Vi var generelt meget tilfredse med vores ophold på hotellet. Det var rene og rummelige værelser. Bilen kunne parkeres tæt på værelset, hvilket var et absolut plus. Steffen fik en god snak med personen i receptionen, der gav en fantastisk service og vidste kulturelt meget. Et stort plus. Venlighed og velvidende i receptionen. Sengene var gode. Vi sov […] godt. For the $price, it is what we expected. Great location!

The very convenient location - minutes to the airport - is its only saving grace. Rooms are less than clean, unsavory characters were hanging out in the parking lot, and there is a serious dearth of available parking spaces - especially if you arrive late. Skip it if you can.

Our room was huge, and that is a big plus for a family. It also had a microwave and fridge, which was very nice. The breakfast consisted of packaged danishes and muffins, coffee and juice, which really wasn't appealing or enough. The pool was small, but nice. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay.

Overall good, but many rooms are the typical motel layout with individual doors to the parking lot, not a very inviting look. Others in our party got rooms with indoor access, be sure to ask

We really liked our room here but the bathroom could have been a little larger. The room itself was large & clean. The staff was helpful. We also enjoyed the warm swimming pool. The hotel itself was a bit run down & we noticed a water leak in our bathroom but it didn't affect our stay at all. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I stopped here for a night after a two-day trip to the mall of America with my friend. It's super close (only took us a half hour to walk), so it worked perfect for us. Not bad if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel. Fyi, the "free breakfast" is just coffee and muffins.

This hotel was one of the cheaper ones and it offered a fridge and a microwave, both necessities for a small family for a longer stay. The room was large and very clean. It needs a lot of basic repairs, though. The hotel itself is quite run down and the stove was missing a burner, the bathroom door stuck and the lock was hard to work, the fridge temperature […] control was broke and the sink by the bathroom would not drain. The lock on the front door to the building with the pool was broke, as well. We checked in for 4 nights but they only keyed our cards for one so we got locked out of our room. The pool is pretty small, but it is the first “heated” pool I have been in that was actually heated. It was nice and warm and you could just walk right in. (Too many chemicals, though, so make sure you keep your mouth closed and don’t lick your lips- very salty.) Overall not too bad. Next time I’ll probably shell out a little more money for a nicer hotel, though. Læs mere

The carpets haven't been deep cleaned in years, I am lucky I forgot to unpack my slippers from my last trip. Walking barefoot on the carpet was gross. There has been no upkeep to this hotel in years, the bathroom was small and cramped The bed was hard (and I'm fairly certain there were bedbugs or fleas since I woke up with red bumps on my face and […] neck). The parking was horrific. I have stayed in hostels that were more hospitable and clean than this place. Staying in my car would have probably given me a better night's sleep. I have stayed at sister hotels to this and been satisfied, I have never paid for a worse hotel room in my life than this hotel on this night. Læs mere

Staff is friendly if you approach them. For what they have they maintain it to the best possible standars which is low. Breakfast includes coffee and prepackaged donuts or muffins :(

there is no hot tub and breakfast is vending machine hunny buns!! Great room, large new flat screen tv, and large comfortable room, just dont come here for the pool or breakfast!

Yes, the hotel is cheap and you get what u pay for but this was probably the worst hotel I've ever been in. Carpet dirty, room big and generally clean but the electrical outlet was loose, the stove looked like a fire trap and the bathroom doorknob was falling out of door. And this was the deluxe room! Pool was size of two jacuzzis, did not open on time […] and had construction for significant part of our stay. Staff was nice. Lots of beds laying in parking lot and I'm praying they were remodeling rather than dealing with bugs. All of that is bad but tolerable ( sort of). What is not tolerable are safety issues. Police were in and out of parking lot at night and on our way out a crazed man (drugs probably) was hollering incomprehensibly at us in the parking lot. Definitely not a safe place for kids (or anyone). There are many hotels in same area for $20-$30 more per night. We will never stay there again and pay the extra money for a better/safer place. This hotel was pretty much what i expected- close to mall of america was the best part for us. It has a pool but we didnt use it so idk what its like cuz i didnt bring a swimsuit and we didnt know where the heck a wall mart was at to buy one. anyhow, i didnt like that they didnt explain to us where the pool was or when breakfast was or anything when […] we checked in and when we checked in they were still cleaning our room when we walked into it. breakfast was only muffins, (and drinks) but they were good. It's been a long time since I stayed in a Motel. But I have to say this little jem is ok. I was in need of a short stay just before a morning flight and the room was clean and the bed was firm and the bathrom tiny but clean. I checked the full room corner to corner. The heat was to high, but I did get it to cool down. I've been in to cold of rooms too, […] I prefer heat in winter. Quiet too. Læs mere

A good place to stay for cheap, for an overnight stay. TVs are huge, beds are good, nice microwave and fridge. No wi-fi is one of its short-comings. MOA is just a short drive from here.

