Jeg havde to super gode overnatninger på Ritz Carlton i August 2010. Jeg fik en god pris, slog til, og fortryder kun at jeg ikke bookede to nætter mere. Lækkert hotel. Rolige omgivelser. Lækker pool. Lækker strand. osv osv. Kan kun anbefale hotellet. Hotellets restauranter serverer lækker mad, især morgen buffetten!!! Champagne brunch! Priserne er høje, […] men fair og ikke højere end på alm. danske restauranter. Hotellet har eget strandområde, hvor de stiller gratis strandstole og håndklæder til rådighed. Overall I was extremely disappointed. The hotel is aged. The room was fine but it definitely did nit feel like a Ritz property. The location to the beach is excellent but the surrounding area is terrible. Very shady area to be walking around at night. I was mostly disappointed with the service. We called an hour ahead of time for luggage and car when […] we were leaving and they were over 15 minutes late. When I brought it up they kept blaming different departments. After a couple of nights in Key West, my fiance and I decided to book a last minute room at the Ritz South Beach to escape the riff-raff in Key West. This hotel is a great location to explore all that South beach has to offer (bars, clubs, restaurants, etc.), but we did not even leave the hotel for the one night we stayed there. The restaurant was amazing, […] the pool was relaxing and the beach was terrific. The service was impeccable (they knew our names the minute we checked in). I could have stayed there for a week to continue to unwind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. If you are looking for a nice hotel, in a great location, that is not as monstrous in size as other South Beach hotels, then this is the place for you. Læs mere

Hotel customer service was excellent as usual but our room had an old moth ball like smell to it. The hotel food is absolutely horrendous for a ritz Carlton and it is extremely expensive. Overall great location and very modern, fun atmosphere.. Great access to beach but beware there is a 25.00 charge for beach umbrellas!

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton South Beach was without doubt on of the best if not "the" most memorable and pleasant resort experience , the staff made the stay most welcoming and pleasant. It goes without saying that the hotel/resort is top notch, however it must be noted the "Experience" was created by what I would consider to be the best staff in the […] industry. I was pleasantly surprised to find the rates to be closely competitive with other hotels in the area however I do not think there is another hotel that can match the experience. Hotel room was small, pool service was extremely slow and the pool frankly looked disgusting. Our room was very clean and nice, we had a "city view room" which apparently means a view of an HVAC shaft / the building next door. The food at the restaurant one level below the pool deck was great and there was a great band playing while we had lunch.

I initially went to Miami with my bridesmaids from 4/12 to 4/14. I decided to stay and my fiancé with his best man came after their bachelor party in Montreal. My first hotel was the Sagamore hotel in south beach which I thought was amazing. I had a villa planned from 4/14 to 4/17, however when I got to the villa it wasn't what I expected nor was I […] provided with the request I wanted. I was looking on hotels.com for another hotel and came across the Ritz Carlton. I decided to book my stay there and from the moment I walked in I was blown away. The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing. Guest services rep even gave me a complimentary upgrade for my extended stay in Miami. The location is perfect next to the stores, beach front hotel & and a huge pool with a hot tub. When I would call guest services for extra towels, blankets or pillow, they were delivered within 15 minute. I am going back in June and I will be staying at this hotel once again. We've stayed at lots of hotels on South Beach and the Ritz is our favorite one. The rooms are nice, service is impeccable, and its proximity to Lincoln Road & the beach makes it an ideal location for SoBe.

Hotel is in a very nice location, but rooms are very small.Staff very helpfull and attentive. Walk to the beach and close to Linclon Rd Restaurants. I thought over night parking was very expensive.

We had a great time!! ALL Staff SO friendly and accommodating.. From Doorman, to the Bellman at check in, to the pool guys, beach guys, bartenders, waitstaff, concierge, hostesses at breakfast, to spa esthetician. Everyone was wonderful! Loved the location. Close to everything. so much fun!

The staff at The Ritz is well trained to meet every need. Everything is about your satisfaction. The answer is always yes. The hotel itself is one of the highest end, full service hotels in SOBE. The pool and beach are great. We arrived early for a long weekend at 10:30am and did not expect our room to be ready. The front desk was over the top in making sure we were a priority. We hit the beach and in 40 minutes they called to let us know they had our room in order, very nice and much earlier than we had even hoped for. Balcony with partial ocean viewed as booked. We enjoyed […] the Ritz bar/lunch by the beach and an exceptional waitress, Logan, made sure we were taken care of. During a sudden rain, everyone poured in from the beach and she slipped us thru the garage to get back to the hotel lobby without getting drenched. We were very grateful! It is that kind of special attention that keeps us coming back to the Ritz. Final note, the 3 man live band in the lobby was outstanding! This hotel is beautiful. This is my second time staying here... I came back for the location, pool, beach, and friendly staff. The hotel room is nice; however the room I stayed in this time had thin walls. I could hear the people next door talking and doors opening and closing throughout the hallway. This wasn't too bothersome, as I heard these things […] at reasonable hours of the night. That's really my only complaint. My first time here I had a more expensive corner room and didn't hear a thing so i guess it depends what room you have. Can't beat the location and view though! Læs mere

The hotel was very clean and efficient. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Every request was met immediately with the exception of parking valet. Retrieval of the car was slow, but the people were responsive and polite. Excellent snacks in the room too.

The hostess at the Dilido Beach Club Restaurant on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 3:00 pm was awful. She played favorities by seating people she obviously liked before us who were waiting 20 minutes for a table. the staff was very well trained and very pleasant. We were upgraded to another room when the occupants of the adjoining room were a bit noisy and the manager sent us a dish of fruit and candy because of the inconvenience. It was all handled exceptionally well

We loved staying here. We appreciate and enjoy great service and we certain had it here at the Ritz. Our only discomfort was the bed and pillows. A bit too soft for our liking and we didn't sleep well.

5 star vs the rest, this hotel is NOT just any hotel it's a Ritz so you have certain expectations. The hotel is well located for tourists and business people alike. It does lack the "RItz" mystique, service is good not great, rooms are VERY good but not great (only one bathrobe and slippers) had to call for second set. We loved the hotel. The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the ocean. Dinner on the patio was excellent. The only downside was that we were jarred awake around 12:30 in the morning by a woman and her daughter arguing loudly in the room next to ours.
