"Not too bad"
Overall the Crestwood Suites is not too bad. It is nice to have a 3/4 size fridge and microwave. Room is decent size. Downside: old CRT TV (and small) and mattress was pretty firm and no temp thermostat, just the fan in the wall deal (hard to keep temp steady). "Good Staff, Adequate for the Price"
Overall satisfied, especially for the price. This is an extended stay property and it has the full kitchenette as advertised. Room furnished with low quality furniture, but it was in fair condition... nothing broken. Carpet had obviously hosted several pets in the past! Did not have an recliner chair. Chipped moulding front desk was often unmanned...noone there for our 9:00 am checkout. But overall our 3-day stay was much better Than average...excellent room for the cost.. Crestwood Suites of Colorado Springs is suitable for family. This is because they have heater, big fridge, microwave etc. If you are looking for B&B, this place is not for you. It doesn't provide breakfast. I think it is also suitable if you want to stay for a week or two and want cook on your own. Only bad thing was wireless Internet in the room DID […] not work. There was no support from the hotel lobby either. I had to call 800 number who tried to help. But, it still didn't work. I wanted Internet badly as I had to get boarding pass for my southwest flight. "Very usable"
Not the High dollar place but it was comfortable for us. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I would stay again and use the kitchen feature more!

"Rooms I booked were not available."
When I got to the hotel the ONE room with 2 queen beds was not available and the desk person told me that they had not been available for 2 months or more. Why did they book a room knowing they didn't have it? They decided to give me two rooms in lieu of the one room with a double bed. I was there to visit with my 2 children, and that was unacceptable. "great location"
The location is great for shopping and dining . It is a great hotel for the money. i enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the near future. My family loved the layout of the room and especially the kitchenette. The only complaint would be the hard beds and small pillows.
"The Sky Is Falling!"
The room wasn't bad as a last resort seeing there were no other hotels in the area available. The walls and ceiling are so thin, I thought there was a herd of rhinos above us. Very loud and annoying. I will not stay here again unless there are no rooms available at a better hotel! The bed was not comfortable in anyway...

The bed smelled like dirty underwear. The shower/tub clearly had not been cleaned. The carpet feel greasy and after just a few minutes of walking on it in my bare feet, my feet had turned black. I was in a ground floor room and a guy parked his truck directly outside of my window, even though that was not actually a parking space and there were plenty […] of available parking spaces about 30 feet away. He then started speaking to me through the window. I also had a woman chasing me down the hallway one evening, shouting curse words and calling me names. "Very Convenient"
The hotel was very essential for our stay in the northland of Colorado Springs. 15 mins from Monument and relatives and 15 mins from the park that we were going to for a reunion. Bed was very firm. We said we wanted smoke/pet free room we we set this up When I called ahead several hours before to tell them i'd have a late check in I also then said I need a smoke/pet free room. they said because I just set this up today they couldn't promise us that. I then told them that I set this up a couple of days before. Then as you could imagine, the room […] stunk. Couch had a burn in it. Pillows and everything smelled, Stains on carpet. It took over 20 minutes to check in due to previous cust complaining about their room also and there was no other room available, He gave them the room free. "Hotel was nice but fitness centre was not working"
The Crestwood Suites was a nice hotel for the price however the service was quite slow. The rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable. Not much in surrounding area but only a short drive to the shops. None of the machines in the fitness centre worked which was very disappointing. I was looking for a reasonable place to stay without all the frills...this place hit a homerun. Some may say its intended for extended stay but I stayed one night and it worked great. Bed was fine, pillows were a little flat, so if I stayed again I would request more.Loved having access to fridge and dishware. Cups weren't super super clean like at […] home but were sufficient. This hotel includes a kitchenette and is meant for extended stays. So you will not get common amenities such as breakfast. There is a coffee pot but be certain to bring your own coffee. The coffee packets provided were meant for a smaller coffee pot.

"Unpleasant Service, Room smells"
My room smelled like cat urine and the house keeping knocked on my door 4 times in the last hour before I checked out. I felt that was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. However, the front desk staff was great.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was one person working the reception with a customer. My husband had already checked in and they were holding a key for me. I waited almost 20 minutes to get the key and no ID or anything was asked for. I got to the room, I'd booked a double queen suite and got a full size bed and pull out sofa and was told there was […] nothing they could do about it. Room was filthy, and I needed to quickly get ready for an evening show with the band I manage. There were no towels. I called the front desk and asked if they didn't provide them and she said they were on their way. 30 minutes later, I still didn't have towels, so I went searching and found out the whole 3rd floor was awaiting delivery. The lady passing them out was super friendly and helpful and gracious. Cannot say the same for the lady that worked the front counter. The next morning, checkout time was posted online as 12:00, but the hotel said it was 11:00 and starting at 9:45, our door was being knocked on so housekeeping could come in and "clean" the room. When we arrived to the hotel for our week long stay we were extremely disappointed to find that what we booked was not really what we were receiving. On the phone when booking the room, they said that it would have a private bedroom with a sofabed in the living area. The bedroom was not private at all, no lock on the door. "Good price but came with problems"
I wil say the hotel room was ok considering the price but I would have paid more to stay somewhere else for sure. The room was an older room so I dont discount a few cosmetic details but the floor was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom floor was sticky as well. I will note that the "Wireless" internet access is a joke a huge joke there […] was no internet. The rooms are very small. Despite a non-smoking reservation we were placed in a smoking room. The mattress was extremely hard. The carpet is very worn as are the towels and washcloths. Very good location and backs up to the Pike Peak trailway which is great for walking of cycling.

If you are traveling with dogs and want to stay in a hotel that feels and smells like a kennel-this is the place for you! Old, out-dated, dirty, smelly. That's being nice. We walked in and noticed the lobby wasn't the cleanest. Against better judgement we proceeded with check-in. We got to our room through the poorly lit dingy hallway and discovered […] a 1970s era kitchenette with horrible linoleum and stained- pet hair infused smelly carpet. The hotel room was comfortable. Good area to be where we needed to be. Easy to get to area for food etc. Bed needs updated. Room was a little dusty, floors needed to be cleaned and sofa. Good room for the price for sleep and a shower. will stay there again. Great hiking trail on the river out back. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was an older hotel which could definitely use some upgrades. It does have a full kitchen equipped with dishes and full size regridgerator. That was a plus, however the room smelled very strong of carpet freshner and you may want to take extra pillows as the two that are provided are very flat. We were delighted with the price for a room with a complete kitchen which allowed us to save more on breakfast and dinner, The room was basic, but clean. I have no complaints at all.

This is an extended-stay hotel. We stayed here because it had a guest laundry. The laundry room is clean and well maintained. The room was also better than we expected. We have stayed here several times and are always pleased. No Pool or Hot Spa, but nice kitchenettes that are clean, modern, and affordable. Great stopover hotel. No breakfast but, has a nice restraunt across the street if you didn't bring your own food.

I am pretty lenient about hotels, especially when I am trying to save pennies. This place, however, was too much. There was an awful smell in the room that I could not place, nor would I want to try. The carpets were in dire need of cleaning and the bedspread was downright disgusting. I stayed for four days (Saturday-Tuesday). The internet connection from the hotel wasn't working on Saturday and I spent considerable time on the phone with their service provider Saturday and Sunday.
