Hotellet er OK, ligger på et mindre indkøbsområde, med en del restauranter i nærheden. Morgenmaden er glimrende og inkluderet i prisen, kaffe og te kan afhentes døgnet rundt. Poolen er lille og ligger nærmest på P-pladsen. Der er ca 15 min kørsel til Six Flags parken fra hoptellet - og man kan billige indgangsbilletter i receptionen. Da vi skulle flyve hjem fra New York om eftermiddagen, var vi glade for at man kunne vente med at tjekke ud til kl 14.00

Jeg skulle besøge søn på uconn, hvor han studerer, hotellet lå okay i forhold til at shoppe og komme til og fra, servicen var godog det eneste der var at udsætte var at swimmingpoolen ikke var åben endnu. Det var et billigt men godt hotrel til prisen.

"New mom disappointed"
This was my first stay away from my little one, I am a full time mom. I booked this one specifically so that I could enjoy the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was being serviced from the time we arrived and still not working four days later when we departed. Soooooooooo disappointing!
perfect location when visiting the university of hartford. less than 15 minutes from university. Dont have to deal with the city.

My guest and myself felt the heat in our room was excessively dry. To which the desk attendant apologized and offered us complimentary bottled water. It took more than two bottles a night, each to which our sinuses suffered miserably for. Dinner at the restaurant was drafty, but the service was good and so was the food! Breakfast (at our mistake) was […] not complimentary and we were continually badgered if we had any “breakfast coupons” which made me feel really stupid it didn't investigate more thoroughly to see if said coupons were available to me. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has upgraded since I last visited & it looks beautiful. I highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Windsor CT. Rooms are very comfortable & clean. What more can you ask for.

No internet and no wireless. was out for over a week and did not notify hotels.com when making the reservation, nor did they notify us when we checked in. we checked out a half our later and went to another hotel
"Great Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Windsor"
We lost power due to the autumn Nor'Ester and was lucky to get a room. The room was so clean and pretty. The bed was so comfortable. I was impressed with the staff, location and quality of my stay.

There were a few ants in the room which I killed. The room could have used a THROUGH CLEANING, dust on top of lamp shades and head board. GOOD CLEANING A MUST.

"JAB Massachusetts"
This is a beautiful hotel, appeared to be fairly new. The only problem we had was the housekeeping staff. Dirty wine glasses left in room, didn't replenish coffee packet in in-room coffee service and couldn't get another packet for the next morning as housekeeping had left. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place; a bit high in price for what you get in return. No complimentary breakfast was a big let down for me. I could have stayed in a number of comparable locations and hotels for less and received breakfast!

I spent one night there on business. Nice modern lobby, restaurant was open late with a meager selection but very good food. Nice room. Overall good stay and airport shuttle as well.

This property at this price range was way above the norm! The entire hotel was very clean and well furnished. Our room was extremely nice with a great decor. Only minor issue was bed was a little firm. Overall would highly recommend!!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Windsor is so convenient to the highway and the major cities I was traveling to over my weekend stay, yet still far enough away (about 30 second drive) that I didn't get the traffic and the noise that usually comes with it. Aside from our initial problem with locating the hotel, we enjoyed our visit there. We would suggest that the safety bar in the shower be positioned so that there is access from inside when standing with your back to the fixtures while washing one's hair. I felt totally insecure with nothing to prevent a fall. Also, we wish we'd been informed of the […] proximity to the elevators, since we experienced loud voices in the hallway late into the evening. "Bad Experience"
Hotel was under construction and had to enter through the back door and register at a temporary desk. Was told that my request for a no smoking room with a king bed was not available. Instead, I was told the only thing available was a smoking room with 2 full beds on the ground floor near the construction . Person at the desk was rude, telling me that […] the hotel does not guarantee these items and there was nothing they could do about it. If I was unhappy, I was welcome to stay somewhere else. Really close to the airport but in a better area than most airport hotels. Staff very friendly and helpful helping me with car rental pickup and drop-off.

Woke up to a 50 degree hotel room and still had to pay full price with no complimentary room. Was told I should have called the front desk in the middle of the night. This was not possible, as my two sleeping children lay on either side of me. Most parents would understand that you do not wake children in the night. Had to argue to get a free breakfast. We stayed at this hotel after going to a concert in Hartford. The hotel was very nice. room service was great. The bed was especially comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

"Good Place to Stay"
Hotel was a little tricky to find. However, once you found where you needed to go, it was easy. Staff was pleasant, conditions very clean, and even had a great breakfast. Certainly would recommend.

I would strongly recommend this hotel if your travels take in near Hartford, CT or western Massachusetts. Easy access for us to Bradley Field (the Hartford airport). Two thumbs up!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was exceptionally well-furnished and the beds were very comfortable. One small complaint: when seated on the toilet, it took a while to find the toilet paper which was hidden under the sink. Two rolls were installed under the front facade of the sink. "Very impressive"
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for an overnight after attending a family wedding. Quite impressed with the clean, neat, and comfortable room. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone in the area.

I arrived a couple hours before check in and the hotel employee was able to get me a room only about an hour after I arrived which was still about a couple hours before our initial check in. I was glad to see that our requests were maintained for us such as a two bedroom and non-smoking room. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the room and […] the view we had off of our balcony. The staff was very friendly and when there was a misunderstanding with our room keys they were already aware of the situation and had it solved before we came down to say something to them. It was comforting to know that they had taken it upon themselves to fix it so I did not have to burden myself with it while I was there. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price I paid. I stayed for two nights over the weekend and I would most definitely come back if I was travelling to the Connecticut area again. Læs mere
