I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel

It was my first time staying over at the Hotel. I was surprised at how the hotel was clean (not that I expected it not to be). The room I stayed at with my husband was clean and comfortable as well. Hotel location didn't bother at all. It is convenient. If you know the area there's plenty of things to do around but you will have to step out. The Hotel […] has a bar/restaurant/lounge that seemed very cozy, pretty and good place to hang out. Staff was attentive and respectful. I did request room service and the food arrived fast (and it was a Friday night) but do allow them about 30 mins to get it ready. The food was good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the parking was not included in the stay which I didn't think it was fair. My husband and I were driving both of our cars and we both needed to pay for parking. I just thought that since you are staying over the hotel as a paying customer, parking should be included. But other than that, no other complaints. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area. Check it out!!! Læs mere

Extremely helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good food in the hotel restaurant. Couldn't have asked for more on the night before we left for our cruise!

Security was extra tight but I totally understand, hotel was stellar

Excellent hotel. Complimentary transfers to and from airport. Very comfortable and stylish. Friendly helpful staff. Great value and ideal for a stopover.

I stayed there for one nite actually 7 hrs and my SUV got stolen from there gated parking lot. Actually 3 cars got stolen that nite. Not only has no one helped me they still charged me 14 for parking. Lol not about the $14 just principle. If u want to take my advice do urself a favor never stay there If u want to keep ur car

Very nices rooms, the hotel exceeded my expectation

LOCATION, SERVICE, SAFETY, POLITNESS VIEW COULD NOT BE BETTER.

Very comfortable clean room. Beds were full size a bit small for 2 adults. Walls paper thin we had teenagers next to us who were rowdy. Bar lounge very nice. Bartender sweet lady. I recommend you order rasberry Margarita. Nor on menu. Breakfast over priced....eggs funny...coffee mediocre...everything had a glaze of butter. Would not eat breakfast there […] again. Læs mere

this hotel is AMAZING great decor but some things could be better ...internet and locale calls should not be charged ...i think it was ridiculous to be charged 11.80$ for 2 phone calls that went straight to a voice mail.anyway I would go back but make sure i get an international plan on my cell phone

This hotel is awesome, so clean, modern, comfortable and with a great decoration.

The hotel was good. The interior was well decorated in a modern boutique hotel style. The room amenities including bathroom fittings, Tv and linens were all good quality. The most impressive thing about this hotel I that you can't hear the planes what so ever. This was my biggest worry and I didn't even think about it until I was leaving. The worst […] part of the hotel is that it is in a neighborhood of hotels but nothing else. This was ok for U's because we were using it as as home base only but the choices to go out to eat or go watch a movie or the mall etc are limited. This place is very clean, trendy, and best of all it was cheap too. Staff is very responsive and courteous. I'm not a hotel snob but I like a clean place to sleep and Renaissance offers that along with good customer service. Highly recommend it if you're looking to stay in the Newark area. nicely renovated and spacious rooms, friendly staff. they did not honour our booking of two double beds but gave us a king and a sofa bed instead. fine for kids but unacceptable had we been 4 adults. i recomend not mentioning kids bec. they take advantage of that. our rate did not include breakfast which is a drag bec not a great neighbourhood around […] the hotel. the restaurant provides excellant cuisine, though. overall, price was decent for the quality. I feel that internet service and parking should be FREE to hotel guest. I think that there should be a microwave in each room........

I've stayed at the REN for a few years, due to a recurring conference venue. The recent remodeling to the bar made it quite comfortable for a couple or large group of 10-12 pple to enjoy themselves. The rooms have been remodeled and are more than just inviting. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, the staff is very friendly from […] the Reg Desk, to the Cleaning staff. The only problem was the restaurant having loud music playing which adds nothing to the ambiance. I reported the toilet in our room ran wasting water which the clerk said she would report to maintenance. I know nothing about the neighborhood but in taking us to the airport I observed some rather tacky housing. Our room only gave us a commanding view […] of the parking lot. Læs mere

The hotel itself was not bad but it was under renovation and there was just too much noice overall.

Room were comfy except for pillows. Room was clean and very updated. Hotel was noisy in am hours due to construction. They alo had not cleared out snow in parking spot so it was mess and sloppy inbween cars. We also had a security guy banging on our door at 6am saying he thougth room was empty. Access by shuttle bus from the airport ok, but you need to get the airtrain first to get to pick up point Check in and staff very friendly. Room was clean but really worn down. Smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. Staff wanted to exchange but my wife had gone to bed already after a long flight. Next day the hotel was very difficult to access by the […] rent a car although you can almost visually see it from the airport. Visiting New Jersey, a friend and I needed a convenient hotel. Found a good deal on Hotels.com. The place was perfectly functional, although not exceptional. Clean, comfortable, a marked step up from budget hotels and, best of all, no sign of bedbugs!

Great Airport, But , have to take the airtrain to one spot to pick up all hotel shuttles. Easier for traveler to get picked up at the terminals.

Everything you need in an airport hotel. Convenient free shuttle, decent food, very comfortable bed and room, coffee machine and good friendly service.

This is a decent place to stay if you have an early morning flight. V. close to Newark Airport and the hotel provides a reliable shuttle to the airport. The surrounding area is questionable and polluted, but the hotel is convenient. Plus there is good quality, albeit pricey room service, so you don't need to explore the surrounding area. We chose this location as it was close to Jersey Gardens. The photos on the internet does not do this place justice. We were taking a weekend get away with the kids. The double beds were a bit small, however the comfort and surrounding made us feel like we were in a 5 star establishment. Our first night was not pleasant due to inconsiderate guests. […] When we let the front desk know, the immediately changed our room The pool was nice for the kids and the the fitness room with a glass overlooking to the pool was great. I exercised an was able to keep an eye the kids. Just perfect. The staff courteous,establishment clean. Located across from the airport, wasn't noisy at all. Two thumbs up!!!!! Læs mere

This hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was big. The people were very friendly and nice. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious for 2 or more people. Bathroom was perfect size. Bed was clean. Do not use Mapquest to find this hotel--you WILL get lost! Be aware that they charge for each day of parking and you have to pay for your morning coffee in the lobby area.

Last time I stayed at EWR I bunked at a Days Inn near the airport for a very cheap price. This time, I wanted something a little more swank and comfortable. For less than twice the price, I got more than twice the comfort, quiet, and service. Definitely worth the upgrade.

The Staff that hosted our Event, our Control-M Northeast User Group was outstanding, especially Eve. She was amazing and so helpful, our customers were just thoroughly pleased with all aspects. The Restaraunt was great within the Hotel. We had Dinner & Breakfast there, and the Food and Service was amazing.

The hotel is not convenient to the airport and they charge $14 for parking. Better off at Days Inn.

Lett å komme til med shuttlebuss fra flyplassen. Rent og pent. Stort rom og fint bad. Kjempegode senger. Svømmebasseng som var kjempefint for barna. Prisen var bra, så kan absolutt anbefales hvis du må overnatte før du reiser videre.
