place is consumed by the smell of cigarette smoke and I restate, I am a smoker and it bothered me. The smell must linger because as soon as you walk in, it's hot. The rooms […] are hot because the air is not turned on until you do it yourself as you walk in. It didn't actually cool down until we checked out in the morning. Don't even get me started on the neighborhood. Since we stayed the night after a long day of driving and moving to another state, we were constantly concerned about walking out in the morning and our Uhaul being broken into. After a mix up with dates on Hotels.com, the clerk at the Days Inn across threw me out of the lobby, I made a last minute reservation at the Super 8 directly across the street. The lady on the desk at the Super 8 was very busy but polite and efficient. She apologized that the room was on the second floor but, they had an elevator. "Noisy!!!"
The air conditioner noise will definitely keep you awake. The plumbing is noisy when a neighbor above or aside you is using it.. You can hear the footsteps of the people above you all night long. "Keep looking if possible"
The rooms were cleaned up, I found hair in the shower and sheets. Breakfast was a joke, only bread, coffee and apple juice. If you are just looking for a place to sleep then this may fit the bill. If you would like any comfort or ease of mind keep looking.

I was very please with my reservtion and hotel.com customer service. Liked this place alot because access near convient stores and freeway. Large rooms and laundry on site with Wifi. Other walking distance to eat.

Fridge in room had stale/smelly food in it. We had to ask twice to be cleaned. Drain in sink was stopped-up. Asked it be cleaned...it never was. We were moved to a suite after our 2nd nite. That room was very nice.

Somebody was running down the hallway above our room until about 3am. Didn't get much sleep.

"Smoke smell BAD in the halls"
Elevator not working. Thank goodness we did not NEED it. We were on the top floor. The room/space was clean. All was ok. Just ok. Strong smoke smell in the hall. Very dirty carpets in the halls and stairs.
"You get what you pay for."
You get what you pay for. The room was good sized, but not very clean. There was hair on the pillows from a previous stay. Short supply of towels. The switch to one of the lamps was broken. But overall, I wasn't surprised. Like I said, you get what you pay for. Next time, I will pay a little more to stay somewhere else.
"Convenient to I25 & I40"
This hotel is one of many in the area, just off highways, so it's super convenient. No neighborhood to speak of, only fast food or chain restaurants (Village Inn) - good rate, clean room, easy access.

"Super 8 Hotel on I-40 and Coors Albuquerque, NM"
Arrived on a cold night, 12/22/10 and the heater didn't work in the room. The clerk was nice about moving us to a different one. The heater worked in the new room but was very loud. I had a hard time sleeping over the noise. Also, the room was smaller and didn't have any ammenities (little frig or microwave) that we have had in the past at other Super […] 8's. location was right off the hwy but other then that......every thing was bad, i guess u get what u pay for. headed from denver to phx a place to rest ur head . dirty, breakfast would have been better at 7-11. only had one set of towels and waited for ever for some more towels.

The room had crumbs under the bed and in the corners. Water for shower was lukewarm at best. bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. They had waffles, cereal and juice for breakfast.

"Convenient and affordable"
For the great price, this hotel was just dandy. It was clean and modest. I've stayed in hotels that were much nicer, but I also paid much more for them. Breakfast was reasonable and everything went as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways smelled like smoke, but the room did not. Overall it was a pleasant one-night stay.

"Small Rooms"
The rooms were clean but very small. It would have been ok for 1 person but just too small for 2 adults. We asked for an extra pillow and they said there were none. I find that odd for a Hotel. The breakfast was good.

Just and average hotel surrounded by 3 or 4 other average looking hotels. Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was fair but they had no fruit.
"Coors Blvd is a traffic nighmare."
They should fire the city engineer for the traffic pattern on Coors Blvd west. You can't turn left from Iliff to get back onto I-40. you have to turn right, go down a block then turn around in one of the local restaurant's parking lot. To be fair, the Super 8 was in better condition than I had expected. Aside from the lousy location, it wasn't a bad […] place to stay overnight. Fairly quiet considering how close it was to the I-40. I went to the local Applebee's on Coors Blvd north of !-40 after snaking my way thru a lot of side streets to get into their parking lot. Excellent customer service. "Sam" allowed me to check in at 11am (early) since I was in town early and had no where to put my things. He was friendly, helpful, and gave service with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking up close, no noise at night. The bad: The breakfast was very limited. Toast/Cereal/Waffle Iron. No pastries, […] muffins, or fruit. But hey, it was free. Although the seating area for breakfast was clean and organized. No pool or hot tub. Some minor maintenance issues in my room that should have been repaired. this hotel was selected due to access of family and ease of travel to locations in the city. hotel conditions were optimal as far as cleanliness, room supplies (i.e. soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron etc.)

"Needs improvement"
Thanks you for letting me give my input.it had a smell that was not pleasing when you first walk in the room. And we had a room with a running toilet. But for what I needed it for it was fine I was there for a wedding so I was there one night. I would have had to go to the front desk if I had to be there any longer. rm # 129. Thanks Mrs.Lady Tee
