Værelserne var ikke så store som forventet, så vi boede lidt presset. (5)Den gratis morgenmadsbuffet var ikke så spændende, der blev ikke fyldt op så når bakkerne var tomme, skulle man selv kontakte personalet, som så med slæbende fødder kom med lidt ekstra. Vi boede her i tre dage, som udgangspunkt for oplevelser i LA. Det ligger super godt placeret i forhold til lufthavnen og Santa Monica men lidt langt fra Hollywood. Hotellet er lækkert, rent og har rigtig god morgenmad. Personalet er flinke og hjælpsomhed og der er rigtig gode parkeringsforhold og godt wireless internet. vi havde en enkelt overnatning i en lejlighed, god plads, god service og billigt. 20 dollar for taxi til LAX. der er også en bus til LAX lige uden for døren, og metro (green line til LAX) tæt på . Der er ca 5 km til Manhatten Beach, som vi spadserede frem og til.

Sov der 2 nætter før vi skulle med fly videre. Tæt på stranden, (hvis man er i bil) og tæt på lufthavnen, som gjorde det let da vi skulle tidligt afsted. Morgenmaden er inkl. dog amerikansk. :-)

Okay hotel, med flink og imødekommende personale. Pænt og rent, men ikke nye værelser.

The hotel location was very convenient, and the free breakfast was fresh and more than acceptable. The beds were comfy, overall a good experience. Restaurants aren't real easy to find, and the folks at check in were quite busy chatting with each other. The hotel is clean, the neighborhood is very nice. There are upscale restaurants and shops as well as casual and fast food. It's a business park kind of area. The best thing of this hotel is that it is located 5 minutes away from the airport. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, huge parking lot and breakfast is not that bad… I think it is a bit expensive for what you receive.

Our experience at the hotel was not the best particularly because of the renovation taking place which we didn't know about when we booked the hotel. The lobby was under construction so the breakfast that was advertised was served in a conference. We were there on Friday morning and Saturday morning. Friday was doable in the conference room. Saturday […] morning was a nightmare. They should have had two conference rooms open and more food. We ended up carrying our food up to our rooms and eating it out of our laps. This is a well maintained facility. Great location and a decent price. However, the walls and floors seem thin and any noise goes right thru them. A huge noisy party below kept me awake for hours between 11 and 2 at night. Desk clerk made a galant effort to keep the lid on it but the noise was unbearable. Great place to stay, located out of the way but not too far out of the way. Right down the street from major highways, easy to get back to(and in LA thats saying something!!)

near to airport, clean, breakfast was great, free parking is important, great bed, small shop is helpful, the price is right, I will chose this hotel and I recommend it to others, I had read all review about this hotel before I chose, now I say that all were correct.

This is my favorite hotel in the LAX area. Close to a lot of places to eat, shopping and the beaches. Hotel staff is always very friendly and the place is clean and great rooms. Plenty of parking and easy access to the freeways.

Checked in Dec 20, 2011. It was a family trip; we booked two rooms for two nights. I wanted to get the comfort of a suited but it turned out to be a very bad experience. The hotel was nearly empty, at the time of check-in about 10:00pm after a long drive from Las Vegas I requested the reception Leady “Please give us the rooms in a quite location, if […] you have any construction or remodeling going on please put us away from that and put us in any floor”. We were five persons with kids; we drove from Phoenix, AZ to Las Vegas, NV to this hotel in Hawthorne, CA. All were tired needed to sleep a little longer but we all woke up maybe six in the morning with loud noise, felt like somebody started hammering non-stop on my door and roof. Nobody could sleep any more….I never had this kind of experience before. On the top of that the room, floor and the beds did not look clean but the NOISE was unbearable. I talked to the reception desk both mornings they just said “sorry, we have remodeling going on”. My point is I requested them at the first place to put us in any floor which is quite before we checked in they did not even pay any attention to my request. Is this Customer Service? Again, the hotel was almost empty. I had guests visiting from Canada; I was so ashamed to them. They were all sleep deprived and tired could not enjoy their first time visit in The USA. Læs mere

Location was just what we wanted, close to the airport. Sheets and towels were clean, but the rest of the room wasn't. Gum on the door frame, candy wrappers in the air conditioning vent, and mildew growing in the ice bucket. I'm sure we can find a better choice next time.

The only negative thing about our stay, ... which was absolutely wonderful in every way ... was they didn't have shuttle service to LAX This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in at LAX, The gal at the reception desk was extremely pleasant and helpful in finding a restaurant for dinner, Thanks!

This was our first time staying at this hotel. It was right down the street from our Son and Daught-in-law's house so it was very conveniently located. It was very clean and comfortable. Night sleeping was great no noise. The second day we went to Disneyland and it was only a 30 minute drive there. The price was very reasonable and the free breakfast […] was great. Will stay again. I like this hotel a lot. I grew up in west LA and it's close to the beaches. It's a quick zip to my mother-in-laws house and downtown too. I like the breakfast they serve and there's always time to walk on the beach whenever I come down for some family event or trade show. Very comfortable and great location.

the shower had mold, that was not treated, i complained, they had no maintnance on staff, it took two days before the moved me out of the room, no reimbursement , it like they didnit care, a complaint is at yht hotel. no one contacted me

We were visiting my son over the weekend and found the room very accomodating. Staff was very courteous. Continental breakfast met our needs and the free parking helped up my rating.

The hotel is a few miles away from LAX, but the price and room size is a much better option than staying very close to the airport. The rooms are a bit dated (floor/window style a/c, older tub/shower/faucets, etc.), but overall very clean. The room was not very clean. You could tell the housekeeping staff only did a "rough" cleaning job on these rooms due to the dust bunnies in the cornors and the mystery stain on the chair in the seating area. The elevator felt and sounded like it was about to break down at any moment, I held my breath every time I used it. The ladies at the front desk […] were fantastic and the breakfast was half decent. The location is good, it is right on the boarder of Manhatten Beach and Hawthorn. From the airport it is in a good location. For the price, it is a good deal. The breakfast is boring and the same simple cereal and egg patties, juice and coffee. if you stay more than a couple of days you would like to move out quickly. Internet was not available for most of our stay considering you are from overseas and need to have reasonable access for contacting people.
