The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. They were very busy when I checked in, and within a few minutes I was checked in. No complaints.

very pleased with this hotel. good location and service. most importantly, it was clean. my only complaint is that there was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. overall, good place to stay.
We stayed there for a weekend. The hotel was average at best. They had an indoor pool but water was so cold you could not use it. The rooms had no microwave or frig in them. I have stayed at hotels for the same price that included a useable pool as well as microwave and frig. The hotel had no free breakfast either which other hotels offer at same price. "great time"
My husband and I came to Wichita to visit family. It was nice to have them come to us as to go to them. The children were able to swim and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was very relaxing. Will plan to stay here again in the future.

Normally, a Holiday Inn hotel is a nice place to stay. This hotel, however, was being renovated (which it needs), but we were unaware when booking. This hotel doesn't deserve the 3 stars it now rates - at best 2 stars but I vote one star. The carpets were dirty and the pillow labels (firm, soft) were not on the correct pillows. We stayed here on a stop over returning from Houston, TX on our way to Minneapolis. Hotel was nice and clean. Lots of room everywhere. The bar was fantastic!

the hotel construction in front, handicap parking for only 4 guests. green mill served well prepared meals and was a plus. check in and out was quick and no problem with billing.

Very nice hotel. Accommodations are always great, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the whirlpool and swim pool while there. Very nice. Staff very courteous and professional.

We stayed here on our way back to south Texas.We came in late so we were not able to use some of the facilities.Since I prepaid my room ,check in was effortless,which is welcome after a long day on the road.The room was large and clean.The bathroom was very small and the shower head was so hard to turn to adjust the spray pattern that the pipe had broken […] free from it's mount inside the wall sometime recently.The value was ok for the price.I wish that a continental breakfast was included instead just coffee and a basket of apples. "Would Recommend"
Upon arriving to the hotel, the outside was not appealing. It didn't look anything like the picture on the website so, I guess that's why they took the picture at night. However, walking into the hotel, the lobby was pretty nice. The front desk representative was really nice and answered all my questions. The hotel room looked exactly as it does on […] the website and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was located next to the mall and several places to eat. I was able to walk to all of these places. Over all the Hotel was clean however the employee at the registration desk needs to improve her people skills as she project a very negative attitude and a HOSTILE ATTITUDE.

we were in town for the Junior Olympics, an event that has been planned to be there since last year. The hotel was understaffed, prices were increased just because of the olympics,,,we were told that by an employee. Out first room was never cleaned and we were moved to a nicer room. "I would stay again."
Hotel was nice. It was clean. Bed was nice. We left an ID at check in and the clerk walked it out to us. Which was very nice. We stayed in the courtyard which out looks the pool. AC didn't work very well, but over all nice stay.
The staff at the front desk was very helpful finding a room to meet my needs even though they were fully booked. They were very friendly and put us in a quiet area of the hotel as requested.

The hotel very nice and clean. However the a/c would not work very well and on an upper floor the windows dont open. The sink drain was stopped up and wouldnt drain. Other than that is was very good.

I travel frequently, staying in over 100 hotel rooms a year, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My room was dirty, the patio doors didn't slide unless they came off the track. There were no locks on the patio door, management told me that because I was on the Second floor, a lock was not necessary? I will never stay at this or any Holiday Inn […] again. Læs mere
"Wonderful in Wichita"
I have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to come back. It is at a good location, not too far from the turnpike. Check-in was great. It was a nice touch to have a candy cane with my hotel keys when I checked in and free cookies at the front desk. The only down side is that the Holiday Inn does not include a free breakfast and it does show its age […] by the plumbing in the bathroom. We was trying to sleep and the people in the next room were making alot of noise, and sounded like they were trying to enter our room through the door connecting the two rooms, so it was hard to sleep. the bath room toilet had streaks going down it, and hairs all over it.

This hotel is a convenient location close to shopping mall, plazas, plenty of good restaurants. Although this is an older building, all was clean and staff was helpful. The only shortcoming was the fact there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
