Thought the room was very clean & practically set-up. Appreciated the toiletrees, fridge/micro, "fireplace", and cozy ambiance inside & out tremendously. Pool, spa, and sauna was a pleasant suprise. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dynasty Suites and wished that we could have stayed longer. We discussed the possibility of returning to Redlands, just to stay at your hotel again and have a chance to explore the town. The amenities at DS were wonderful and the rate very reasonable.

The Dynasty Suites has one feature that differentiates it from many others in its class, the tempur-pedic mattresses. They are very nice and comfortable. However, the hotel is otherwise a bit drab, the rooms are on the smallish side and ours was a bit dark. For one night sleep it is fine, but if you are staying in Redlands for a few days, I might look […] somewhere else to have room to spread out. Another feature they have is that the room has some personal grooming supplies if you forgot yours. A small toothbrush, comb, toothpaste and the usual soap and shampoos. The pool is small, but clean. My kids loved going from the hot tube into the cool pool at night, which I tried as well and I found the pool a bit cold for my tastes. We found the sign-in process a bit strange. They want a few pieces of ID, they need not only the make , model, color of your vehicle, but also the license plate number and are most insistent if don't remember your exact plate number that you go out and double check it and get it right. It seemed a bit over the top. It is very easy to get to the University from the hotel and the local charming downtown is an easy 3-5 minutes drive. There is excellent freeway access. Læs mere

There are not any choices in regards to higher-end hotels in Redlands, but Dynasty Suites was certainly a clean, comfortable choice. It is in a great location just off the freeway, but it's quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and there is a small pool area to swim and/or to just relax after a long day. They offer a complimentary […] breakfast which has the typical yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, breakfast breads, coffee, and hot chocolate. We stayed for one night as part of our So Cal college visits trip. The location was very convenient for us. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable (memory foam), the water pressure in the shower is also very good (important detail that counts for us). Overall there was a very good experience with one 'but'. With checkout time at noon, we […] left the room at 10am for an appointment meaning to come back before 12pm. We left 'Do not disturb' sign on the foor as well. To our surprise, when we got back in 45 minutes our room was open and the cleaning has started. All our remaining belongings were placed in plastic bags by the door as 'abandoned'. They did clear out within 3 minutes so we could finish packing. Læs mere

We loved this motel!! The service was really great. We had an issue with the toilet at 10PM, which was fixed immediately. In the morning the front desk clerk helped me log on to their Wi Fi (my first time) and then I spilled coffee all over the vanity area and they came at once to clean it up. Each time they were very nice and friendly, even left me […] a couple extra bottles of water at no charge. We definitley recommed staying here. The charm was wonderful and the room though cozy, was nicely appointed with comfy mattress, beautiful comforter, downlike pillows, granite counter tops and flat screen TV. I liked that the room a/c and heater adjusted so that it did not have to run all night to stay comforable. There was also an electric fireplace, microwave and frig. My family and I have stayed in Redlands during family reunions/ holidays and never considered this hotel due to the fact that it is slivered between 'fast food row'. Our stay was affordable, very clean and comfortable. Great job from check in to check out. We will stay here again and tell our friends and family.

Cannot believe the high user-rating this hotel has received. Don't be fooled- this is a roadside motel, not a great hotel. Rooms are extremely small and crampped- could barely pass thru the 5 inches between the desk and the bed. Decor is very dated, pool is very cold, Jacuzi is lukewarm and very dirty. clean and comfortable full breakfast definitly a great stopover and stay at motel!!

Checking-in through a bullet-proof window was a bit unsettling, but the neighborhood did not seem too bad. This well-maintained older motel has lots of goodies - huge flat-screen, tempur-pedic mattresses, frig, etc., but still has the thin walls of its origin.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone was so nice, rooms were really clean and the bed is the best ever. Loved my stay! I have stayed in all kinds of hotels through out the US and hands down this even beat NY hotels and the price was great.

The rooms were nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable, place was quiet. The whole place seemed nice. The person at the check in counter was very nice & helpful. Will stay here again

What I booked is not what I expected when I arrived. The title says "suites" but this is a motel. I was disappointed when I arrived but my dissappointment stopped a the curb. The desk staff, the room cleanliness, and all of the amenities were quality. This was like stayling at a "boutique" hotel with out the boutique price. Overall it was good experience as to the services, location, cleanness, internet access. What I did not like was that there were too many little noises in the room (refrigerator was running all night, mattress was squeaking), but maybe I am too light of a sleeper.

We loved the room and the the front desk clerk that help us. She even went to the extent of helping us find good neighberhoods to move to in the surrounding area. The room was clean, and elegent fireplace, romatic feel. Beds were a plus in our book. Having temperpedic at home, then in a hotel made us feel like we were at home.

The hotel staff were wonderful! The breakfast was pleasant (can't beat free breakfast), and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the sauna since it was a little cold outside for a dip in the pool. The sprinklers outside my room came on at 4 am and were a bit loud outside my room. The room was clean, but smelled a little musty as if previous guests had […] smoked and the carpets had been cleaned in an effort to remove the smell and then closed up. Great service, wonderful staff. Generous breakfast fare and I really appreciated that we could get tea/coffee throughout the day.

The original amenities explanation reflected "Full-breakfast." But, it really was no more than a continental breakfast, at best. It was quite a let down with prepackaged pastries, hard-boiled eggs and defrosted waffles. The room was clean, the staff ehlp-ful, and accomodating.

We were told we would get a room with two queen beds. I was traveling with my daughter. We got a room with one king bed. No explanation, just told me they were sold out of the room type we reserved.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Room was clean and decorated attractively. Beautiful courtyard with all the amenities you need. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood near a variety of restaurants and stores,

Well. The pictures and description led me to think that this was more hotel than it was. In my childhood it would probably have been called a motel or motorcourt. Obviously upgraded but you can't change the size of the room. Nicely appointed but the photos were carefully taken to make things look bigger. I'm sure there were suites somewhere, but I didn't […] see them. Of course, I didn't want to stay in a Suite, anyway. But I would recommend this property. Læs mere

The quality, cleanness and comfort is A+. It was a little pricy but worth it!

The room and grounds were very clean and comfortable. easy access to I10...there are many resturants close by

took my girl friend there for her birthday. Had a great time. They even moved me downstairs because of my hip which made it easier for me to get around. Great staff . thanks will be going again soon.

This turned out to be a good stay for us, although it was a 20 minute drive to our sister's. Room was very clean, but small. If given the opportunity, we would stay there again. Breakfast was a plus, and atmosphere was quiet. I would give it a double A!

This was our second stay and we decided to make this our hotel of choice. The way it's set up keeps all the rooms from the street noise. With vines growing all over it ads an old time charm and mattresses are to die for. We stayed in the deluxe queen room which doesn't have much room to move but still comfy for 1 night. If you want real comfort for […] more than one night go for the deluxe or executive king. Fresh brewed Starbucks coffee can't be beat along with the continental breakfast, great way to start the day.
