Dejligt hotel tæt på lufthavnen med god morgenmad. Dog var der et stykke vej ind til Washington - ca. 30-40 minutter i bil, men skønt hotel som vi klart vil vælge igen.

Location was excellent, Staff was responsive, but the rooms had problems. Our first room's toilet was broken so we were moved to a second room. The second room had an out of balance and very noisy exhaust fan, the shower valve was installed backwards (hot was cold and cold was hot), and the mirror trim was falling off. The heater stunk and the closet […] knob was missing exposing the sharp end of a screw. The third floor ice machine was broken and not marked "Out of Order". When we returned from a trip into D.C. our room keys wouldn't work. Despite being in the flight path of Dulles the room wasn't noisy. Læs mere

was a very relaxing and reomantic stay.indoor pool and hotub was a plus.breakfast there was better then most hotels.24 hour coffie was important to me,and they fresh baked cookies in evening to go with the fresh coffie.we will definenitly come here again.

Clean, comfortable room with good breakfast. Close to airport so some plane noise but with fan on able to drown out most of noise. Plenty of places to eat surrounding the area.

Great but shuttle starts at 7 on the week ends which was too late for our flight. The desk offered to pay the first $15 of our cab fare

The room and beds were clean and comfortable, the included breakfast didn't have a great number of choices, but those offered were good. Staff was especially helpful in arranging the shuttle van to accompany me to turn in the rental car the night before our departure and bring me back to the hotel. Overall the hotel is a great value.

Front desk staff was excellent. Very responsive to requests. Good continental breakfast. Only complaint was a knock on the door around 8 AM by housekeeping asking if we were checking out.

Excellent Hotel experience! We booked the hotel for a DC trip. It turned out to be excellent! Very clean room. Great service. Breakfast was amazing (great variety and amount). Great security and very safe surroundings. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice bright hotel with friendly staff. Not noisy despite being on flight path from Dulles airport. Breakfast was more than adequate with usual dare including fruit.

The hotel shuttle was free and it took about 15 min. to go from Dulles to the hotel. The front desk service was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything according to pictures of the hotel online. Three restaurants were near by (Longhorn, Santini and Bob Evans). We booked this hotel for its proximity to both the Air & Space Museum in Chantilly and Washington, DC. The hotel was immaculate, the service was excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious. As far as other reviews about the pool hrs., we were there both Sat. & Sunday nights and it closed at 9:00pm and 8:00PM respectively, with a lifeguard on duty. […] We found these hrs. to be very reasonable. The hotel was just about what I expected based on the reviews I read prior to booking there. The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the free wi-fi and the free premium channels on the TV. I don't know if you could find a better place for the rate charged.

We (a couple) stayed only one night for a wedding in the vicinity. The room was very nice, the bathroom clean and everything perfectly adequate. We had no time to try the spa/pool, but they looked inviting and clean. In spite of closeness to the airport, we had a quiet, undisturbed night (except for some conversation next door -there was a connecting […] door). What we didn't like so much was the breakfast. I have been staying in this hotel every summer forseveral years and find it quiet and relaxing place. Staff are very helpful and free shuttle to the airport is a plus.

The very kind staff made this stay memorable! After a transatlantic flight, our flight home out of Dulles was cancelled, so we spent 1hour & a half on an extremely frustrating outsourced reservations "service". When we finally reached a local phone number of the hotel, they could not have been more accommodating, immediately sending a shuttle to pick […] up our party of 7. They settled us in to clean, comfortable rooms, recommended restaurants (even offered to drive us there), and then brought fresh, hot cookies up to our rooms! When I checked in, Roxanne was extremely courteous and welcoming. She made certain I received the marriot "welcome" snack bag--very thoughtful. My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub hours were not very conveniennt during my stay. Overall, though a very nice place to stay and I would efinitely consider staying there again.

The staff was extremelly nice and tentative and went beyond and above "duties". The room was very large and super clean, so much in fact, that my daughter wanted to come back and spend vacation by Dulles airport! They also gave my daughter "welcome goody bag" free of charge with chocolate and water and some other kid friendly snack. I enjoyed it very much.... I enjoyed the design within the rooms and theye ven called to makek sure that everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again. The continental breakfast was also very nice. They even had a nice pool.

The hotel was fine, but very hard to find after dark, especially when the sign for the first turn had been knocked down. The man at the desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, and I couldn't understand a thing he said.

My request for a second-floor or higher room for safety reasons as I am a woman travelling alone, who likes to open a window at night for fresh-air was initially dismissed with odd condescending reassurances that the neighborhood is the safest and nothing would happen. To me, the hotel and what it offers will sell itself. It's the customer service that will bring people back. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and exceeded my expectations. For the price, you really can't beat it. I paid $30 more for a rat hole of a hotel in the city the night before. I wish I found this earlier!
