Keystone er en lille virkelig hyggelig by og hotellet er rigtig rart, med god komfort og ligeså fint som da vi var der for 2 år siden. Måske kunne internethastigheden være lidt hurtigere, men ellers ingen grund til klage. Der følger lidt morgenmad med i prisen - noget der er atypisk i USA.

I would give everything a "5" if this incident did not happen. We got there past midnight & I have already called the hotel a couple hours prior to make sure we still have the room and they said yes. When we checked in and entered the room, it was not cleaned. There was only one other room left and that was not cleaned either. We had 5 people in the […] group & I initially booked the 2 queen beds with a sofa bed so the front desk person did his best to clean both rooms. He initially called other hotels & no occupancy everywhere else due to holiday weekend. I felt bad for him as I know it wasn't his job and he was the only person working. We are very unhappy, that Hotels .com didn't advice us , that the pool ,was damaged & was not avalible!! The problem occured , the week before we arrived at hotel. We was told by hotel staff, that they advised you about the problem, but we was never told about it!!!! Our family was looking to relaxing in the pool , after site seeing , but was unable […] to!!!Also trying to tell our grandson , he couldn't go in the pool was tough , for the 3 days we were going to be there!! We stayed in the off season so naturally the businesses around the Hotel were all closed except for a few restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, cinnamon buns and also had fruit plus yougurt. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond for any requests or questions we had during our stay. Rooms are clean, newer, updated with western theme. Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast consisted of omelets one day and scramble eggs the next,along with all other continental amenities. Great place, easy access to local attractions.

This Holiday Inn was very nice. We enjoyed the pool + jacuzzi. The rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable. The complimentary Breakfast was very basic.

This hotel is easy to find, perfectly situated for tourism, comfortable and even nicer than the already-good HEI&S chain. Its in a great location, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we tossed and turned all night and the walls were pretty thin; we could hear our neighbors just having a conversation.

The lobby is unique, Service was good but I made little demand of the staff. The AC/Heater was difficult to get set so the unit kept running. Missed waffel or pancake stations.

We liked that this hotel was close to Mount Rushmore. With all the time you spend driving across South Dakota, you definitely want a hotel close to the Monument. We visited in the off season when many of the other local attractions were closed which was kind of disappointing. A little off the beaten path only 20mins from major retails. Very clean rooms had fridge and microwave just like home. Highly recommend. Couple bar n grills right next door made the evenings very stress free! Will book here again.

The bed was absolutely horrible. Keystone was very barron with little open. Spent a lot of time in other surrounding towns.

Friendly! Clean! Comfortable. It was during our Thanksgiving trip to Mount Rushmore from Southern California. We had stayed at two hotels already on our drive to South Dakota. Our stay was pleasant, the service good. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere of the lobby. My family are big hunters, so the stuffed animals were very much enjoyed. Was a quick holiday trip and even though Keystone was a bit of a ghost town due to it being November and off season, you cannot beat the location! Close to all we had planned to do. Our stay was great, the beds comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Good variety of food!

Hotel was in good shape, didnt smell bad, and was up to date. Queen suite was a little small for a suite. Parking was ok this time of year, could see how it would be tight during prime season. This is one of the nicest hotels i've ever stayed in. in our king room there was a spa tub which was not listed on hotels.com. the room was much nicer than it was made to seem on the website. Great hotel, great staff, wonderful stay

The hotel is very nice. The continental breakfast was good and changed slightly each day we were there. The lobby was comfortable and homey and there were several areas to sit and relax; by the fire, by the pool, on the patio and on the 2nd floor lobby balcony. The free Wi-Fi was down when we arrived. The hotel staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is clean and nice and very welcoming. Right in the heart of Keystone and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
