Overall not bad for the price. No gym facilities and breakfast, besides the premade waffle mix was mostly cold items. So if you don't care for a gym or breakfast, not a bad place to stay for the price.
Good budget motel, could use to repair the toilet seat bolts, but not a bad overnight stay for a reasonable price.

Very nice motel. Rooms were clean but somewhat small. However, it was a great place to just get away. Bed was alittle lumpy. Was great for what I wanted. Rest and quiet.

"Hotel was run down"
On the outside the hotel looks good, when you get inside it needs repair. Carpet is dirty, wall paper is falling off the walls. The room was dirty, sheets & towels were clean but the room was dusty & dirty. Nice quiet hotel but needs a lot of work & a better maid. :(
"The worst!"
The bed looked as if a 900 lb gorilla had been jumping in the middle - it sagged down so much that a good night's sleep was impossible. And to top that off, their were roaches in the bathroom. It's not worth the few dollars you might save by staying somewhere else

"Super 8 West Columbus - Nice place at low cost"
Lobby and room were clean. Free breakfast had nice options. For a short visit this was a good economical choice. Would pay a little more and stay at something a bit more upscale if it was a long term visit.

"AGGRAVATED"
i have stayed 4 nights a week at this location since October. My key cards have to be reactivated at least once every week. Access to motel is hard to find as there is no signage at the road.

"good deal for the price"
Hotel wasn't fancy, but was clean. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was very basic. Pillows are flimsy at best.

nice hotel, great price, had 2 rooms cause husbands daughter and grandkids needed a room too and the clerk was great at helping me when I asked to try to keep us as far apart as possible in rooms...yeah to me!!!
Entrence is a little hard to find. Lots of restraunt choices nearby.
"Comfortable Stay"
This hotel was very clean and in a very nice location too. I was able to enjoy my stay and sleep at ease. The only problem I did have was trying to find the driveway into the Super8. But overall its peaceful and lovely. I do recommend this hotel.

"Convenient Location"
This hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The entrance is a bit tricky to find, but once you figure that out, it's smooth sailing.

This hotel is a little hard to find the entrance. Beds feel worn out when you sit on the side but I had no trouble sleeping.

"Cigar smell"
- I asked for a No smoke area but my sheets and room are smelling cigar. How can it be possible? - On pillow for each person is not enough.

"super 8 columbus west"
It was a bit tricky finding the driveway because of signage limitation, but once there we were very pleasantly suprised. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Building was in great condition and very clean. Room was more than expected - very modern with lots of storage space. The only problem we had - noisy people upstairs on Friday night. "Had everything I needed"
Stayed in this hotel two nights, found it clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, WIFI. It was located in a great neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. On the negative side it could use a little facelift. It doesn't have a pool or its own restaurant to dine in, it did serve a continental breakfast. "Pleasantly Surprised"
Based upon the other reviews of this hotel, I was a little hesitant to book, but decided to anyway as I was in a pinch for an inexpensive room. Having paid for the room prior to arrival, everything was taken care of, so all I had to do was get the room key. The gentleman at the front desk was cordial and checked us in right away. As he was doing that […] he went over the details of the hotel (check out time and the such like); however, when he mentioned the time for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised as I was under the impression that breakfast was not included in room total. Anyway, breakfast being a part of stay only added to the overall four star rating as it made the one night stay all the more worthwhile as money was tight for the trip. "Super 8 in Columbus, Ohio"
This hotel provides the standard amenities you would expect from basic lodging including internet access in the rooms and the now popular waffle maker to enhance the continental breakfast options. The location provides convenient access to the highway system and most of the Columbus attractions can be reached within 30 minutes.
"You get what you pay for...."
Well it's true, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately when you and your wife are young and broke and moving from VA to IL, you need to stop and you have to get what you can afford. For what we paid, it was ok, but the dirty towels, random guy with key to my room(thank God my wife and I were there and we had locked the other lock), and the Luke warm […] shower water might persuade me to upgrade next time... "A Dump"
The place looked abandoned, and should have been. Foul oder in the lobby, and worse oder in the room. Felt an itching sensation within a minute of sitting on bed, and the stained sheets were the final straw. We left and checked in the Best Western across the street. Lost the value of the pre-paid non-refundable room, but it was worth it not to have […] to have slept in that room. The worst hotel I have ever seen. "Good value for price"
Our ballroom dance team had a competition at Ohio State University the next day. This place was nearby and very inexpensive. Best of all, one entire wall of each room was a big mirror with lighting directly overhead! Most hotel rooms are so dark, but not this one. As you can imagine, with three girls getting ready for a dance competition, it was nice […] not to be fighting over the bathroom! Complaints - beds were not very comfortable - some of the bed linens looked stained (they were clean, but stained) - Our group had two rooms -- one was fine, but one smelled a bit musty, as if there had been water damage.
