Meget gadestøj og en ugidelig reception. Ligger placeret i et tomrum oplevelsesmæssigt. Fnadt senere hoteller til samme pris i byen med langt bedre placering og service. Kan ikke anbefales.

Genrelt et godt ophold. Lidt larm fra vejen, men slet ikke noget man lagde mærke til. Man kan gå ned til havnen fra hotellet og føle sig sikker, samtidig hjælper hotellet en med at komme på de udflugter man gerne vil på. Tilfreds

Tre nætter på San Fransisco Inn - og jeg er ikke et sekund i tvivl om, at det er et sted jeg kunne finde på at tage tilbage til! Beliggende på den berømte Lombard Street, ligger San Fransisco Inn ca. 10 min. gang fra Fisherman's Wharf, 10 min. fra færgen til Alcatraz (godt råd: bestil billetterne hjemmefra!!!) og også kun 10 min. fra fabelagtige italienske […] restauranter på Union Street. Praktisk taget et lille smørhul, når man nu som dansker godt gider gå rundt i San Fransisco. Som en lokal smilende sagde til mig, på en af mine gåture: "It's only you Europeans that are stupid enough to actually WALK the streets of San Fran!" Selve hotellet er i F'in stand, uden på nogen måde at være prangende. Værelset var glimrende (og TV-pakken ENORM, hvis det betyder noget). God seng, fine badeforhold og strygebræt og -jern standard i alle værelser. Reenøringen var pletfri. Alt i alt var det mere end hvad jeg havde forventet til prisen (check-inn efter kl. 14 - og check-ud inden kl. 11). Clean room and good location. Wifi was spotty but helpful knowledgeable staff. Best of all parking was free!

Decent night's stay for the price. In walking distance Of bars and restaurant and transportation. A plus for me was the free parking! I would stay here again.

This hotel really isn't that bad. My problem was that they only had us booked for one night, even though I purchased two on here. AND worse, their parking!!! Everyone is double parked and you have to leave your keys at the front desk so that the staff can move move your vehicle when someone wants to leave...horrible!

Nice, clean, affordable place to stay in San Francisco. The staff was friendly. There were some loud "partiers" late into the evening...but overall a great stay!

Dirty, noisy, and nasty. Room was literally in the parking lot, very noisy. Hairballs in the bathroom and overall not clean. Office staff rude and nasty. Insisted on making photocopy of driver's license and credit card together, highly unusual and suspicious. I wish I had stayed somewhere else, even if it would have cost a couple of dollars more!

Very clean. Large, clean bathroom. Centrally located to all SF sites. Neighbors above us got loud during last night stay, otherwise, wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Not bad for saving a penny this was really convient being walking distance to some of the main attractions the city has to offer. Also the restroom was very clean.

The hotel overall was just ok. They say you get free breakfast, but all it is a muffin and come coffee. Not breakfast for me. Don't false advertise. Also everything in room was clean, not noisy and great location. The staff isn't really friendly, they don't male you feel wanted. They just have a blank stare Ik their face. Good clean place to stay when on business.

The lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful as she booked us alcatraz and our zip line in santa cruz, breakfast was average, but it's clean and in a good location

Although it's an older building our room was very clean, clean bathroom that was huge! Easy location with free parking. The lot is small but even our full sized truck had a safe, free parking spot! The clerk was very nice and we felt safe and very comfortable!

our room was facing six lanes of traffic..so it was noisy. Lucky I was so tired from driving that it helped to overcome the noise. I also had to turn the heater fan on low to help cancel out the traffic noise. Price was not expensive and it was clean so those were the main selling points.

Eventough the price is quite reasonable, try to avoid this hotel. Hotel has had its best days probably early 70's. - When entering to hotel reception you will first be knocked down with a strong and penetrating curry smell. - Hotel personnel is certainly not focusing on customer service, no smile, no any nice gesture when customer is entering to reception. - […] Hotel is saving on maintenance cost where ever it is possible. It was frustrating to try to open room door, lock marked always red color meaning that it cannot read the key. Key re-programming helped somehow sometimes, but that is always an extra work to run to reception. - Room carpet and floor in general is in disgusting condition, it is impossibel to remove shoes inside the room. - Only positive thing about the hotel is probably the location. It is located on Lombard street close to the Crookedest Street. Also there is a nice restaurant area closed to hotel. Læs mere

Was please with comfort of the bed and the bathroom was roomie. I'd stay here again.