When we got there it was 15 minutes before check in time we were greated at first by the front desk and the manager and we got a great welcome. So we thought cool this might be a good motel after all. When you first pull in the driveway it looks horrible because it is a very old building. Then we got our room but to our suprise when we got to it, it […] was still dirty so I called the front desk and the lady apologized and said as a appology they were puting us in a king size ste room. we went to the desk to get the keys and to our suprise the manager was nasty to us and said it was our fault for being 15 minutes early. and that for us to get the kingsize room we had to pay for it. then he said we could wait 15 minutes because he was sending his cleaning ladies up right now to clean the room and it would be done by check in time. so we waited then went back up 3 flights of stairs because they have no elevator. to the room and the ladies were standing in the hall talking and had not started out room yet and said it would be 30 minutes. we did not have that time we had a meeting to get to. so we went back down the 3 flights of stairs for the 4th time to the front desk and there was given a bigger attitude from the manager again blaming us for being 15 minutes early just like all of this was our fault and then they put us in the worst room I have ever been in. The shower was like one from when we were in a locker room back in school only worse. So long story short DONT EVER STAY HERE! I would say this is just like some classify a roach motel... It would have all been ok if they would have been willing to say sorry for the problem and we would be glad to give you 10 or 15 dollars off the room and we will have it all clean by the time you get back from your meeting and again the simple little word I'M SORRY! The pool was like salt water and our room was great and clean (until I found the cockroaches in the am). Upon checkout the front desk told me they had just sprayed for them).

The surrounding area was not great. It was nice to have the highway right there, and the mall just down the road. Other than the mall there really was not much to eat or to do, unless you went to Minneapolis or St. Paul. On the contrary what we needed the hotel for it suited our needs perfectly. Great location near the MOA which has the light rail that can take you all the way downtown, when on a budget its great, WiFi, a pool, near shopping, free parking, great price.

when i checked in the woman at the desk gave me a nonsmoking room when i reserved a smoking room. the next morning i recieved a call from the front desk saying that we had to leave becuase i onnly reserved one night although i paid for two nights with a recepit from the website and my bank statement both showing that i paid for both nights. so overall […] they could do a better job at paying attention. No hot water told do at front desk act like he did care wanted to rick james slap him straight trash of a hotel

Rooms appeared cleaner in the images then when we showed up they were dirtier and unsanitary was not what we expected really dissapointed in the appearance of the hotel overall pictures where really misleading

This motel is in need of significant repair. I would give it one star.

i really enjoyed my stay

The whole hotel is super old. The room was fairly clean, but you could tell people party in them because the beds are lumpy and there were ciggerette burns in the fridge and bathtub edge. The redeeming quality of this place is the customer service and the comfortably warm small but WARM pool. If you're looking for a super-great room rate in an area that's no more than a 5 minute cab ride to the MOA, this is it. But guests beware, it's a little drafty, stale and outdated. I found the rooms to be clean but the faucet sprayed everywhere and the toilet didn't work (at first), wireless internet was free but spotty, the bulletproof check-in window […] was a little alarming, but the people were nice enough. Long black hair hanging from the towels in the linen rack and a hole in the wall where the smoke detector should be. Lots of traffic noise.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Very run down, scary neighboorhood, big stains on carpet. Very small, don't know where they got the pictures displayed. Pushed a chair up against the door at night, looked around the room for escape plan. Scary, don't stay here.

Location great but that was about all.

Front desk people were very nice. Very basic hotel. The worst part was that the hotel pillows were as hard as a rock. Had a very rough night sleep. Area was a little shady and if you are unlucky enough to have inconsiderate neighbors, you could hear easily though the walls. Worst hotel ever, and hotels.com charged additional $25 then the hotel. There was no fire alarm in the room, no coffee or tea in the room, the room smelt mouldy (turned out it was just the washroom) Other customers were partying at all hours of the night

The door to the lobby is locked, you have to be buzzed in--a testament to the lousy neighborhood. They put me on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator and no one to help you. The building is old and ugly and not well-kept up. This is possibly the worst place I've ever stayed. I almost left without sleeping there, and stayed only because it was so late […] and I was so tired. Really awful place! Læs mere

The space is clean, just old. This would not be my first choice. But it was fine for overnight and the price was right.

This was not a hotel it was a motel. All the doors were on the outside of the building. The place looked rundown. Inside was worse. It smelt like mold and had two by fours sticking out of the so called bed frame. The mattress was horrible and didnt have a fitted sheet on it. all it had was a sheet laid over it. The hotel was not at all like I was expecting. While the staff was helpful and friendly, the neighborhood seemed dangerous. Also, continental breakfast was included in the cost and all that was provided was juice and coffee.
