Generelt godt.. Personalet er hjælpsomt, når man har et problem. Udlåner gerne el-converter og paraplyer. Dejligt med køleskab på værelset og koldt vand på gangen. Dejligt med pubben, når det regner og til en sen øl. Tæt på South Station så man har et godt udgangspunkt til alle dele af byen både med metro mv. eller på gåben. Boston er en pragtfuld by. Vi havde 5 dage i byen med vores søn, hvorefter vi tog til Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH.

Velfungerende hotel med service minded front desk og rigtig god concierge. Rummene har meget passende størrelse med gode senge, A/C og gode badeværelser. Havde nogle problemer med A/C den ene nat men vinduet kan også åbnes delvist på værelset. God restaurant + bar i bunden af hotellet med glimrende morgenmad og frokostmuligheder med god stemning + masser af gæster i baren over weekenden. Hotellet ligger rigtigt godt placeret tæt på shopping muligheder og metro, og ligger også lige ved udgangen fra Boston marathon. Alt i alt et rigtigt godt valg til en Boston bytur.!

A good choice for the budget minded, they should stock a few basic toilet articles for guests, or at least have a vending machine for them.

Great price and yet close to Boston - just 15 -20 mins from downtown. Very convenient for one-night stay. Breakfast was included and was welcome.

"Breakfast and room"
Breakfast could use an update, but it was nice to include it in the room rate. Saved me time and $$s in the morning. Room was clean, bath small, lamp stained, wallpaper pealing, wifi was fast but dropped from my iPad too often. Close to highway yet quiet. Good of a business stay.

I stayed wiyh my son- 3 and halph years old. I was exaust. recepcionist veri efficient when we arrived. Quiet, not noise at all. i need to sleep. Was great.The only thing i can tell is not good and recommend change is the time for breakfast. 9Am to finish is too early for sunday morning special when you stayed late the night before.We wento 10 minutes […] to finish and most of the food was out and i have to ask to have. "Pleasant Surprise"
We drove from Philadelphia to see a concert and were happy to get to the hotel. It was such a pleasant surprise to walk in and see a smiling face tell me that she just upgraded us due to the hotel being so full so my husband, my two sons and I all had a bed. "Sharp People - Great Service - Beautiful Room"
What more can you ask? My crew of four and I are in hotels four to five nights a week and we've become very picky. THIS is the type of hotel we like to find. Excellent hotel! The front desk staff was very helpful. When we checked in, receptionist gave us reccommendation for dinner and made a reservation for us at a very nice restaurant. Clean, comfortable rooms and nice hot breakfast.

"Reasonable and easy location for north of Boston"
Desk clerk was very friendly. Plenty of choices for the continental breakfast. Very clean, but would need some renovation of room. Very reasonable price for the room rent, compare to others. Gas and food places nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Free Wifi was a problem to access, and I eventually gave up trying to access the Internet. There were no clear instructions to access the Internet, leaving me to flop around like a beached whale. Otherwise, my ratings slipped due to a smell of cigarette smoke in a "smoke-free" room. The room itself was clean and attractive. Housekeeping did a good job with cleaning and linens. A few little things were not quite perfect. The heating adjustment was not very sensitive to the setting that we selected. It was either too hot or too cold in the room. The TV remote was sluggish in changing channels. Our recent family trip to Boston was enhanced by our stay at the Woburn Comfort Inn. From the Inn, we had a short drive into the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The small refrig and microwave were an added perk. I enjoyed watching a movie and unwinding in the fitness room while my teens lounged in the room.

This is a good, clean Comfort Inn, conveniently located near a highway exit. The hotel is around 20 minutes from Boston by car. The only drawback is the proximity of the Kraft Foods factory, which spews this smell which can fill the parking lot. It's not offensive exactly, but I'd prefer not to smell it. "Comfort Inn Woburn, MA - good food nearby"
We found this hotel nicely run, very accommodating, with great food nearby (walking distance), and an excellent breakfast. Very satisfied. The neighborhood was a bit industrial yet walking to nearby restaurants was OK.
For the low price, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised, however. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was pretty darn good too!

"stayed here again this year... still great!!"
We stayed here last year and loved it... came back this year - still a great place to stay!! And this year we found out that there is a subway (train) station about 10-15 min from the hotel... made traveling around downtown Boston even easier and cheaper. and there is a Zoo on the way to the subway that was pretty good too...

Perfect location, just off Insterstate 93 and only 10 minutes from the TD Garden.

We booked this hotel because of the reasonable rate and the quality of the hotel for the money. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was really good as well. It wasn't a deluxe continental breakfast but everything else was there that made it enjoyable. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

very convenient location but beyond that I would not recommend this hotel. Room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals and perfume/air freshener. I thought perhaps it was unique to that one room so was promptly moved to another and discovered the same odors that were very off-putting, and I am not particularly sensitive to such things. Water from shower came out slightly brown and took a long time to run clear, water pressure was weak. Computer in lobby was difficult to use, extremely slow and mouse didn't work well. "Chain saw outside the window..."
Checking in was fine, room was clean, but the chain saw noise going on and off all night outside of our 4th floor room was awful. We got back to our room after 10pm and didn't notice the sound until then. It went on ALL NIGHT. Upon telling the front desk the next morning we were told that THAT PARTICULAR ROOM has experienced that problem before and […] the last people they put in there they had to move to another room. It is a problem with the outside wind moving through the heating unit. NICE of them to continue to book that room KNOWING the major problem had not been fixed. We won't be staying there again. Traveling for work adn pleasure, I wanted a inexpensive place to stay. Location is great for the cost! Not the most upscale hotel I stayed in, but when I traval all I ask for is a safe, warm place to sleep with a clean bathroom. Woburn I find is a great location for my personal and business purposes due to being very centrally located. You can stay […] at Red Roof for $10 less, but with the free breakfast and overall quality of this hotel I'll dish out the extra $10. I think the part of the trip that stood out the most wwas when I overslept checkout (Ia ctually thought it was at noon, not 11:00) but the front desk staff were very friendly about the misunderstanding. Confort Inn is always a good value. Good price for the quality and services. But I find that their price are going higher and higher. "ok to stay for a night"
Stayed here for one night. Breakfast was nothing special, very crowded and no fresh fruit except for some old apples, and don't waste your time with the cheap hotel coffee. Just an average room and hotel, although the location was very easy to find.

While the location and friendliness of the staff was exceptional, the hotel is in dire need of being updated. The worst part of the stay was the terrible water pressure. Taking a shower was as effective as washing my hair under a garden hose.
