Loved this hotel. I was there with my husband and two kids. Having the kitchen was a god-send and the fresh free breakfast every morning was fantastic. Yummy! Coffee is available for free all day long and they'll even do your grocery shopping for you for no extra charge while you are out sightseeing or visiting friends and family. Checked in on New Years Eve and checked out New Years Day, and I'll tell you, it's hard to find anything bad to say about a big comfortable suite in a very quiet hotel... If you're going to Franklin, why wouldn't you stay here?

I left a beanie and USD 60 in a bedside table. The hotel staff found the beanie but reported not finding the 60.00.

As usual, this Residence Inn is very well maintained and the staff are always extremely courteous and helpful.

All was good, except one thing... the room odor -- I think it needed a replacement shower curtain.. I believe that is what caused the sour odor. Otherwise great location, comfort and all else clean.Very convenient to have full bkfst and newspaper the next morning.

The front desk staff was marvelous !

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am always happy with the results, the room is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were very pleased with our experience.

There was a sound of a fan or air conditioning unit running behind a locked door in the bedroom. The door had vents to it. Noise persisted all night long.

We unfortunately had to deal with the noise of concern goers. Bed in sofa was "miserable" for two adults. Not sure how to fix that - but they were not please -very uncomfortable.

Not what would be expected of a Marriott hotel, or for the price of the room. Sleep sofa very worn and uncomfortable. Dated. Breakfast very limited--didn't even have butter for toast. Completely no-frills. Nothing special about it. Would not stay here again. Depended on Marriott for better than this. Highly disappointed. Staff just phoning it in.

It's exactly how they described it. The Cont. breakfast has a good variety. Everyone was polite.Pool and hot tub were great.

This hotel was wonderful in every way. I only had the pleasure of staying there for one short night but it was clean, comfortable and perfect location after a family 4th party that we traveled from NC to be with. The only thing I would've like, which is me, is a little harder pillows. But I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area!

It's a nice hotel. It's about 45 min to Boston. 1.25 hrs to boat to Martha's vineyard. 2 hrs from Cape Code. 1 hr to Plymouth, MA. 30 min to Providence, RI. We had a good time at this hotel. People were nice & we don't have any complaints.

The location of this hotel was perfect as we wanted to be as close as possible to the Wrentham Outlets(only 2 exits away!!!) The rooms were a good size and very clean!The staff was helpful with directions and information in general! For the price we paid I feel we got a good deal!!!

The room wasn't cleaned well. The glass in the bathroom was dirty and there was hair on the floor and shower. It left you with the feeling of not wanting to touch anything in the room. There was also a lot of commotion and noise in the hotel. It seemed as if it was the local party spot for the weekend. I would not stay here again.

I always like it when I have to travel and there is availability at this Residence Inn. It is clean,convenient and safe. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Can't go wrong!!

Close to lots of attractions. Very hot pool and free breakfast always a plus.

You just cannot beat Marriott Residence Inn for comfort and quality. Not only did the room have a full kitchen, but also a electric/gas fireplace and the hotel offered a full complimentary breakfast. I will return.

A boys weekend for Patriots football (close to Gillette Stadium in Foxboro), closer to Wrentham Outlets. Great breakfast (included), including waffle maker, hot food, fruits, cereal, etc. Free coffee and tea. Large 1 bedroom suite with kitchette. We were delightfuly surprised to find our room to be above our expectations. There was a full kitchen, the room was spacious and comfortable. The price was Perfect! Very happy with the room and the service. The breakfast was great too!

We were delighted to find the hotel lived up to its claims and pictures were accurate. What a lovely change from the standard oversell. The breakfast offered more than standard fare, fire place was an added bonus.

We had a huge family gathering in Hopkinton, about 10 minutes away, and our son and his family were able to secure a good price on a suite at the Residence Inn. We immediately got matching accommodations, right across the hall from theirs so adults and children were able to go back and forth easily. The living rooms were big enough for us and the other […] part of the family, who unfortunately had to stay elsewhere, to gather in between the big T-Day events at people's homes. We found the convenience of having a refrigerator available was great, since we always "inherit" the turkey carcass and have some trouble keeping it cold before we go home. Breakfast in the lobby area was terrific, as we all made our way down there and had a sort of continuous conversation while each person found his favorite food, and there was a lot to choose from. The one evening we were there for the light supper and enjoyed pastrami sandwiches together. We also took advantage of the stairs, and even used the small exercise area to try and keep off the usual holiday weight gain. There were many families at the hotel, all enjoying themselves thoroughly, some even in the pool, but we were never bothered by noise, not even from the adjacent roadway, as there is clearly good sound insulation. This plus the no smoking policy makes for a great stay, highly recommended, especially for families. Læs mere

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a "B&B" concept hotel. The rate was reasonable. I am sold on Marriott Residence Inns, and will build future trips around them.

We chose this hotel for it's location - close to grandchildren and close to the Wrentham Outlets. We watched the g'children for a day and instead of a long drive home we opted of a quiet night at the Franklin Residence Inn so we could spend the next day leisurely shopping the Wrentham Outlet and lunch at a little Italian sub type shop in Wampum Corner […] of Wrentham (away from shops) - GREAT FOOD! Hotel offered a complimentary dinner on Thurs evening as we arrived - pulled pork with rolls and salad and soft drinks. Also offered their buffet breakfast. We didn't have time for the pool or other facilities. Our preference is for a firmer mattress - hard to find in most hotels. Will stay again mostly for location. Læs mere

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, convenient, well-stocked, pleasing and modern in appearance. The bed was super-comfy, the kitchen was adorable, and with two flat-screen TVs, all parties were served. The amenities included in the room were thoughtful as well, and the added bonus of having a refrigerator and stove top there would have come in handy […] had we been staying for more than one night. The free breakfast buffet the next day was a nice addition as well (the coffee is really good!), with scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, bagels, fruit, toast, homemade waffle station, cereal, oatmeal, juices...far from the bagged and processed muffins you usually get in a "free" breakfast deal. Great place! Very neat and clean. Great FULL breakfast: eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, etc. The room was comfy and quiet. The only complaints are that they didn't make the sofa bed initially, so we had to do that ourselves, but they made it up each day, and they need more dresser drawer space so they can accomodate 4 people for a week. The desk clerk was very friendly, professional and most helpful answering all our questions during check-in. All the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Check-out process was very simple and fast. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and very tasty-something for everyone, including children; very family friendly.

Very nice and affordable hotel

Given the price of our room we didn't have very high expectations. Our room was VERY nice and extremely clean. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The hotel is also convenient to I-495 which was a bonus.

I would recommend this hotel. It was very clean, and the breakfast selection was superb. The kids had a great time.

we were able to visit all of the new england states except vermont from this hotel during our week long stay. the staff at the desk were very helpful with local information. the cleaning staff was wonderful. we didn't need our room cleaned everyday but they always provided us with what we requested. VERY friendly! would stay here again!!
