very nice. the pool area is going through a renevation so a little messy, the water in the pool was also a little hazy.

Was there on business. Wireless internet in room worked fine, which was one of my main concerns in that I read a previous review that the wireless was only available in the lobby - this was not the case. Basic hotel: comfortable, clean, no complaints.

Pool was really warm jacuzzi not working some areas in the room needs replaced or fixed but breakfast was wonderful

This was a perfect location for our visit. The hotel was clean and spotless and our room was ready when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

Every time we went to the pool there were no towels to use. We would go to front desk and they would say they would get some and never brought any. We would have to go ask at least 2 times and then finally they would bring 2 towels for my party of 9. Also the whirlpool is still not working after 1 year.

I've stayed at the Wyngate before and been very happy. This time I requested a coffee maker 3 times. I had all of the supplies to make coffee, just no coffee maker. Each time I was told "No Problem!" Apparently it was no problem because they had no intention of ever providing it! Also asked for a box of tissues twice and finally flagged down a maid […] and got them. Læs mere

My stay at the hotel started off bad because of staff not trying to accomodate us. We asked for a rollaway bed but was put in a room that was extremely too small for one and then told they didn't have any when we arrived when we reserved one through hotels.com. Later, when we needed towels, was told there wasn't any available. We were quite impressed with this hotel. It was verything that we hoped for and more. The staff was very freindly and accommadating. The breakfast was delicious and quite a variety. The beds were very comfortable. When ever we come that way again I will definately stay at this hotel.

bath was tad old so some marks and safe didn't work. however for a short two night stay, location and hotel facilities were just right.

The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. The indoor pool and laundry room are big pluses. The hotel is located in a nice area not far from the PATCO train to Philly which is a convenience. The staff at the front desk could have smiled a bit more but otherwise they were helpful. Special thanks to the lady in charge of breakfast (I think her […] name was Stephanie) who always greeted us with a big smile and helped us look for kosher items we could eat. Will not be staying here again. Service especially night service was fantastic!! The hotel needs to do some maintaince. Room 1 = broken shower. Room 2 = broken closet ( to be fair the hotel was full and I was warned about the closet door being broken, was not a big issue for my stay ). Room 2 = mold in the shower. Beds clean, towels good and thicker […] than most. Breakfast; toaster would not toast, waffle iron left burnt flaks on the waffle, juice machine not working well, selection of items was as expected. Fairly quiet except for the hum of a motor/fan all night. Faucets dripped but couldn't hear them with the bathroom door closed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Needed some new paint in bathroom.

Front desk staffs are outstanding. They are extremely courteous, very understanding and helpful. Despite all other factors, I would definitely stay there again because of the front desk staff.

Friendly, helpful staff and an immaculate hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly good, too, with some kind of cheese filled omlets, sausage, pastries and - again - a really friendly and helpful staff.

The TV didn't work in the first room they put me in, so they transferred me to another room and the phone and internet didn't work. It took over 3 hours to get this resolved after a long day of travel. They didn't accommodate any of the move, I had to move room to room myself.

This was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was nice. The pool was great. Unfortunately, the spa was out of order and the bathroom in the pool area had a broken door knob and couldn't be latched. We enjoyed the excercise room one morning, and got a pretty good workout. There was one mishap for us. While we were gone to Philadelphia for about 6 […] hours, our room was given away to another party, who kindly left enough evidence in front of our door to make this clear. Nothing was taken. For a business traveler this hotel does not measure up. The first night there I could not get a wireless signal at all. The other nights there the signal ranged from poor to good and I had to sit near the door to get any signal at all. There was no light on the desk intended for business use - in fact the room lighting was scarce. They ran out of lids […] for coffee styrofoam containers. The TV signal was up and down all week. I had a few problems with their WiFi, but they moved me to another room, and were very helpful and courteous. Breakfasts could have been a bit more varied, but overall my experience at the hotel was very good.

Even though it's a smoke free hotel our room had that old smokey smell to it. The air conditioning could not cool the room down the pool room needed maintenance, hot tub was not hot and there was only one employee on during check-in all through the night. We will not stay there again.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean. I asked twice for the air conditioner to be looked at with no result. It was humid and warm in the room. The setting was on 60 degrees and the only way to keep the room cool was to have the fan blow constantly. Someone tried to enter the room in the night.
