Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Mississauga - Mississauga

Despite being under construction, was satisfied with the stay. The Employees were extremely helpful in addressing any of our needs. Restaurant meal was very good for the pricing.

Room too hot and could not adjust temperature down. The "plug" in the bathroom sink was broken such that it remained 99% closed, not allowing sink to drain properly. Aside from that, everything was good.

I like the shower compartment's open concept. It's very new to me. My partner likes it very much.

Shuttle to/from the airport and to local businesses was greatly appreciated. Dinning is above your average for a hotel.

The room is comfortable and accessible. Cleanliness was maintained. Bathroom is clean. They're having renovations at the top floors but suprisingly you won't even notice it. No noise. The restaurant needs sprucing up with their menu.

I stayed in the hotel with my 2 young boys as part of weekend treat before back to school. We spent the day at the ROM and were excited to go back to the hotel and play in the pool. We were less than an hour from home, so could have gone home and saved the $, but a hotel room and pool for little boys is exciting and fun. The staff was friendly and the […] food at dinner was reasonably good, but the experience fell apart when it came to the pool. First, it was freezing cold. We were in the pool area with another family and all of the adults refused to go in, and even the kids complained and were shivering and eager to get out. We stayed at the pool for about 15 minutes, and then considered using the hot tub ... but opted not to use it because it was filled with white filmy stuff and the water was really murky (yuck!). While our plan had been to watch a movie in our room and then spend the next morning in the pool again, we decided to leave right after we woke up and find something fun to do at home instead. I was initially apprehensive after reading some of the earlier reviews, but decided to book nevertheless and I was not disappointed. Excellent customer on both arrival and checkout. The hotel was very clean and inviting as was the room I was assigned. The bathroom was very clean and the bedroom (Deluxe Executive King Size) immaculate. If you are looking for a cheap hotel near the airport or 401 that is clean this is your place. The room was clean but we had asked for a non-smoking room, which we got but they put us on a 1/2 non-smoking floor?!? How can there be such a thing. As soon as we got off the elevator all we could smell was smoke. We asked at the desk and they were full up […] so we couldn't be moved. I was not impressed right off the start too when our key wouldn't work two times and had to go to the front desk each time. Also we were glad we brought our confirmation from Hotel.com as we paid for a breakfast but he hotel had no record of that. Also, they don't have a buffet breakfast on the weekends, only during the week if you want that. You are only able to chose one thing off the menu during the weekend to be able to use your voucher, but i have to say it was more than enough food for us. Also the location isn't great if you want to go shopping, etc. You will also have to drive if you want to go to any restaurants too. room is clean but small price is on par with others

Booked it through hotels.ca and loved the hotel. Check in was fast, easy access to major routes, clean room, and extremely reasonable rate. Can't say one bad thing about it !

Nice hotel, friendly staff

We had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were very friendly and the room was amazing. I could not believe the size and comfort of the room based on the low cost. The only disadvantage is that it does not have a great location in terms of dining and shopping - you pretty much need a car or be willing to pay $20 for a taxi (each way).....

I found the room very clean and comfortable and room service was quick with good food.

The experience was bad but but the worst part is that we were offered late checkout at 1PM. at 11:45AM the room service lady bangs on the door and says its time to leave. When I explain that we were offered late checkout at 1PM she gives me a hard time and storms off saying that she is going to talk to the manager. Horrible Service

was going golfing at lions head and was a great place to stay the night prior.
