Virkelig dejligt hotel. Super værelse. Super service. Super rent. Buffalo er en kedelig by, dog ikke om aftenen/natten.

Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Free breakfast and parking, very professional and courteous staff, spacious room, comfortable beds, everything was great. Too bad I forgot the kids' swimsuits... Close to the falls, Chocolate Bar and Spot Coffee nearby, we had a good time, thank you!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the staff was also very friendly. My plans were to stay somewhere else but rooms were not available. I am sort glad that they weren't. This was a nice find and would stay again. Litlle pricey though.

My wife and I loved the hotel. the room was clean and large, the free breakfast was great, they delivered a newspaper, the staff was couteous and prompt, they knew the area and provided good information on the area and events. Would definately stay here again.

Everybody need to stay a or two great people great place to stay I will be coming back soon

My wife and I and our children went down for a weekend for a Sabres game and what a great time!! The hotel was absolutely awesome!!! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Buffalo!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are very clean and modern. The hotel itself is in a good shape and the front staff were very professional. Breakfast was OK (self service). My only complaint would be the pillows as It was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

I visit Buffalo 2 - 3 times per year for work. My stay is usually 3 nights per visit. I have stayed at various hotels, and have found the Hampton Inn and Suites to be my favorite! The rooms are always well maintained, the free breakfast and "To GO" breakfasts are great, and I love having the convenience of the restaurants downstairs!

Most comfortable bed. Best blackout shades of any hotel I've ever stayed. Clean, new bedding & furniture. Stylish room product. Quiet even though we were next to the elevator. I have stayed at this hotel about a year ago and wasn't too impressed with the service from the front desk. The guy was just plain rude for no reason. I gave it a second chance, and this time the service was very good. The desk attendants were very friendly and I would definitely go back thanks to them. As far as location- good for downtown! The hotel was very nice and very clean, this was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. There was an excellent continental breakfast... lots of variety of food! The security in the hotel is nice too. You need a room key in order to get into the parking lot and to use the elevators. Overall it was a really comfortable weekend stay!

Check in took all of 3 minutes (prepaid) and staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Price included parking, internet, morning paper and hot breakfast on the second floor - breakfast was OK. We would definitely stay here again, no question. Its about a 5 min drive from the First Niagara Centre (we were here for a Sabres game) and about 10 min from the Peace Bridge. Great location. Take the word 'Great' and apply it to everything about this property. If you want to take a big gamble,stay somewhere else you are sure to be disappointed. Hampton Inn delivers!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the beds fairly comfortable, and it was very clean. The free breakfast was a bit better than a standard continental - ceral, some pastries, waffles, eggs, meat (sausage one day, bacon the next), fruit, yogurt, and of course coffee and juice. Nothing fancy, but adequate room for the guests to sit […] and eat, and a good enough breakfast to give you a start to your day. Hotel also had a lounge area that my group used to hang out together since we were staying in multiple rooms. Free parking was nice, and secure. There were several places to eat in the area also. This hotel has several places to eat and drink within walking distance, and some are even attached to the hotel itself. Very close to the stadium where the Buffalo Sabres play hockey, so if you're going to a game, I would recommend this hotel. Nice beds, very nice amentities, very clean and bright, nice pool area (indoors), gated parking which requires […] a room key to enter (although they did run out of spots the night we were there, so some folks had to park in the pathways, but it didn't seem like too huge of a thing). Nice, large breakfast area w/ plenty of seating and good choice of food. Very secure- you need your key card to get the elevator to respond to your commands. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. If you go, check out the Chocolate Martini Bar hooked to the hotel. My girlfriend & I had a blast, we love this hotel and are coming back in March and plan to stay again!!

This was the first time I had ever been to Buffalo. The hotel was really nice and was a great price. The hotel shuttle guy was very nice and helpful. So was the front desk staff.

This is a great hotel, and I definitely recommend it to others.

My wife and baby stayed over 1 night, and it was a great hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We needed a fridge and microwave due to the baby,one call to the front desk and they brought them up in 10 mins. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again.

