Comfy bed. Clean room. Will definitely stay here again. The parking fee surprised me. I can see charging if you are leaving car for an extended period, but not for an overnight stay!!!

Great location (next to San Francisco Airport), Staff was friendly, Morning breakfast was satisfying and the room was clean and efficient....My room was facing the Train tracks! The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. However, the bathroom floor was not swept the next day and was dirty with lots of hairs from the day before. Overall, great service and breakfast.

The hotel and staff were great! The breakfast was hot and delicious although the items were the same daily. The only thing was that since it's by the airport, people arrive at all hours and they aren't exactly thoughtful of people sleeping so they wheel their luggage around and talk loudly and laugh and never mind that others may be sleeping. Awesome breakfast selections! Good location but very noisy.

We were very happy with the two king beds with five pillows each. The beds were comfortable. The A/C was good. We liked the microwave, coffee machine, fridge and the TV. Overall very happy. Two things we didn't like: The space between bed and TV was limited The washbasin, toilet and shower are all in unit and so only one person could use it.

Stayed one night before flying out. Room was great and so was the staff. The breakfast was a wonderful treat, so much more than the typical continental breakfasts. The airport shuttle was a perfect and easy way to get to the airport and it was free. Would definitely stay again!!

I booked this at 10pm after having a horrible experience at another hotel, one I didn't even stay at for the night they charged me because it was so awful. I arrived late and they were friendly, the room was very nice and comfortable, and there was little noise despite the surrounding area (train tracks, highway, airport). Needed a place to stay for the night as I was meeting friends from all over the Bay Area for dinner at one of the airport restaurants. It was a reunion of old friends. Room was very comfortable and location was excellent, right off the freeway and could not be missed. I could have stayed a lot longer so pleased with everything. I flew in late and this was close to the airport yet far enough away as to not be bothered by any airport noise, In fact this turned out to be one of the niceest rooms I stayed in while visiting Calif. The bathroom was large and clean, and the bed was confortable. The breakfast offered a good selection and there was plenty of room for everyone to either […] eat inside or out. Two king size beds made the room small but the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very large if you are staying for a long stay the small closet would be a problem. We were 3 to the room we enjoyed the "free" breakfast which was very nice, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, yougart, fresh fruit, muffins, toast, coffee and […] juice. It was a convenient location to the airport for overnight stay. The continental breakfast was great. Thanks to my boyfriend who picked that hotel for us.

My Husband and I were tired of the commute and made arrangements to stay in the city and it was well worth it, got up and had breakfast in the hotel lobby and went to work from there. Very nice, restful sleep, less stress and the staff was nice and the hotel was clean and quiet.

We stayed here because it was one of the only hotels we could find with 2 queen beds instead of doubles. It was perfect for 4 adults. The room itself was very very small, but it was clean. The carpet was clean and it looked like it was newly remodeled. The hotel staff was nice and offered a bag of all kinds of toiletries when one of us forgot a razor. […] The breakfast I thought was great. eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, etc.. This was okay if you know what to expect. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights. This is what you would expect. Hard bed, no frills, breakfast included which was okay. Nothing luxurious, but just a place to stay. Our room had already been renovated. Rooms looked good, breakfast was good also, but ran out of it too soon. I liked the locked laundry cuz only a person with the key can access it.

1. When I entered our room I discovered the desk manager had not activated our telephone until I called him. 2. I don't understand why you charge for parking. Perhaps people are parking there and then accompanying your guests on trips in S.F. Do you charge hotel workers too? It seems unfriendly unless it is a security issue. 3. Bathroom: Location of […] toilet paper is awkward. Why not hang it under the sink nearer the commode. 4. Room Fixture: Heater fan noise is annoying. 5. Breakfast Service: 1. Why not provide small trays for people that wish to take their breakfast to their room. This is true for me on Sunday when my wife and I like to relax in the morning by ourselves, and eat a casual breakfast while watching Sunday TV. So I had to make numerous trips so as not to spill the food or hot liquids. 6. Hotel construction workers: One man was playing his car radio too loud in the parking lot. Check in was great fast and friendly. They charged for parking. They were doing some remodeling to rooms, so prior to 7pm it was pretting noisey, but after nice and quite. Smoke alarm battery was going dead but as soon as they were notified they were there to change it. Rooms were very nice and clean. Bed was actually the best part, one of those Temperpedic […] beds, makes me want to go out and buy one for my house. Best sleep I believe I have ever had. Comp Breakfast was very nice make your own waffle bar with eggs and sausage. 5 types of cereal, muffins, juice and the coffee was hot and good. In general, the room was fine.. . except the bathroom. I checked in quite late and found my toilet didn't flush properly, but at this point sleep was more important to me. I woke up at 6 am and called the front desk about it . . .no one was available until after 8:30. I had a full day of site seeing and called back in the afternoon to check on my request. […] They assumed it was fixed by the A.M. staff. I came back late that night and found the toilet in the same state it was when I had left. After my 3rd request, they finally got someone to come with a plunger. Læs mere

It was terrible. It smelled like smoke even though we booked a nonsmoking room. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was a last minute choice for me. The front desk was adequate in service. They got the job done, but not overly friendly. The room I booked was supposed to be a single king with a jaccuzi tub. I got two kings and a regular tub/shower combo. It was ok. I loved the pillows they had! Reccomened? Little did I know in booking this that they would charge $35/day for parking. With a 2 night stay with 2 cars it would have been the same price to stay at the embassy suites across the street which is obviously a much nicer hotel with free parking, a full restaurant and a softer mattress. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Was just as comfortable, convenient as hotels costing $100 more per night. Great value for the area.

The furniture was shabby and dirty and the bedspread was also very dirty. The hotel is located right beside the train station so it was VERY noisy. I do not recommend it at all!

Good Breakfast. Rooms not next to the highway ok regarding noise. The room cleanliness was not acceptable. That means I can confirm what I have read in advance at some comments about this hotel which I first did not trust. If the cleanliness will be approved I am going to recommend this hotel.

Wouldn't stay here again. Sliding door to the bathroom was damaged and would not fully close. Lack of privacy and paper thin walls and ceiling. Noises could be heard coming from upstairs and downstairs. The heating unit smelled like it was burning.

If you are looking for a cheap place for a quick night, with a good breakfast--then this place is for you. It is the cheapest place around. But the rooms are pretty ghetto and run down. Scratches and dents all over the doors and walls. Modly bathroom. Looks like it hasn't been upkept at all.

Most aspects of the hotel are good, but the office staff was deplorable - they were bored, displayed no personality, and weren't interested in us at all.

The Hotel rooms were good and the Beds even better. We had a couple of rooms with 2 King size beds. Every room had a Microwave and a Refrigerator. The Breakfast buffet was good as well. Only negative being the parking. One gotta pay each day and parking lot was tiny and cars badly parked. Overall an average experience but value for money considering […] you're close to San Francisco. Læs mere

Room was clean; the only downside was noise outside room late at night; had to pay for parking and it was hard to make a left turn out of parking lot in morning traffic.

CONVIENENTLY LOCATED NEAR THE FREEWAY. THE BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT--NOT AT ALL CONTINENTAL MANY CHOICES. ROOMS ARE CLEAN BUT DO LOOK LIKE THEY NEED SOME REMODELING.
