Clinton Hotel & Spa South Beach - Miami Beach

Hotellet ligger godt taet paa Ocean Drive, shopping, stranden osv. Vaerelset var rigtig fint. Poolen kunne dog ikke bruges til meget, da den var lille og da der ikke kom sol ned til Poolen. Alt i alt et fint hotel.

Meget centralt både til strand og shopping, men hotellets service var ikke iorden, vi fik et værelse som ikke stemte overens med vores booking, måtte bede om et andet værelse, fik det også - det er ikke et sted for familier med mindre børn.

Clinton Hotellet ligger perfekt hvis man tager til Miami for at være på bade og shoppe ferie.! Det tager kun 2min til stranden, og hotellet ligger omgivet af gode shopping muligheder. Der er heller ikke langt til Marinaen, hvorfra det er muligt at komme med på dykkerture, det kan bestemt anbefales! Der er restaurant på hotellet der serverer morgenmad. Dette er ikke om hotellet for det var udemærket, men da vi skulle leje bil var den consierge ikke godt nok informeret så vi var lidt lost da de kom med bilen og de var meget forsinket osv.

We stayed as a family of 4 (47 to 15 years old) in Clinton Hotel for a couple of days. South Beach is a vivid, loud and cramped with partying people - and with this in mind, our stay at Clinton Hotel was quite fine. Hotel is very very well situated for the beach, the shopping, the restaurants - i short everything. Great hotel at a great price. Only problem was the elevator (single one, old, small, slow, and the stairs are locked!).

took a long look at the reviews and the hotel met all of my expectations. looked clean, felt clean and right in the heart of things. Was the cheapest 3.5 star in the area too! only downsides is the pool is about the size of a 4x8, trash man comes right next to my window, and the bathroom wasn't very well lit. Other than that, It was great!

Lovely hotel in great area, close to Ocean Drive and the shops on Collins Ave. Very helpful and friendly doorman and staff at front desk. Room was comfortable and spacious. Mood lighting in the room and hallways was different! The bar and seating area beside the pool was gorgeous, somewhere to relax away from the busy streets. A great stay!

This was the second time I stayed at the Clinton Hotel & Spa. I absolutely love this hotel and the people who work there. They are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a nice, funky groove. The pool is small, but lovely and I spent a lot of time poolside reading and relaxing. The restaurant offers great meals […] and fantastic service (be sure to take advantage of the free Happy Hour for drinks and nice conversation). My only small complaint is the spotty wi-fi access in the rooms, but not a big deal. Who goes to Miami to stay in their rooms surfing the Web? =) Læs mere

This is not a place you would be proud to say you stayed at. Wish i would have known the room comes with a "pleasure kit." If they wanted it to look like a strip club back hallway, they pulled it off. I also suggest bringing a blacklight. Took forever when I called the front desk for anything and there were times no one would come at all.

Nice place, good location,.quiter than on Ocean Blvd. Decor was very nice. Needed some upgrades around the pool area. Was very clean. Customer service was great. Elevator did not work the whole time we were there.

Hotel was as expected. Nice location, small & clean room. Only negative is the pool was closed for 3 of 4 days and elevator broken for 2 of 4 days. Pool being closed was a disappointment since we paid extra for a hotel with pool and in the end that got us nothing. One really windy day that we would have liked to have been able to hang out at our pool. […] Food good, drinks OK. Free drinks is strange, they make it difficult for you to claim them. Overall an OK hotel, would have given 3 stars if the pool had been open, but that was just enough of a disappoint to knock my rating down to 2 stars. For such a pricy hotel, I was expecting slightly roomier conditions and at the very least, more opulence in the small space that we did have. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg and, that too, was tiny. The dark blue lighting in the hallways was just irritating. Hip,fun,modern and great location

I stayed here the first night and at Hotel Shelley the next night. I should have just stayed here. It was a great spot...classy and sophisticated. Do not expect a large room. Walls were thin, so be careful of what you are doing, unless thats your thing. Enjoy!

Good location, great staff. Bar tender is exceptional. Rooms are good not great. Not crazy about the corridor lighting - Neuvo style hotel which fits the neighborhood it is situated in. Would certainly recommend the stay if the price is right.

