Taget i betragtning at hotellet har 5 * synes jeg værelset var for lille. Badeværelset var lækkert med mange ting: kam, tandbørste mm. Mangler lige en dansk kanal i TV. Restaurantens priser var for høje til mig.

Nogen støj fra færger. Der manglede badekåber og der kunne også godt være en mulighed for at lave sig en kop the/kaffe.

Hotellet ligger som en del af et kompleks, der hedder World Trade Center på en mole i havnen, og der er ikke langt op til Ramblaen eller ud til de gode fiskerestauranter ved lystbådehavnen længere mod nordøst. Turist-rundfartsbusserne holder lige udenfor, så man kan komme rundt i hele byen på en én- eller todagesbillet. Der er længere til metroen, som […] så til gengæld er meget billigere ! Der er lige udenfor også et stativ med bycykler, som man kan leje. Vores standard-værelse var pænt rummeligt og med altan - desværre ind mod atriumgården, men det var ok. Man kan som kompensation gå op på taget, hvor der er en fantastisk terrasse med udsigt og mulighed for at slænge sig i flugtstole. Desuden er der en lille udendørs pool. Eneste minus på værelset var TV-kanalernes kvalitet, som var helt elendig - tæt på ubrugelig (selv om selve tv'et var en pænt stor Philips fladskærm). Jeg ved så ikke, om det gælder alle værelserne, for vores antennestik i væggen så ikke for overbevisende ud ! Hotellets morgenmad kommer oveni og er dyr, men fantastisk - her mangler absolut intet ! Vi boede på Eurostars Grand Marina. Hotellet er super fint og rent. Den eneste ulempe var, at færgerne sejler lige uden for, hvilket støjer sent om aftenen og tidligt om morgenen.

Som 5 stjernet hotel synes vi måske nok, at der på værelset burde være følgende: - gratis vand på flaske - glas til vin/cava - mulighed for kaffe/te brygning

Det meste var superb og ikke mindst hotellets køkken som var helt i top. Sengene var dog så hårde at vi næsten ikke lukkede et øje de 5 dage vi var der.

Dejligt hotel. God beliggenhed. Meget lækkert morgen buffet, med alt hvad man kan tænke sig. Meget venligt og imødekommednde personale.

This hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. A superb location - especially the rooms overviewing the habour. Only a short walk to La Rambla and the Metro. Super hotel service.

Dejligt hotel - det kommer ikke meget bedre. Virkelig god service - og et morgenbord ud over det sædvanlige. Havde fantastisk udsigt over hele Barcelona og havnen. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vil varmt anbefale det til andre.

Super lækkert hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på Ramblaen og kun ca. 15 min. gang fra stranden. God service fra det venlige personale, og store dejlige værelser. Morgenmadsbuffeten er dyr men superlækker - den skal man ikke snyde sig selv for.

Virkelig lækkert hotel, med fantistiske værelser og den dejligste forplejning...selv den 24 timers roomservice og mad de bragte var fantastisk... Skøn forkælelse. Med havnen i vinduet og kun få minutters gant til La Rambla.. ja så kunne alle seværdigheder nåes til fods eller metro... Eneste lille minus var at der var lidt støj fra de store flotte krydstogtskibe […] der lå i havn... men de var der mest om dagen og sejlede videre om natten.. Grand Marina er det flot hotel. Godt placeret ved havnen, men dog tæt på La Rampla og den gamle del af Barcelona. Priser i restauranten er i den høje ende, men masser af cafe'er og restauranter i 5 min gå afstand.

Jeg har kun positivt at sige om dette hotel/ophold.

Klart et hotel i verdensklasse med hensyn til beliggenhed. Jeg var dog ærgelig over at man først kunne svømme i poolen klokken elleve jeg elsker en morgen dukkert alene Skønt morgenbuffeten var lækker kunne jeg godt savne at lave en kop kaffe på vær. lige når jeg vågner.