I treated my wife for her birthday to a weekend in Buffalo. The game plan was to stay somewhere centrally located, do some shopping and visit restaurants featured on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. This hotel was better than we expected. It was very clean, comfortable and the coffee was surprisingly good. Everywhere we went was 20 minutes or less commute. We […] would find it very difficult to find any faults with the accomodation for what you pay for. The only minor issue was the pillows are down filled and are about as supportive as a piece of paper. This was easily resolved by asking for 2 foam pillows which were delivered in a timely manner. Came in to Buffalo for my 45th high school reunion.The location of hotel is very appealing and gives a sense of safety and at the same time lots of fun energy. The staff could not have been better. Room spacious and lovely. Thanks for great stay!!

My husband and I booked this room for an overnight trip to Niagara Falls, for a last minute getaway before our first child is born (I'm nine months pregnant). We booked a room with a king bed and whirlpool tub. The tub was surprisingly large - more than enough room for two average sized people. The hotel lobby and hallways were very tastefully decorated […] and clean, as was our room. My husband was very pleased with the flat screen LED TV in our room (he thought it was at least 42"). Despite all of these comforts, there were a couple issues. The bed was as hard as a rock - it was so hard, that I eventually stopped trying to get comfortable in it and slept in the easy chair instead. We also had a problem with the temperature of the room. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that did not allow the guests to control the thermostat in their room. The AC was NOT on when we arrived, and the thermostat said that is was 80 degrees in there. We had maintenance 'fix' the problem, but the next morning we found that the fix was only temporary - it was back up to 79 when we woke up. I suspect that the only problem with the AC was the expense to run it 24 hours a day. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, although when we asked one man at the main desk for a suggestion on where to eat for dinner on a Sunday evening, he sent us to a restaurant that was closed. It was an honest mistake, but it left us in a lurch for where to eat in an unfamiliar city. As far as the location goes, Downtown Buffalo is not as bad as the other reviewers have said. First of all, every city on earth has it's bad parts of town, and Buffalo is no different. Second, the hotel is located directly next to an Embassy Suites and a Hyatt - both high quality establishments that would not risk their reputations by building these hotels in a 'ghetto'. I never saw a single person loitering around the hotel or on any of the roads we frequently traveled on. Læs mere

Went to dinner at the Pearl Street Brewery (less than 5 min drive), Went to a comedy show at Kleinhans (less than 5 min drive), Went to Darcy McGees pub for drinks and darts afterwards. There is a ton to do within the vicinity regardless of age or interests. Have a wonderful dinner with that special someone at the 31 Club (within walking distance of the hotel). The Chocolate Bar which is on the hotel property is a must if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth (order a martini on Monday, and get a free manicure on site). We were well recieved upon arrival. We decided to check in again upon our return from New York. Your front deck people were very helpfull and made us all feel welcome.

The Hampton in downtown Buffalo was very clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room we had was very spacious for a family of four. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We stayed there while visiting Niagra Falls. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean and the staff is very friendly but Buffalo itself isn't a very nice area. If you aren't going to be at the hotel a lot and looking for other things to do, I would definitely reccommend it. It's only about a 20min drive to Niagra Falls. Great staff and service but the buffet breakfast is a joke. Plan on eating out unless you like horrible bread, cold cerial and prepackaged everything.

Downtown was quiet when we stayed there (Sun) so we had easy access in and out. Facility was VERY clean and rooms were beautiful. Staff was most helpful and accommodating. They had some construction going on but it was barely noticeable. Great value!!

We three families stayed for 2 nights July 1 - July 3, 2011. This hotel was awesome and wonderful. All of us enjoyed our stay so much! I was about to book the Embassy suites and then I noticed that Hampton Inn was ranked as #1 hotel by trip advisor. It was a great choice. The king suites was huge, the bedroom has a king bed and the living room has […] a queen size sofa bed, it also comes with a full kitchen, we didn’t use the kitchen though but it’s very good. The bed was so clean and comfortable. This hotel looks like newly renovated, our kids loved to use the room keys to operate the elevator and we adults liked the nice looking brand new carpet flooring from elevator to the rooms. The staff at the front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with many choices. It was very convenient for our group with senior/toddler as we could enter the restaurants through the hotel lobby using room key. We tried both restaurants at the hotel Papaya and Chocolate Bar, they are very good, the food was great and the price was reasonable. I and my friend already recommended this hotel to our colleagues.
