No hot water in early mornings hours

I have stayed at this hotel several times however, my last stay wasn't va ery pleasanat one. I chose to stay in the "Executive Suite" yet I couldn't find anything in the room that defined the room as "exectuve". The rooms I have stayed in that were not considered "executive" are by far much, much better and look better. I have never had a problem with […] the TV in other rooms. In the "executive suite" I could only watch 3 channels. Are you kiddin me!?!?. I called the front desk to inquire about the "no signal" status on most of the channels and the attendant said he would send someone over to check the dish. Of course, they never showed. The front desk attendant was very professional and accomodating. I made a huge mistake of choosing the "executive suite". Don't make the same mistake. Læs mere

I stayed there for one night they had a cool vibe there indoor pool jacuzzi so that was nice got a few store in the area where people can shop. I would stay there again no bathtub though

The hotel is located in a nice area and is very clean. The only problems I encountered this time were: there was a family across the hall from me who was checking out at 6:00 am and was the loudest group of people I had ever heard before. They were in their 50's and should have known better. They were very inconsiderate. The other problem was, when […] I prepared to check out, I called the front desK to request a luggage cart but to no avail. After about 10 mins I packed everything I had and towed it on my arms and back. I had a long walk through the hotel to get to my car however I managed. Before I went out side, I stopped by the front desk and asked the receptionist what happened to the cart I requested. She said, "oh, he is still looking for one he can't find it". Really...really!! I wouldn't have been upset had she called my room to let me know what was going on. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located and overall the staff is very polite. Læs mere

I have stayed here before and think its great. I was dissapointed this last stay due to the fire alarm going off two times within one hour and not being notified by the employees of the situation. It was irritating and should have been comped something for the inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great and the sleep comfort beds are great.

Stopped for the night during west coast drive for Portland. Nice location, staff was nice, with easy access to dining and freeways.

Stayed here 2 yes ago- old and tired. Just stayed 12/18/11- remodeled, nice. Clean, nice service easy free parking. A goog business grade hotel. Ok for family weekend stay.

Very nice.liked the indoor pool n spa.only complaint was you could hear the people walking above you.Also the blinds don't keep out to much light which we like sleeping in a dark room.Simple,easy and clean.Options to bring your dog which is a plus!

Very happy with the hotel. The personel were very friendly and provided good directions on several occasions. We will be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is great for the business traveler and in a very good locaiton. Easy access to freeways and restaurants.

Very comfortable and clean. The maids were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the walls were thin enough to hear the people talking normally, and there was a dog show in town and the barking went on all night! We should have been told about this before we stayed!

Wish we'd booked our stay at any Holiday Inn Ex further away! Holiday Inn Dublin is not worth the money to stay there!

Very comfortable rooms. Room was very clean, and had up to date amenities. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was for the most part very enjoyable. The rate was too much for what you get. The room was more spacious but nothing more than that. There were no regular beds available for the two bed rooms. This was a major disappointment. I have brought this issue up many times in the past. I came back a month ago and was given a price break and was supposed […] to get a room with a regular bed and did not. I enjoy the hotel and have been staying here for thirty plus years while the names have changed not much more has. The rate has gone up but I do not think it is worth it. There are many other hotels in the area that give you far more for your money. All in all I think less and less of this hotel everytime I end up staying here. Your staff is awesome but the facility is dated just like the furnishings that have not changed in years orhter than the sleep number beds that are horrible and the tv's being flatscreens. Very helpful & courteous desk crew. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Close freeway access.

We spent three nights and two days in a very nicely decorated hotel in Dublin, which at the time was hosting a large event, a Car show. The room was on the third floor and spacious, and very clean. The beds very comfortable and the staff very friendly. It was located in a safe neighborhood, I was very comfortable walking my 10 pound dog day or night. […] There are many restaurants nearby as well as shopping. Not once was I disturbed by outside noises while in my room. The front desk made sure I was never in want or need of anything. If it is of importance to some, the wifi was a bit slow at times and the water in the spa cold. I am highly recommending this hotel. Læs mere

The staff was rude, got my room service order wrong - then tried to tell me that I did not write down the correct order....how could I not write down the correct order? I ordered it on the sheet that hangs on your door in the evening! When I told them I ordered the breakfast burrito...they rudely told me that they dont even sell a burrito...read what […] I marked...Oh..the GRABBER! Which is eggs and cheese in a flour tortilla ! Wow, was I wrong!! Bed was awful...room was either hot or freezing Also forgot my coffee and tea ( also on order sheet) forgot sweetner for coffee ( also on sheet) Should have went to McDonalds for breakfast! Læs mere

Hotel was in a good location, safe area, small rooms, but enough space, wifi a little slow, if you stay in the main hallway it is very loud, my room was close to the elevator and constant noice throughout the night. Overall hotel staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make things right.

The pictures on the web site make the room appear bigger than it actually is. It is a small room and hard to do work in without tripping over furniture. Very nice helpful staff, property is clean and well maintained.

This location is wonderful. There is an Outback Steakhouse and a bowling alley next to it for entertainment and dining. There is a mall then then 3 minutes away too. The problem we has was they told us to park somewhere and then our car was blocked in by cones because they were going to be working in that area. We discovered this on our own and so moved […] our vehicle. The worst part of the whole stay was the SPA aka cold tub in this instance. The spa was colder then the pool. When I went to the front desk the clerk stated I am sure it is at its maxiumum temperature. He said he was going to call someone which I doubt he did because we watched many other customers try the spa and jump out as soon as they got in. It must have been 70 degrees and no hotter in the spa. I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing spa session before bed. So hotel not perfect but location was! Læs mere

I stayed here one night while working in Pleasanton. This hotel looks older from the outside and I think the inside has been renovated, at least the bathroom counters. The hotel is pretty close to the freeway, so if noise bothers you, definatley ask for a room furthest away from it. I could also hear people walking in the room above me. The Holiday Inn Dublin was close to the freeway so therefore we could hear the traffic. One night noise from other guests were heard and therefore kept me awake. Although I suspect they were Raider fans in town for the game. There could be a fan in the bathroom for ventalation.