Great hotel, large rooms, 5 mins walk to Rambla. Great service, amazing breakfast. Some rooms have a city view which is fabulous. Also a bike rack for rental makes all the difference. Mini bar in room, Jacuzzi and a shower, free internet. No PPV movies.

This hotel was perfect for a quick city break as it is located just off the main street. We had a standard room which had a great view. If you intend to have breakfast at the hotel I would recommend ordering before you go as it can be quite pricy if you pay on the day. The staff were really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much to ask.

Excellent hotel with fantastic service. Great location. My travel was for leisure only. This hotel feels a little bit more business oriented. No problem really, but I may be looking for something different next time I go to Barcelona for shopping. However, I'm totally satisfied and the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic!

Just arrived back home after a splendid stay at this hotel, duty managers and reception staff very friendly and accomodating,chose the celebration package,we were not disappointed.Its all the litttle extras that make a stay good the bottle of cava and fresh strawerries was alittle extra surprise for my wife.Considering this is a 5star hotel adjoining […] the trade centre, its about time theMayor of Barcelona got rid of that metal mostrosity of a acable car tower plonked right in front of the hotel, this is a real eyesore and spoils all the good work done on the front,from the cruise liner area and along the Rambla de Mer,which is a great addition. Hotel staff was very accomodating and excellent with English. Room service was delicious - and expensive on par with the rates of the hotel. If you poke your head out the window you can see gaps between the building of the water in the non-corner/priciest rooms. If you want to see the harbors the piers are walkable any way. The bed was uncomfortable, […] but they did have nice room darkening shades to help you sleep in. The bath tub was jacuzzi style but with jets in all the wrong places to be massaging and the super shower head with jets down the side lacked any water pressure to back them up either. Both were disappointing to my original glimpse. The Ramblas was a short walk away; past some sketchy characters who are between the pier area and where the tourists really pick up. Not so scary that you can't just feign "Sorry no English/no Spanish" to walk by though, even as a solo gal. So, if you want to really be in the midst of tourist area but still have a nice room, this is a good spot. The metro is at the far end of the avenue (1/2 mi?), so getting to other spots isn't so bad if you don't mind braving the crowd each time. Cab ride between the hotel and airport was robbery at 35 Euros and only 12 km drive. Læs mere

Great hotel in a prime location! Everything is within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay there again, the breakfast buffet is overrated but overall a very nice hotel!

Well appointed spacious room with high ceiling. Bathroom is large with bathtub and shower, in marble. King size bed is just fine (comfort). Nice health club on roof of the hotel (the swimming pool is tiny and is closed). Desk people are helpful but room service was very poor: never showed up when we contacted them for turndown! The location is good, […] by the water front (no beach), next to the World Trade Center. The city is very entertaining and there are many restaurants within a walkable distance. Great Hotel though the thermostat wasn't working

Easy and great location. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Air con was troublesome. Views were fantastic.

there are plenty of hotels of very good quality at a much lower price , I thought paying good money for a top hotel would improve my stay in Barcelona i was wrong ....PS . 20 euros for 3 cans of 33cl of coke in the hotel ,the small ones you buy at tescos for 30 or 40 pence

My first stay in a Eurostars hotel. I was very pleased in every way. I shall be using them again. It may be less expensive that the Arts but the quality is similar. Great location too.

Advertises all rooms to have either a Marina or City view, but half of the rooms have a view of the Courtyard...should have requested a city view. There are only two suites per floor with a marina view. Otherwise, a beautiful facility...and I am a designer! Only 1 minute walk from Barcelona's cruise ship custom clearance. Clean rooms with nice views of the city - not the harbor. Plenty of taxi and bus service from front door. The "Jump On-Off" bus facilities stops here. Front desk provides excellent english and guide information. No coffee/tea in rooms, and breakfast charges are extremely high - about […] $30USD/pp. Watch out for city taxi drivers not resetting their meters before departure. The hotel is nice place to stay. It locates next to Passenger Terminal. Do ask for seaview room. It's only 15 - 20 mins walk to port vell, where you can find a shopping mall and a lot of choices of restaurants. Transportations by metro / buses are also very convineance.

