Muy sucio,no atienden amablemente las reservaciones que se hacen en otras paginas como cheap tickets,el. Parking lo cobran caro ,mal,mal servicio

Hotel was O.K. for the money. Close to Airport with free shuttle. Neighborhood surrounding hotel was a little scarey. I only stayed 1 night, it suited my needs but would not go back.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle and restaurant delivery to hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms are not beautiful but good value for the low price.

Very clean, modern and convenient. Staff was kind and helpful. Will return in the future.

The motel staff wasnt helpfull. The room I got at first was not clean it had damp towels all over the place the bathroom had trash all over the floor and the toilet was extremly dirty. After reporting these problems to the front desk it was a fight to get a new room. If I had the time I would have found a new place to stay. The neighborhood is kinda […] sketchy however the parking lot is well lit. The planes going over are quite loud at night but it is right next to the airport. It was a very nice place to stay. I though by being next to the airport, there was gonna be loud noises....not at all. The people there were nice. It was located about 10 minutes away from everything we needed. I would stay there again and again.

Our room had a lock that had been damaged and we did not feel our room was secure because the door could be popped open with a credit card or other tool when we were out of the room. Bolt lock and hnge worked well when in the room. Also requested an extra coffee pack in the morning from housekeeping, only to be greeted with we don't speak english and […] we don't have anymore available. Læs mere

Affordable, located close to the Airport. The rooms were small, beds full size, pool cloudy, there were small ants in our room.

Not the cleanest place and I did not like going out in the area.

I was very disapointed with my stay here. First, the front desk guy was lazy. I had 4 suitcases with me and carried them all by myself while he stood there and watched. Didnt offer to grab one or even to grab the cart for luggage. Unbelievable. Secondly, all they had left was a smoking room. Absolutely disgusting. It smelled so bad in there that if […] my room wasn't non refundalbe I would have walked right out and went to another hotel. All of my stuff stinks just from spending 1 night in that room. Everything was dirty and the free breakfast...was a joke. If your hungry or you have hungry kids dont plan on filling up with that joke of a breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again if it were free. OK 2-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was very limited to two cereals and toaster waffles. However, easy access off of 281. Staff was nice.

Dated, but clean, convenient and priced right.

The location was great as we flew into town around midnight. Could something other than styrofoam be used at the breakfast?

This was an awesome stay!! The gentleman working the evening shift was very courteous and helpful. Very friendly staff! Room was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The only thing we did not like were the beds. They were small and hard we also wanted extra pillows but were only allowed two extras. We will definitely stay there again if ever in […] that area. I really have not one good thing to say..finding hotel was easy..could see it for miles but had to take side roads to get there..Thank god for GPS or i would have never got there. Ac unit wasnt on.. bath towels the size of hand towels and rough as sandpaper.Too close to freeway and runway! NO service. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. Points off for: there was no remote for the TV in the room and the AC unit kept making a loud humming sound every 20-30 minutes, which kept waking me up often throughout the night. I needed an inexpensive place to stay for the night. The hotel was clean and that was important to me. The hotel was a little inconvient to get to if you dont know the area. My only complaint would be the towels were VERY rough. I did bring my own towel for a shower but not a wash cloth or hand towel. The bed though was AWFUL. There was a plastic sheet […] or something on the bed and it made sleeping uncomfortable. It made the bed feel hard and it made alot of noise. I finally got a blanket from my car and slept on that. It helped a little but would be nice if a mattress pad was placed on the bed. Even though it was clean and the service was good I probably wont stay there again because of the uncomfortable bed. Good price. Very nice and helpful hotel staff!!! They printed maps to the businesses we needed to get to. (very, very appreciated) Mediocre breakfast. Three minutes from San Antonio airport. Our comforter did not look clean. If you are a light sleeper, the runway does end very near this hotel, so between 5 am & 6 am you begin to hear the airplanes and […] jets leaving. Very Good!

Not as nice as I expected. Hotel seemed a little rundown.

I think everything was ok. The only thing i did not like was that the king bed was a little small. but everything was ok. i would come and stay there again.

Lo único que me desagradó es que huele muchísimo a cigarro en los pasillos. El desayuno podría estar mejor si ser costoso. Pero mis expectativas se cumplieron. Gracias.

El Hotel se encuentra a unos minutos del Aeropuerto de San Antonio bien comunicado por deferentes tipos de transportación y otros servicios, pero carece de personal en resepción (bilingue) las habitaciones de area de fumar, les falta mucha ventilación y se percibe mal olor, en mi caso, la habitación no tenia plancha ni caja de seguridad, aunque me proporcionaron […] plancha en recepcion. colocan poco jabon y shampoo aun sabiendo que la habitación es usada por mas de una persona. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables, pero a pesar de que se solicito desde que se llego al hotel servicio de transportación al aeropuerto para el momento de la salida, el día mencionado, fue dificil contar con el servicio, ya que menciono que nos debimos registrar 24 horas antes, por lo que no fue posible en el horario aproximado al que se requeria, se proporcionó varias horas antes, aunque fue con disposición, por lo que me parece que falta comunicació, entre y por parte de los empleados del Hotel. Desde mi punto de vista, tambien creo que le falta mantenimiento al hotel, pero fue una opción económica que de alguna forma se compensa, pero estoy seguro que podrian mejorar la calidad de sus servicios y principalmente la calidad de su hotel. justo lo que requieres para ir de paseo cerca del area del aeropuerto en san antonio. muy recomendable. limpio, economico y cerca de muchos lugares como el north star mall, best buy etc.

Las habitaciones súper limpias, la ubicación excelente, el precio inmejorable definitivamente si vuelvo.
