I have stayed in this hotel many times before. I like the location and the rooms are spacious. Recently the rooms went through some redecoration (Carpets, tvs). Finally, they make the Internet freely available (before you had to pay!). I stay at this hotel because it is usually for a 1-2 nights. Honestly, I was quite underwhelmed by this hotel, it's not at all as it's advertised. I was traveling on business and reserved a room with a queen bed to ensure a quality night s sleep after a long flight. I took special note of the line about an iron available on request, as it was important to press my suit before a long day of meetings. I was given […] a room with a twin bed on a floor under construction. The AC unit was broken, stuck on 18 degrees. I had to alternate between freezing, then turning it off and broiling. Housekeeping failed to emtpy the trash and replace towels throughout my stay, but succeeded at parking their cart sideways in the hall to block access from my room. The iron? They had none, and didn't expect to find any. At least they knew a place where I could buy one. (If you get a cheap all-white iron with no steam, you can thank me, I left it behind for you...) Trying to iron a dress shirt on a towel on a round table is not so easy. The breakfast staff is completely overwhelmed, 2 of my 3 nights I had to sit at a table with someone else's dirty dishes, and hope that the silverware I was using wasn't used by those people as well. Clearly, management is more interested in cutting labor costs than in providing a sanitary dining room experience. I wonder what happened behind the kitchen doors? It wasn't a problem, but the minibar food is also quite indicative of how much this hotel actually cares about its' guests. The minibar snack selection consisted of a pack of gum, a sample sized candy bar, and a collection of three foil wrapped chocolates. Hotel Room was relatively clean. Had to request someone to clean up in the bathroom when I arrived, There was a pungent smell (which lingered on throughout the entire 5 days). Room was very dated and poorly lit and so was the hallway which also smelt horrible. There was rennovations being done on the hotel at 8:00AM!!! WAS RUDELY AWAKEN BY THE HAMMERING […] SOUND OF DRILLING AT 8:00AM into the walls which seemed to come from the very next room! I cannot understand why this hotel was advertised as free internet for the duration of the stay. When I arrived I had to pay for this service which cost 15reais per day for TERRIBLY CONNECTION that kept dropping every few minutes. Food was oK; Needs to have more variety. Service was ok, Asked for some additional pillows and did not receive them. Approx a 1 km steep uphill walk to Ave. Paulista, uphill. apporx 15 to 20 min walk. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Læs mere

Very pleasant and efficient good return for the money paid

I didn't like this hotel..the bathroom was not good with poor shower and always with problems in the sanitary. The breakfast was very simple for the price and the staff of the hotel wasn't good.

This hotel is well located not too far from Paulista and Ibirapuera park. You can walk to both safely during the day and evening( although I wouldn't at 2:00 am ). There are lots of restaurants close by including the St Etienne which is open 24 hrs and at least 6 sushi places and close by is a large supermarket. The GOlden Tulip Park Plaza is in a a very nice secure area of Jardins. For those who like walking, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Avenida Paulista. The gym is not so good but the hotel room is very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel with courtious staff. Near Paulista Avenue and Ipirabuera park.

Very clean and helpful staff, efficient and well located. The rooms are confortable and all works well, although the room does give the feel of an upgraded university dorm room.

Habe 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Sehr Zentral gelegen. Schöne ruhige Gegend. Ich war äusserst zufrieden.

O hotel é muito bom, o café da manhã é bem servido e tem bastante opções. Mas percebi que o hotel faz um certo preconceito para quem vem de reservas externas ao grupo do Golden Tulip. Me botaram num quarto em um setor de reforma, mesmo pagando antecipado. A cama de casal, a qual solicitei, veio montada com 2 camas de solteiro. Além do mais dava pra […] ver que a entrada do quarto e o look geral do mesmo estava característico de um andar que estava devendo reforma faz pelo menos 8 anos. Realmente os quartos são limpos, mas o estado geral deixa a desejar. A única razão pela qual escolhi o hotel é pela localização. Se você não vai ficar no hotel o dia inteiro e vai andar, então esse é um hotel plausível pra voce. Do contrário, poucas opções se apresentam nesta área. Læs mere

O hotel está em reforma de fachada e corredores, o ruído foi pouco e em horário adequado. (Os corredores realmente estão com o carpete em estado precário). No informe do hotel constava que há arrumação de camas à noite, porém nos dois dias de estadia, isto não ocorreu.

Quarto desgastado e com cheiro de cigarro (15 andar).

Hotel da decada de 80 deve melhorar o restaurante

o unico problema que tive é que na descricao indica que existe internet gratuita. so que chegando la sao apenas 20 minutos por dia de gratuidade.

Muito bom cafe da manha, cama confortavel, acomodacoes do quarto bastante satisfatorias. Muitos restaurantes agradaveis nos arredores.Custox beneficio da tarifa vale a pena.

Ele está em reforma, mas é muito bem localizado !

Odorei os lençois macios , o café da manhã estava ótimo, atendimento muito bom.

Realmente escogimos el hotel solo por las referencias en internet y realmente nos agradó. Es limpio, la ubicación es buena, tiene balcón efectivamente y la habitación es amplia y cómoda.- lo que nsi no tienen hidromasaje como decía... pero por lo demás todo bien...

Serviço muito atencioso. Boa localização. Guarda de veículo totalmente simplificada. Não há qualquer ruído. Ótima experiência.

A localização em bairro nobre de uma cidade como São Paulo, nos dá um grande prazer na estadia, oferecendo no entorno, opções de entretenimento, ótimos bares, cafés e restaurantes.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com toda a infraestrutura necessária para uma viagem de negócios. Pela proposta do hotel, o acesso a internet deveria ser free. Excecelente serviço, quarto amplo, breakfast completo com produtos de qualidade. Altamente recomendável, tanto para viagens de turismo, quanto de negócios (o meu caso).

Gostaria de parbenizar o hotel pelos funcionários da recepção e em especial os que ficam na porta do hotel. Um funcoário em específico que fala até japonês, além de muito educado, estava atento para que os hospedes não esquecessem nada dentro do táxi ao sair do carro.

Ar condicionado não refrigerava suficiente. Mesa de cabeceira em apenas um lado da cama. Sem tomada para o rádio-relógio (a única ocupada pelas lâmpadas de cabeceira) Banheiro pequeno, toalhas de banho pequenas e finas. Garçons desatentos e pouco corteses no desjejum

O hotel é limpo e o quarto espaçoso. O banheiro é muito bom no tamanho e limpeza. Fica próximo a Av. Paulista, um quarteirão do Masp e a uns 7 quarteirões da Av. Paulista, subindo uma ladeira. O parque ibirapuera fica a uns 20min de caminhada.

Boa localização,aliada a conforto e serviços de qualidade

Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento nota dez. O apartamento é novo, amplo e bem equipado. Recomendo a todos.

Excelente estadia no Golden Tulip. Apartamento completo e tudo muito novo. Boa localizaçāo e café da manhã padrão. Mão-de-obra simpática e atenciosa. Recomendo.
