The concierges at the Hyatt Sao Paulo were super helpful!!! They arranged for a person to meet us at the airport and transport us to the hotel. They also arranged for a cab to pick us up the next day and transport us to the embarkation pier where our cruise ship was located. My only disappointment is paying top dollar for the internet. I travel almost exclusively on business and don't like to be nickel and dimed to death to log on and get some work done.

in brazil, hotel standards are so so. this is the second time of our stay at grand hyatt this year; next time we will be staying most probably. we had another stay at another hotel at sao paulo, it was disappointing. grand hyatt is good choice for us for our stays at sao paulo; if we consider brazil standards.

We had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt, Sao Paulo. We took the Grand suite and had a wonderful view. The food in this hotel is excellent and breakfast is great too. The rooms are comfortable and very well decorated. The internet is super fast! The bathroom does have a tub which is something that the listing doesn't mention. The hotel also has an indoor […] heated pool in the spa, an outdoor pool, as well as a pretty well stocked fitness center. There was however a small misunderstanding when we checked in. Our booking said that our room included high speed internet but apparently you have to pay extra for the internet. When we insisted, the reception staff called the reception manager who in turn called the hotel manager. After a little talk however we were given free internet access, however, they did insist that it is not free so don't go in with that expectation! All in all, a great stay and definitely would recommend it, especially if you can get one of the special weekend rates! Læs mere

Excellent hotel, although expensive, but top quality both in absolute and relative terms compared to other Sao Paulo facilities. Excellent location too.

My cell phone was stolen from the lobby and I was not at all impressed with the way the matter was handled. I kept telling different people what happened and they never got back to me. There was never a formal interview with the hotel security about how it happened or anything. The Sao paulo Grand Hyatt was wonderful. The rooms were excellent, clean and well designed. The service during our stay was faultless and the restaurant food sublime. Here comes the 'but' ...fortunately my colleague checked her credit card transactions whilst we were still there and discovered that she had been charged R$815 when the stay had been fully […] paid for through Expedia. We pointed this out and I asked them to ensure that the same had not been done on my credit card too. They assured us that it was some sort of freak mistake and would be reversed immediately. When I returned home I realised that the same R$815 had been charged to my credit card. The young lady assisting us has not been in touch and the amount has not been reversed as yet, 21 days later. I have had to call Brazil from South Africa and speak to a manager in order to get feedback. Not good enough Hyatt! Læs mere

The hotel was great, but the service was poor. I went outside to use the pool and have lunch, but was told the pool area was full and was turned away. I then got recommendations for a museum from the concierge and asked to be certain the place was open as it was a holiday and was assured it was. I again asked a bell staff on the way out and was assured […] it would be open. After paying $50 to a cab to get there, the museum was closed due to the holiday. O hotel como um todo é muito bom, por isso o mal atendimento e os produtos oferecidos no bar da piscina se destacam negativamente, pois deixam muito a desejar. As atendentes não são simpáticas, o serviço é demorado e os drinks servidos são mal feitos.

No es el barrio lo inadecuado,ya que es enteramente nuevo,tanto los predios como las avenidas,Shoppings,etc. El lugar resulta incómodo para cualquier actividad a desarrollar en Sao Paulo,ya que está a casi una horade taxi desde el Aeropuerto Internacional,y lejos del Centro Comercial ,y ya sabemos que andar en Auto en Sao Paulo no es facil,y en algunos […] horarios,directamente un suplicio.De las comodidades del Hotel ninguna queja,es muy bueno,pero como dije antes,noi se presta para fines comerciales ni vacacionales. Para viagens a negócio é um ótimo hotel, oferecendo tudo o que o executivo precisa, apesar do custo alto de internet, por exemplo. Para viagens a turismo e especialmente com crianças não é legal, não tem uma única área para as crianças ficarem (um playground, sala de recreação, etc), algo que acho importantíssimo hoje em dia.
