Nothing wrong with this place apart from the fact that it's so small. By the time you've got your luggage in there's little room to move. The bed virtually fills the room. This wouldn't matter too much if there was a good space outside but our room fronted onto the car park pavement and the hotel is situated on a corner site smack opposite a shopping […] complex, so it never felt private. It's not that we were planning on spending a great deal of time at the hotel just would have appreciated room to wind down at the end of the day. Læs mere

Room very small for two people. Can't even imagine a family! Owners very friendly and helpful. Not much within walking distance. Room very clean.

A very nice place to stay in Rotorua. Our studio room was very well presented with first rate cleanliness and comfort. Handy to shopping centre but still a fairly quiet location. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and would stay at this motel/ B&B again.

We loved staying here. Our hosts, Robert and Denise were so friendly and fun to visit with. Also, so helpful with bookings and recommendations for restaurants and activities. Our room was on the small side, but well maintained and we were out and about most of the time anyway. Would love to go back again!

It was close to stores, and the hotel location made it easy to get around to see all the sights in town. We had the kitchenette unit so we cooked a lot to save money. One day the microwave wouldn't work and it was replaced for us that day. Very good and responsive service. Our room was cleaned each day and it is in a quite part of town (the main highway […] through town gets very noisy). We had a great time staying here and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is budget minded. Læs mere

This is a clean hotel, no frills but the price was right. The owner was extremely helpful in letting me know what attractions were around. She provided a discout coupon for one of them. It's a great town with so much to see. Don't miss Te Puia!
