everything was satisfactory except for the fact that the sauna was broke.. and i chose that hotel because it had a sauna.. but other than that it was good

It was very clean and well kept. The workers were very nice and quick to help out.

We had a king size bed and the room etc was very clean. Out toilet plugged up and we called maintenance and they were there within 10 minutes.Thank you. The morning breakfast was great something for everyone. Staff all very courteous.
"floors very squeeky"
clean enough hotel. Make sure you get a top floor. The floors are extremely squeeky. Forget about sleeping. The front desk was kind enough to move us and fortunately the people above us must have been asleep. We will not be going again for that price. Guess I will have to look for a 3-4 star. They were all booked!

"Comfortable hotel /convenient location"
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for two nights... very close to shopping, and easy access to highway (although there is a lot of construction in the area) Very close to numerous restaurants... great pool and exercise room! Morning complimentary breakfast - both hot and cold items... well stocked. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.. .received […] a phone call to the room from front desk after we checked in to see if the room was to our liking! Læs mere
"Great Stay"
We enjoyed staying in a Suite with our family of four, the suite had lots of room for our young family and a refridgerator and microwave for our convenience . Also, having a complimentary breakfast, with several items of choose from, every morning was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was fine, but we were disappointed that our room did not have a refrigerator. I thought this was pretty standard anymore. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels, and they had refrigerators.

"Excellent - nicest hotel I've stayed at in Saginaw"
Everything was quite nice - I liked the pool and the breakfasts in the morning were quite good. This is the nicest hotel of the three I've tried in that mall area of Saginaw.

The previous person staying in this room left their pajamas hanging on the back of the bathroom door and they were still there when we checked-in!!! The bathtub was extremely dirty and had to be cleaned before using - overall very unclean and messy made bed - not very appealing when we walked in.

"Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff make it worth it"
Room was lovely. Exceptionally clean, comfortable- in a quiet end of the building- a concern since an entire construction crew was joining us in the elevator and wheeling in cases of beer;). Front desk was stellar! Helped us to find a wonderful restaurant for dinner- perfect directions and couldn't have been friendlier! Only concern was that there were […] no real "glass" glasses to be found in the entire hotel. Plenty of plastic cups on hand, but still would prefer a real glass. No reflection on the staff however. I travel all the time and was very pleased with the decor of the and layout of the hotel. I found the staff extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. Our room was perfect and very clean. The location was perfect for us and I will definitely be returning quite a few times to the same hotel in the near future. "Saginaw area hotel is conveniently located"
Overall the hotel was in the right place and had a decent free breakfast. What was not acceptable was the non-operable sauna, a handicapped room with two beds, rather than the king standard I requested, and the lack of effort by the staff to do anything about the problems. Also I had an adjoining door to a crying baby who didn't stop until after 11:00 […] PM and was awake before 6:00 AM. It will be my first and only time at this location. Læs mere