This hote is one of the good ones. Well maintained and well apointed rooms. This is a great place to stay when you are here in San Francisco.

Hotel is is in decent condition however it is in need of a update or remodel. Pillows were very uncomfortable and fridge did not work properly froze everything we put in it. Location was in a decent area which was a pleasant surprise.

parking is very limited, you have to park behind someone else if lot is full,then leave keys ay fornt desk so they can move you car if needed,they dont have a key log .you just put your keys in a dish.

Only a few blocks walk to the warf bus system is easy to follow and ride traffic is to much to drive in... I will stay here on our next visits.. Nothing bad to say at all everything was great!

The lady at the front desk had a glum face always and no smile what so ever... Rather she seemed very arrogant in the way she spoke as I've she was obliging us by allowing us to stay there. Also, the breakfast was not good at all. Cold muffins and such. I wyc not recommend this place to anyone.

This is always a great place to stay. Everytime I'm in SF this is always my first choice.

every thing was perfect. I just didnt like the windows and 2 electric sockets of the room werent working

STOP!! HALT!! NO ENTRADA!! DON'T DO IT!! The room advertised online that we were under the impression we had booked online was NOT the room we got. The check-in staff was nice. This motel was the cheapest online. The parking lot was minimal and tight. The wi-fi system was decent. The elevator was outdated and cramped for 2 people at best!! The location […] was okay, but difficult to get to, even WITH directions. The bathroom was ok in the room...but there was a little microwave and minifridge. NO ROOM to move around past the queensize bed that took up the entire mini-room!! ALL IN ALL...AVOID THIS PLACE!! Læs mere

For the price and location, this hotel was fine. The staff were not terribly friendly, but I did not plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel anyway. It's great to have free and accessible parking!

This is a well maintained hotel with a great location. The room was perfect and the staff freindly. Near to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf.

As long as you need a place to just sleep it would be ok. Very limited space in hotel and for parking on a very busy street. It's old and smelled like mildew but could ve been our air conditioner or the carpet.(?) A good walk to Fishermans wharf but parking is a problem everywhere.

We stayed at this hotel bc the price was decent and the location was great...not to mention free parking. But once we actually got in the room our weekend made a turn for the worst. Our room smelled absolutely horrible. My girlfriend slept in the car for a portion of the night bc it was so bad. We made the management aware of the problem and they said […] they would change our room the next day. When we went to change the room they said that we were too late and they had to give it to someone else. All of our clothes had to be immediately washed as soon as we got home and I hope we can get the smell out of the suitcases. DONT STAY HERE! Læs mere

This place was disgusting. Moldy carpet, termite infested structure Just plain disgusting.

The room was acceptable, the cleaning crew was a bit below standards, but the mgmt was very open to my mention of this issue - my usual place to stay in San Francisco was booked d/t many other events - next time I'll plan further ahead !

The hotel is very clean and kept up. The parking is terrible and the customer service is so rude.

They mentioned that internet/wifi is complimentary BUT it did not work the whole 6 days i stayed there and there was a message the first time I managed to connect which indicated that the connection is / was an through unauthorised server etc. I asked for taxi to go to the airport and thinking that they would actually call a metered taxi BUT instead […] charged me extra and used their hotel service vehicle. Franciso Bay Inn is a budget hotel so keep that in mind while staying here. The staff was friendly upon arrival. The room was small but had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv which is nice. The room's appearance is outdated and could use some renovation, but overall it was clean. The elevator is very small and slow but it gets you where you […] need to go. Despite some small descrepancies, the location is pretty good- close to the wharf, lombard street and the hyde st. streetcar. The parking is FREE, compared to other hotels who charge $20/day or more! This hotel is great if you're passing by for a hotel on a budget. Service was very good, the room was clean, and the bathroom is almost as big as the whole room itself. It has a mini fridge and a microwave oven but no closet space. The room was dirty and noisy,elevator was not working well so my childrens didnt use elevator,the personal was not polite ,breakfast is only a few things on a small table in reception, shortly this hotel was the worst one that I ever stayed.

the room was incredibly small, very clean. The on site free parking was a big plus. We stayed only 2 nights. The location was very good. Only a 10 minute walk to Fishermans Wharf. The lady at the front desk was helpful in making suggestions of things to see and do.