1. Rooms didn't look nothing like the pictures on the website and were way smaller than it seems in the picture 2. Bathroom sick was leaking severely, but they didn't change the room for us 3. Always short of towel, one day this, another that When I asked for extra towel so I can clean n cover up the leak, they only delivered 2 On top of that, I had […] to remind them n ask for towels EVERYDAY of the 5 days I was there, ridiculous or wt?! 4. They also didn't mention there's no self parking, valet only which is $28/day n they park it 8 blocks away so each time we had to wait at least 20-30 mins to get our car There were other problems as well such as outlets in the room were so loose ur charger would fall right out, so couldnt charge any of my electronics...etc. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for its price Læs mere

The hotel was everything we were hoping for in the price range. It's comfortable enough, super clean and is just a couple of blocks away from the beach and restaurants in general. That being said, it is no place for children. The decoration has a sensual motif and there are people smoking hookas at the pool. The hallway is very dark. We got a room […] that had a balcony, which was an interesting venetian-style porch with water running through. We just paid a few extra bucks for that and it isn't really worth spending a lot on. Air conditioner is freezing and the towels have seen better days. it is a place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money and still want to be close to the action. I would stay there again. I would recommend this hotel they have superb service and you will be treated very well.

The place was fine and the staff helpful, but for the business person it was no good. No accessible plugs and a VERY small desk, barely big enough for a iPad let alone a laptop. Nice and quiet, though.

2 blocks away from but worth the walk. Hotel very nice and clean.

With the exception of the restaurant/bar staff, the service was great (front desk, housekeeping, parking, Franklin the Concierge).

The Clinton hotel was in a prime location, only 2 blocks from the ocean and many restaurants. We walked everywhere -there is definately no need for a car rental (& there is no place to park it). Before arriving, I emailed the concierge with specific questions on reservations for parties, restaurants, etc....but I never heard back from him. We paid for […] a Queen balcony room, but upon checking in, noticed only a tiny room with a double bed and a patio (balcony) opening up to a faux pool ie, "balcony" on the 1st floor. I was told that was the room I paid for, but would be moved if another room became available -it did not. We stayed a week & everyday, the room was cleaned after I requested for them to clean it, but the towels (bath, hand, washcloths), soap, shampoo, conditioner, & coffee were never replaced & we had to request those items everyday with the front desk who made a list every single day. It was very clean and quiet, and the white comforter and linens were a nice touch. The bathroom did not have a vent fan, the shelf in the shower was broken and never replaced, & there was a wierd hook which stuck out a foot in the shower which we did not understand why it was there. The concierge was a positive to the hotel and his happy face made our experience better. The hotel did include complimentary cocktails from 7-8 every night, which was a nice touch. Overall, the location made the hotel a reasonable place to stay. I am used to staying at hotels similar to the Hilton, which this definately was not. It had the very basics and felt like many shortcuts were taken because they knew it was a good location. Next time in visiting this city, we would not choose to stay here. Læs mere

The hotel is in the art deco area of Miami beach. It is on 4 floors and has had a makeover inside. Lobby, passageways and rooms ultra cool (permafrost in coolness). Bathroom very nicely done with big shower area. WiFi with own router in every room. Very central to Ocean Drive area and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly (all of them) and very willing […] to help. Bonuses were free drinks (Gin and Vodka plus mixers) between 7 and 8 pm each night, and a free shuttle bus to the airport. Only downside was a cockroach found (and crushed) by our kids! Thought that was NY only..... Would recommend the hotel for that area and would return there. Læs mere

I come to South Beach quite often for vacation, and am aware that in this city in particular, the hotels are either SUPER amazing or SUPER bad. Always keep the saying "you get what you pay for" in mind when you are searching for places to stay in this area. Hotels in this area are much more hit and miss than most cities I have traveled to. To focus […] on the good first: The hotel was nicely redecorated with some nice mod touches. They offered complimentary drinks in the evenings. There is a pool, albeit quite small. The location is very convenient to the beach and shopping. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I actually left this hotel earlier than my stay had originally planned for a variety of reasons including issues with the shower, but most particularly because the walls are extremely thin. I could hear pretty much everything my neighbors were "doing" and saying (in their normal voices). I don't consider myself super picky when it comes to hotel digs, but I would say the thin walls were a bit beyond the usual and customary. Excelent place, you just walk to Best places in Miami Beach. Restaurant, bars and stores close to the hotel.

My room faced the pool and there is a bar attatched (XO Cafe) that plays music from 9 or 10 AM until 4 or 5 AM the following morning. Everyday. They advertise a queen bed, it was a full. If you are trying to relax at all, don't stay here

The hotel is just O K, and in what I would term the seedy part of South Beach. We were only there 3 days and 2 nights and had things to do, so it was OK for us. Did find a restaurant in the next block that was great. Next time we go to Miami we will probably stay at a hotel north of Lincoln.

It was a nice short 2 block walk from the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like a damp old cellar!! I found dead rotting flowers in the closet(housekeeping had missed)and the bathroom above mine poured water into my bathroom!! Don't bother!!!

Please make sure your TV channel guide matches the channels that are actually availible for viewing.

I will not recommend this hotel to others. This is more like a 2 stars hotel to me. - Construction is poorly done. - Lighting is very low. - Smelly. - Lound.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, rooms were clean, but overall feel of this hotel felt like a night club.... they even stocked condoms in the mini bar