This was my first stay in Barcelona and it is a wonderful city. I hope to go back and would stay at this hotel again.

This great hotel right next to Port Vell and the end of the Rambla is a truly luxurious and world class hotel. Great big room, great bed, great bathroom, great view from my balcony. Hot tub is super as well, was a great place to pop some cava and relax after a long day of walking around the city. Service at the front desk was great, they mailed a post […] card for free for me, speak great English and were super nice. Cabs line up right outside the hotel which is very convenient since the hotel is a little walk down the pier to the city proper. Only complaints were that room service was poor and the rooftop pool was closed. Other than that, this was a breathtaking hotel fit for a breathtakingly beautiful city. Nice hotel in a really convenient location. The view from the balcony was spectacular, saw the port and the entire city! Good sized room for being a European hotel (I think the room we had was a superior). The service was friendly, but extremely lacking, especially considering it is supposed to be a 5-star. Warning, the beds are rock-hard!

We chose the hotel for a 4 day stay because it is near the cruise port from which we were leaving. It is a beautiful hotel with very modern decor and first rate service. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and large by European standards. There is an excellent but rather pricey restaurant on the premises. In a square next to the hotel are some inexpensive […] eateries that provided breakfast and light meals. Our only quibble would be that the hotel is a little far from a Metro stop and a considerable walk to get almost anywhere. Taxis were always available outside the door and a "hop on- hop off" tourist bus had a stop at the hotel as well. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely return. Læs mere

We loved this hotel on the Marina about 5 minutes walk to the colombus statue at the base of the La Rambla.

26 euros by taxi from airport including all fees. Very close to port 10min by taxi in traffic. Close to all the sites and bus stop is 30 seconds away. Nice, luxury hotel with clean, large rooms. Location close to shopping and restaurants on marina but a little bit of a hike to the center of las ramblas.

Excellent location for access to cruise ships, La Ramblas and marina. Great service. Comfy beds, quiet and luxurious shower. A perfect place to stay while in Barcelona.

The shower and bathroom were wonderful! We had a room on the end and it was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were hard, but that was common for all three beds we slept in on our European tour (Barcelona + cruise). Be careful you do not have to leave the hotel when there are lots of ships in the port. Traffic gets really bad.

Excellent hotel fantastic views deserves 5 Star

Stayed at this hotel before and after a cruise with Celebrity. We were met initially with disorganised and disinterested staff, who clearly didn't understand the booking in procedure. We ended up having to phone another guest from our party - who had already checked in, to prove that they were there already. The hotel had no idea. The rooms are beautifully […] appointed, but the quality of finish is poor - the shower leaked, the sockets were hanging off the wall and inaccessible, the junior suite had a "living area" , entirely furnished with s small glass table. The air conditioning was not working - but they did repair it. Food in the restaurant was excellent, but the service was slow. Room service was overly expensive, fairly slow, and repeatedly wrong. Hotel carpets were not clean, but the rooms themselves were. The swimming pool was very small, and was currently being repaired so was out of action. Sun terrace looks like a carpark. Bellboys/concierge were excellent. As was transfer service. 5 star hotel?? Nope. All the elements are there, but they hang disjointedly giving jarring headache to anyone expecting quality service. The hotel was in walking distance to everywhere important. Quiet & safe with great staff. The rooms were slightly outdated but very large and clean

We loved the hotel and its location. We had one problem. Our room was very warm. If we opened our balcony door we couldn't sleep because of people partying. The air conditioner needed to be turned on by maintenance staff (master switch) however, that never happened....even after 3 calls to the front desk. Beautiful Setting in walking distance of great places to eat & shop. Right at the pier for Cruise Ships. Excellent Breakfast Buffet in hotel restaurant. Staff extremely helpful. Spoke English.
