"I'll stay here again the next time!"
This hotel is so convenient to a major road, but tucked away in a quiet location. The personnel and my room left nothing I could have wished for!
"Quality Inn"
The Quality Inn was close to our destination. It was lacking a large elevator. The room was ok but the mattress was terrible. We both woke up with a back ache the next morning. OUCH!!! The brekfast was ok I've had better I've had worse (not much of a selection) The person filling up the supplies was on the ball but his attitude needed adjustment. He […] never made eye contact with anyone or said Hello. When you did ask him, How he was doiing? He staired you down and said OK in an ubrupt manner. Baugh Hunb Bug! attitude. "Quality Inn in Allentown,PA"
customer service counter agent and manager were rude and inpatient with customers, did not feel welcomed at hotel was ignored and left unattendent at counter. Will not recommend this hotel at all very unsatified customer.

"good value"
inexpensive but clean hotel. there was a stain or two on the hallway carpet but the rooms itself were minimal but clean and well kept. good deal if you are looking for a place to stay for a night or two and don't want to spend alot of cash.

The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was convenient to everything. A great rate and free breakfast. Could not expect more. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We arrived in a middle of a drug bust! Shaddy characters still mingling about. My wife and I felt uneasy in our room. Breakfast buffet was not as promised by the hotel at check-in... no hot oatmeal or waffles. Very lame. Could wait to get out of there!

our stay at the Quailty Inn was not the what i expected. The room was not the cleanest there was trash on the floor and dirty socks under the bed. The room smelled really bad of smoke. Grant it i did get a smoking room but i had smoking rooms before and they did not as bad as this one did. The housekeeping staff did nothing to try to hide this smell […] up. "A good hotel for a good price"
The hotel is very conventient with a good customer service staff. It is a little dated, but everything about the stay was more than satisfactory. It is only 90 miles from NYC and with convenient access to connecting freeways. Clean and comfortable rooms with a decent breakfast buffet. "Quality Inn Allentown"
This hotel is a 4 story building. The elevator was slow and tiny.The stairways were not to be used unless an emergency.Upon entry to room we noticed a moldie smell. I visited housekeeping to get some type of spray to remove the smell. The carpet had hair and candy wrappers on it. The bed had hair in the sheets. "Hotel needs a major overhaul"
All the hotel ice machines were broken. The room was very worn out, tv blurry, walls in bathroom were so molded they were peeling, sinks/shower drained slow, AC was incredibly loud and some kids were playing kickball in the hallway after midnight. Would have chosen a new hotel if we had the time but arrived late and departed early on our road trip from […] Buffalo to Philly. Breakfast was crowded with construction workers and had to ask manager if there was more food? Allentown is a convienant stop outside of Philly, but I would steer clear of this place! Læs mere
"In need of help"
I went to Dorney Park for the day and this hotel was in good location and near the park. The welcome area and front desk were fine, so first impression was good. Ok so my room (215) was in need of some TLC. For a non-smoking room it still smelled of stale cigaretts, the bathroom had a very odd smell of uncleanliness. My major issue was with the bathroom […] quality, because the wallpaper was stapled to the wall with glue tracks in between the cracks. The tub, shower walls and curtain were a nasty hue of brown and I chose to wear my sandals to shower. The only good thing was they had a curved shower curtain rod, so nothing touched me. Location, close to our wants. After one week, the hotel did change rooms. Not our choice.

The hotel was conveniently right off the interstate and highway and it looked really nice. The room was clean and smelled nice and the bedding was very soft and fluffy. The mattresses, on the other hand, were practically rock hard and didn't give at all!! I didn't really sleep well at all. The breakfast ended at 9am, which was a little early and didn't […] really have the best selection. Just thawed bagels and bad waffles, cereal, and some sort of muffins. "Adequate"
Decent enough, but bothered by the smoking/deordorizing odor, and seemingly uncaring and inattentiveness of desk staff. The included breakfast was average.

The heater/AC went on and off all night and it was making alot of noise!

This hotel was convenient to where we were going and was very clean and comfortable. This is in my husbands hometown and we now live a distance away. I have stayed at this one and would stay there again.
