I did not like the idea of having to pay in advance for my stay prior to it. I have stayed at the Holiday inn many times and this has never happened.

"Harrington DE Holiday Inn Express"
This is my third time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, extremely clean. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning that consists of cinammon rolls, pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc. I would recommend it to everyone!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and have thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the rooms are large and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is substantial and quite good. I'll definitely stay here when I'm in the area.

For some reason Hotels.con booked us in a smoking room. The hotel was fully booked so we were stuck in there for Friday night. However the two gals working the front desk worked some magic and got us moved to a non-smoking room for Saturday night. This was a huge fix because both ME and my kids could not stay in that smoking room another night and […] would have to had to move to another hotel. Læs mere

Stayed at this hotel during hurricane Irene and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They kept us informed of storm preparations and what we needed to do in an emergency. Excellent service was provided.

"A nice place to stay"
Only stayed one night but it was nice and comfortable in the room, smelled a little musty but cleared up with the AC on. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Didn't know there was a casino down the street and the hotel offers a free shuttle from 2PM to 7AM!!! I would stay here again.

"MY Stay"
Room was clean and comfortable, not far from Dover Downs. Breakfast was good. We (my wife and I) thorough enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful stay! We are in the area every year and will be back again.
We arrived late and the check in clerk was very pleasant. Upon entering our room the musty smell was ovewhelming, We called the front desk and they quickly offered us a room accross the hall the air in that room was stale but not musty so after a few minutes of blasting the air conditioner it was reasonable. The breakfast was nice and the beds were […] comfortable. Pillows were quite flimsy so if you like a firm pillow bring your own. Overall the hotel was well maintained and I would consider staying there again if I needed a hotel in that area. With a little effort from maintenance and housekeeping the unpleasant mustiness could be remedied prior to a guest arriving. Læs mere

Everything was as we expected from a holiday inn. Clean rooms, a great breakfast, and very accommodating service. They even had a computer available to get on the internet which really came in handy for us. I would definately recommend it to anyone.

This was a great hotel, the roads were confusing to navigate since you were out in the country, no close major stores, it is a quiet hotel in the middle of the boonies.

Holiday in express was a pleasure to stay with,the rooms were comfortable and clean.The convenience to get to the state fair 1-2 minutes away was outstanding,the staff was friendly and courteous and the breakfast buffet had many items to choose from as well as a clean and spacious dining area.

We reserved two rooms. They were great. Very spacious. Close together. Breakfast was good. We go to closeby restaurant we went to last year and were pleased again with their food. It is an overnight-stay on our way to Rehoboth. Would stay there again.

Great location right on US 13. Motel staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check out was a breeze. The Breakfast Bar(compared to some others) was worth the price alone!!

Only area with a need for improvement would be the thin walls...able to hear people walking overhead and the people in the next room...otherwise, nice room and location.

The beds are very comfortable with very nice quality linens. The breakfast is phenomenal ~ not a continental breakfast, but a full breakfast included with the price of the room.

This was a great stay for us, the place was very nice, one of the best breakfast I had in a long time in hotels. The pool is great at night, heated and lights, great for pictures. Many places to go and have fun with family and friends.

Clean, nice hotel (felt like it was newly built) with friendly helpful staff. Ten minute drive to Milford where we had dinner at an excellent Mexican restaurant recommended by the nice receptionist. Great outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed and a delicious hot breakfast buffe including everything. 45 minutes to Lewes beach was totally worth it for the […] money we saved by not staying in Lewes (where rooms were $250 and up...).
