Hotellet er stort og nydeligt, vores værelse blev opgraderett til en suite (måske fordi vi ankom sent på aftenen) med udsigt ud over vandet og værelset var veludstyret og fint. Når man ankommer til hotellet bliver man tilbudt en pakke til godt 350 danske kroner pr døgn for 2. Denne pakke giver mulighed for fri internet, lækker morgenmadsbuffet, eftermiddagste og frie aften coctails ml lr 18 og 20. Alt sammen foregår på hotellets have på 21. etage. En rigtig god beliggenhed hvis man skal med toget til Canton messen fra HK. Lækkert hotel med fine værelser - og flot udsigt. Selve området er lidt kedeligt, men 5 min i taxa eller toget, så er man fremme ved de sjove shopping og sightseeing steder.

The rooms were small but comfortable. We found all what we needed. We tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurant at the hotel. At the Chinese restaurant the service was poor – several of the staff could not speak English. The Japanese restaurant was good but expensive. With the shuttle bus service it was easy to go to the city for a good restaurant. Sjældent har vi set så god value for money. Selvom hotellet ligger i et lidt kedeligt område er man hurtigt i de centrale områder pga. gratis shuttlebus til Tsim Sha Tsui og tæt på Star Ferry til Hong Kong Island. I stayed here because of the very close proximity to the Hung Hom MTR station. I stayed for 2 separate 1-night stays within one week of each other. Efficient check-in and check out both times. Front-desk was courteous. Concierge was friendly. Decent Asian and western-style breakfast. Room-service was fine and the meal I ordered was very good. this hotel's service is not as good as before. maybe too many tourist groups also stay at this hotel. it is ok in general. room is very small and service is just acceptable. i don't think it is value for money.

The club floor is worth the price but it does not get you a better room and I sense the hotel assigns the less desirable rooms to non-hotel reservation sources. Our view was into some other buildings when many rooms of the same size looked out over the Hong Kong skyline.

My wife and I stayed at the Harbour Plaza Metropolis in April 2012. The hotel is really nice. Professional staff and very helpful. The location is not the best but you can walk to the tram from inside the hotel. They also have a free shuttle to and from the major shopping centers which was helpful! The only downside I would give it , I would probably […] give all rooms in Hong Kong, they are smaller than you expect. We went from a room in Manila which was huge to a room in Hong Kong that you could barely move around in. But we got used to it. overall was fine for my one night layover. However the room is extremely small and there is an extra fee for internet. There are better hotel options in HK for the same price which includes internet service, and more spacious.

Lovely Hotel, very easy to get to from Hong Kong Airport, with Train and free shuttle bus, and another free shuttle into the local spots. Found breakfast expensive though at $176.00. All in all though would definitely recommend this hotel, in fact have already done so.

I'm HK local people and spend 4 night for lunar new year, but the staff wasn't so friendly and nice, eevn they have bell boy to open the door for customer entry or exit, they just will do that for foreiger and when i was keep walking directly to exit, they were pretend couldn't see me and keep talking to each others.

Good Hotel with a good location. The buffet diner is good but to expensive and they will charge you for tea! We had problem with the next rooms client who were at the wedding and keep talking to each other by yelling and keep there door open. Nice but you expect more for the price.

The hotel is very nice and as long as you ask for a non smoking room there shouldn't be a problem. The one problem with the place is that its on top of a hill of a sorts so you either need to take a taxi from the place or hike up the thing to get to your room from the subway. This hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it has good cheap eating places locally and very close to the train station. Rooms can be small but that is common in Hong Kong, we had a suite which was roomy and had two separate areas, to sleep and relax and eat.

We stayed at the Harbour Plaza Metropolis for 3 nights as a stop over from Sydney to London. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms on the small side but well catered and in good condition. It's not on the main shopping route but that may be a good thing as it was quiet. An easy 20 minutes walk to the main harbour front. We bought the club package which enabled you to have breakfast included plus evening drinks and nibbles which was well worth spending the extra money on. You had a special lounge with fantastic views over the harbour and were well looked after. I would go there again and do the same booking. If you wanted to get into the centre of Hong Kong (about 10 […] mins away) there was a special shuttle bus every 20 mins. which was easily accessible from the hotel. Læs mere

Very expensive when I stayed there but the outdoor pool was great and always very quiet too. The location is ideal as it's not bang in the centre of the city. The city is easily accessible via the Metro by a 2 min walk through a shopping mall that is linked directly to the hotel. Alternatively take the free hotel shuttle to Tsim Sha Tshui Metro. For the quality and rating of the hotel I was surprise to find an old bulky and beat up TV on my room and taking a large space on my desk. This was truly an inconvenience since I do a lot of my work from the hotel. Other than that the service and attention was excellent.

The Hotel in general was very good- we were offered upgrade with extra benefits which we accepted however our room was very small. Not enough room to put two suitcases.

Nice hotel ,very good staff ,friendly and informative ,good free shuttle to main shopping street and back to hotel .Room nice and clean but fridge was too small and on ground under suitcase stand had to go on hands and knees to open door and use .Free to use safe in room was good ,free tea and coffee was also good

Upon our arrivlal we immediately informed that the room was very small and not comfortable for 2 adults and a child, and ask to upgrade for additonal 300 dollars or so. We have declined and stayed with into room withouth a view. Defenitely paid for a room with harbor view but if your room is on 9th floor there will be no view of anything but a tree […] . Læs mere

We stayed 3 nights recently. Airport Express to Kowloon stn then K! free shuttle to hotel was nice. The reception area was like a teller counter in a bank, everyone (check in or out) has to Q up (waste of time and inefficiency), asked for express check in (we book for Superior One-Bedroom Suite and thought that it belongs to different category),but […] no luck. Since we booked for smoking and twin beds, again no luck, nothing like that for us, only one queen been and can turn the sofa into a bed in the living room. We insisted we are here for holiday and wanted to sleep in bed rather than on sofa. How about the club lounge for relax and coffee? no sir, not in your package! The receptionist talked to the manager and he "upgraded" us to a room better that the one we original request (we were tole). Entered the "upgraded room" and what a disappointment: the twin beds are for teenagers, the furnitures are old and look like leftover from last century; the room is actually two single rooms remade into one "suite" (two doors made into one, the wall between two room is intack, you have to walk to the door and make a turn into the living room!). First morning breakfast (thank god the hotel kept its promise of a free breakfast), unlike what we read from other reviewers, that food is ok but not excellent (they thousand island salad dressing is so watery, and no oilive oil for a healthier choice). After breakfast, we saw no newspaper and called for it, but sir, newspaper is not in your package(Superior One-Bedroom Suite has no newspaper provided!) The free shuttle bus to Kowloon Hotel is on time and very good service but after two trips we got so tired of making sure on time particularly in return trip. We can't help but to hope for quicly saying goodbye to this hotel and never return. This was my first time at this hotel and I booked it because of the favourable reviews on Trip Advisor.I liked it because it is quiet and not too far from Kowloon shopping district around Tsim Tsha Tsui. I followed the hotel shuttle schedule downtown and had no problem getting around. There is a free airport express shuttle direct from the hotel to […] Kowloon Station where you can catch the airport express to the airport. I found that the cheapest way to get to the airport. Kids in neighbour are running around and make noises. I asked manager shut them off because it was 11:30pm. It took long to make them quiet.

Great hotel. Amazing room with a view . Clean and comfy. Loved it. Food in the hotel is expensive. Free shutle buses to many shopping spots etc. Would stay here again
