Ftot hotel - dejlige værelser - super service. Beliggenheden er lidt udenfor alfa-vej. Ingen cafeer åben eft. kl. 8. Alt lukker og slukker. Dog ikke mere en ca. 1 km til det "italienske kvarter" hvor der er lidt mere liv om aftenen.

A nice hotel that is in a good location for downtown San Francisco.check in staff are helpful and there are plenty of bell hops porters doormen valet Parker's all willing to help and all expecting a tip. The rooms are clean and well appointed on the whole everything one would expect from an Omni The downside,$7.50 for a bottle of water plus tax and […] restocking fee from the mini bar seems just a little steep,$400 plus for a room,throw in some water it won't kill your bottom line. The wifi connection is $15.00 and I don't mind paying it but I do mind that you can connect without any promt telling you there will be a charge. A good hotel and I recommend it but the petty charges ruined the experience,add twenty bucks to the room charge and let people have a bottle of water for free. Læs mere

It's a shame that a hotel as nice and beautiful as this has an unorganized and rude maintenance staff. I was disturbed three time in the course of my one-night stay. The first time I was napping and a staff member had to come restock the minibar. The second time I was showering (well before the check out window) and housekeeping barged in. It's tough to beat the Omni if you're looking to stay somewhere in the middle of San Francisco. The rooms are great, the staff is great, the location is great. HIghly recommended.

We loved the Hotel Omni. The highlights were the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and always available. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were there for 6 nights, and when any provision was getting low (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, etc) it was always replenished before it ran out. Our bed was turned down every night, and a chocolate left […] for each of us, The only minor complaint we had about the room was that the space around the toilet was limiting. The Omni is on one of the cable car routes and so transportation was very easy and fun. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area, including Bob's Steak and Chop House which is in the hotel. The staff on the front desk helped us print tickets and mail postcards. And the staff at the door were always very welcoming and helpful in giving directions or obtaining a taxi. Had a wonderful time staying at the Omni. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We've stayed at other 4.5 star hotels but Omni was different and took care of the little details. Worth the money you paid for. Convenient location and in a quieter part of the city.

I always love staying at the Omni San Francisco; everyone from the bell staff, front desk staff, bartenders and housekeeping staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. I've never had a bad experience here. The rooms are upscale and clean, with lots of amenities including comfy robes. The location is great - within walking distance of Union Square […] and cable car jump-on, as well as Chinatown. And even close enough to walk to Coit Tower, Lombard Street and Fisherman's Wharf if you are into walking. And you can't beat Bob's for great steaks and drinks! The hotel quality stands up to its reputation, just a bit overwhelming front door staff. Also service at the bar is POOR, so are there prices. $18 for below average cocktails is a rip off.

Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. $7.50 for water? In a pinch, you sorta have to... Certain things a little overpriced. Room service was prompt and food was great! The bar made great drinks and the bartenders were friendly. One of the nicer places I've stayed in sf.

We stayed at hotel for three nights. Room (5th floor) was a little noisy due to construction across the street. Car valet (bellhop) service and housekeeping were both only average. Concierge was extremely well versed. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again

The staff is among the most professional in the hospitality business. The location is great. Over the Golden Gate within minutes or back towards SFO in seemingly no time at all.

Overall,okay, but little aggravating things like bathroom slider door that does not line up and close all the way, no discernable/convenient place to plug in coffee maker (eventually I plugged it in on nightstand.) I was given a key to the refrigerator bar and although I never used it, the refrigerator was already unlocked and the contents scattered […] about. Waiting to see if I get charged for anything after I left.Just got the impression no one paying attention to detail. I travelled several thousand miles to get there and only stayed one night, all the more aggravating to deal with these gremlins.Location a challenge to get to, especially at rush hour. We have been staying at the Omni for about a year... Staff is efficient, rooms are clean, beds are lovely, and door staff exceptional. Both the bar and the restaurant are wonderful... We do not eat beef but... Blueberry pancakes to die for and enough for 2 people. Have our next stay already booked..

I am very pleased I stayed here for my 4 nights visiting a friend in the area. It was a good location for coming in from the airport. It also was a good location for accessing the rest of the city - which I did - traveling all over San Fran in the 4 days there. I was always happy to come back and take a break, however, because my room afforded me the […] comfort and simplicity I needed when I was tired from walking and sightseeing. I am impressed by the rate (I was able to find this hotel several hundred dollars cheaper than comparable hotels) and found no compromise in quality as the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was excellent, selected to be close to tourist stuff and it is...I only had 2 days in SF between business trips so wanted to pack as much in as possible...with the Omni being central it was great. Hotel and facilities were first class.

I had a wonderful time. The whole vacation was a gift to my girlfriend. When I arrived i told them it was her birthday. I got our room keys and found out we were on the third floor. The next day I snuck away to the front desk for a minute and asked for a higher floor. They told me to pack our bags and leave them on the bed which I did. When we returned […] I used the new room key they gave me to unlock our room on the 15th floor with two slices of chocolate cake with "happy Birthday" written in cursive on the plate. If you are looking for a very clean and safe location in SF....this is it! Great family hotel. 4 Blocks from Union Square. 2 Blocks from China Town. Rooms are very basic but very clean.
