My wife and I (and two dogs) traveled to Rehoboth Beach for our first time and were quite satisfied with the property in general. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The breakfast choices were much better than other continental breakfasts we've had in the past. The hotel and staff were great! We were able to check in earlier than 3pm and check out later than 11am. The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked this hotel because it was one of the few in the area with an indoor pool (most have outdoor pools only open for the summer) and that allowed pets. Our friends brought their dogs with them and they reserve […] certain rooms for guests with pets which I liked since we didn't have pets with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Just one thing to remember-the hotel is only 2 floors but there is no elevator to the 2nd floor so prepare to carry your luggage up the stairs. Læs mere

Comfortable stay in a good location. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The look and feel are very warming. There are many shops and nice golf courses in the area. Although, it is 15-20 minutes from the Little League baseball fields, it's still worth it. My family and I will be staying there every time we visit the area.

The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the morning was more than expected. I wish I had been able to stay longer! The location would have been difficult to find without GPS, eve, though it is right off the main road.

Loved the Americann Inn. Loved the accomadations and would definitly book again and plan on doing so later in the season. Close to everything. Stayed 2 nights in March while checking out rentals with sister and 2 children. The room décor was pretty basic but was CLEAN which is a HUGE sticking point for us! The pullout sofa was COMFORTABLE! The microwave and fridge were great for stashing our leftover seafood from Jake's nearby! Booking with Hotels.com was a snap! Check in was friendly & easy […] and most of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. (one small snafu when we tried to take my 4yo to bathroom near pool...the lady was a little rude because she was cleaning it but when you're 4 and you gotta go...you gotta GO!) I specifically chose a room on the 2nd floor because no dogs are allowed on that floor...however, you would NEVER know that there were or had been any dogs on the property! No smells whatsoever! The breakfast was plentiful, filling, and even when they ran out of milk and juice close to 10am, the staff was more than happy to refill both. The "make your own" waffles...YUM!!!! Otherwise, had cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, muffins, danishes, bagels, juice, milk, and breakfast meat that you microwave. Nice eating area with a good amount of seating, a fire place, comfy couch, chess table, and a computer for public use which includes FREE printing! The pool was clean and fun for the children. The hotel sits back from Rt. 1 a bit so easy to miss on your first visit. Nice quality for the price and with the included breakfast, you CAN'T go wrong booking here!!! Læs mere

The room was comfortable but had a slight smell to it. Pretty clean but could use a deep cleaning. Could hear everything going on in the next room and a dog was barking non-stop one morning. Descent looking common area and descent breakfast. The pool area was nice and we had a lot of fun!

Booked a King Suite with spa, but upon check in was told their pet friendly rooms were queen standard only. Paid for a premium room but got a standard room. Your site need to be updated to reflect limitations.

Third time staying at this hotel in past 6 months. Will recommend it to others. Best price for an excellent hotel in Rehoboth area. Good breakfast included. Very nice, clean pool and hot tub. Our Dogs loved it also.

We stayed for three days in March and were pleased with the motel. There was a nice hot breakfast: pastries, bagels, fruit, waffle-maker, and really good coffee. The bed was very comfortable and they have great pillows! I would definitely return.

Booked the room for the big bath tub with jets. Was greeted by someone angry that I had booked with a third party web-site who needed to both button up and tuck in his shirt. Sheets had a red mystery stain on them.

We had a wonderful stay, beginning to end. The complimentary breakfast was much more than expected and was kept fully stocked (bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, two kinds of juice, coffee, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc etc etc !). Well first, we were able to check in early, then the staff was truly excellent, very nice and friendly. The worst thing I could say about the staff was I was jealous how much attention my 12 yr old dog was getting...lol! They were so unbelievable truly, once we checked in we decided that we wanted a room so we could see out the front window not the […] back, not a problem no questions asked they changed our room. We had order a pizza for dinner and the phone in the room didn't seem to be working properly, after I met with the delivery person, no questions asked they followed me back to the room and gave us a new phone. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub and the pool table was great also. The one thing I really felt bad about was other persons had been using a room and they left their dog alone and the dog barked because he/she had been left alone. But yet again the staff promptly contacted the owners due to complaints by others and the problem was resolved. I would recommend this hotel to dog owners and families and I can't wait to stay again. good, clean, cheap hotel. pool wasnt super clean, but it was warm. pool area closes at 12am and the sauna was out of use, which was a downside for us. Friendly and helpful staff. no elevator to 2nd floor. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Have to drive to the beach and boardwalk.

We were amazingly pleased with this hotel. We were traveling with a dog, I want to take my dog to hotels, but at the same time I don't want someones flea infested, stinky dog to be in the room before me. There was no signs of fleas, stains, or smells of previous dog. The breakfast was very sufficient, nothing special, but fine. Fresh waffels everyday, […] and some sort of egg, and meat choice every day; to cook in the microwave. Each day there was a different choice, of egg and meat. Fresh fruit of some sort, bagels, bread, english muffins, and danish, cereal, yogurt, canned peaches and orange and apple juice. Coffee and tea at all times of the day, with some flavored syrups. Loved the fireplace in the lobby, had it to ourselves on a few nights. The hot tub and pool were great! I would stay there again. Might want to call hotel direct to check rates. They do not let dogs in pool and eating area. And they ask that you not let dogs in rooms alone for extended amount of time. Some people let their dogs in for more than 2 hours, but it didn't bother us. Probably wouldn't be fine if you have a barker. Læs mere

Small hotel but well managed. Rooms were clean and confortable. Staff very professional and friendly. Pool area was nice, I was surprised to see a billiard table in the pool area. Breakfast was okay with waffles, hard boiled eggs, danishes, and cereal.

Greaat stay. The staff were friendly, rooms and pool outstanding. Breakfast was very enjoyable. After dark, they even let me know my dome light was on in the car so I could go turn it off. I would highly recommend and hope to go back again. Everyone in the party felt the same way.

We had no complaints, no dissatisfactions. We slept on the most comfortable (and clean) beds! My son was grateful for the fridge in the room; he could stash his Lunchables. My puppy was welcomed, yet it didn't look or smell like a "dog hotel". The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. We were surprised by the lodge-like beautiful surroundings and the wonderful […] pool/hottub room. This place is about 1.5 miles from ocean, but very close to factory stores and other services. We selected it because we have a dog, which does cost an extra $25.00 per night. The gentleman checking me in lectured me about the booking site that I used, as if I knew what he was talking about. Other than that, the staff are lovely.
