I had meetings in Round Rock and Austin. Brought my two yorkies. This hotel was perfect for business and pets! Ask for Jason, he was very helpful.

I have stayed in 5 star hotels and they are also excellant, but the price is twice as much. This Hampton Inn had a wonderful breakfast every morning, a good work out room, and wonderfully decorated living/dining room to make one feel at home. thanks to all working there. Dorothy C.

We enjoyed our stay the breakfast was terrific and the pool was great. The only negative was the spa. It was not hot enough and they allowed no adult beverages at the pool. Even in plastic. We just ignored this and no one complained.

I only stayed there for 1 night and had issues with the AC and the towels at the restroom smelled like Kitchen oil. But the worst part was that all night we had 2 big roaches crawlin on our beds so we did not get a full night sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located to Dell and the major freeways and the surrounding neighborhood is good. However, I specifically requested a quiet room and was assigned a room just above street level with heavy traffic and next to the elevator. Not a peaceful place to mourn the death of my mom. The hotel staff responded by switching my room to something […] somewhat more quiet but still had significant traffic noice. The hotel needs to install more soundproofing because this place is built right next to a major freeway, a chain restaurant with outside music speakers and a heavily traveled 4 lane city street. The new room I was assigned had a peculiar body odor, like someone cooking old socks. I asked for an ozium treatment but apparently the message didn't get delivered to housekeeping because it smelled the rest of the stay. The breakfast needs a lot of help. I loved the Hampton Inn - not only was my room, bed, amenities etc. extrememly comfortable, it was a very safe and secure environment, which is very important for those of us who are female and must travel alone for business!!

Nice hotel located not very far (around 10 miles on I-35 north from downtown Austin). It is located near Dell campus (Round Rock) and right off of I-35. The rooms are upscale and clean. The free breakfast is very good. They have a pool and a hot tub. Overall, I had a great stay and would come back.

My Little Lass was so comfortable staying at your quarters. she slept very well with no noise around her. she would enjoy going back again. Every-one loved her.

I had a great experience at the hotel. It was a fun getaway.

If your trying to avoid downtown Austin and go to Lake Travis and hit the outlets perfect place nice area of Round Rock, plenty of places to eat including Austin Park and Pizza great fun for the kids. Only thing I would improve on is the morning hot breakfast could us a litlle more options.

Nice, clean, hotel with a great breakfast. Close to IH35 but far enough away to be quiet.

Reserved a king room was given a double instead. Policy of can't garantee room type then why give the consumer the option of room choice. I expect to get what I pay for.

hotel is very clean and close to the Dell campus, the complementery breakfast was good and there was something new on the menu every day, i would stay at this hotel again

Second stay here. Very comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Highly recommend.

the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived and checked into our room we were surprised to find that small dogs were yapping behind the adjoining room door we called down and asked about it and we were given another room without any hesitation. We were told they are pet friendly in some rooms, good to know for any traveling […] with pets.. We will stay here again. Læs mere

VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND VERY HELPFUL

Easy on and off the Interstate.

Really nice Hampton...very rustic Texas feel to it. Enjoyed it, close to restaurants.

I booked this hotel for two specfic reasons, as listed on the web page. I even called the hotel to confirm these criteria. Then I get there, and one of the two cannot be met, and hasn't been four four days! What a waste of my time and money! Staff was great, the hotel was a serious disappointment.

Helpful staff. Comfortable space.
