Et roligt hotel der indeholder lige hvad jeg har brug for. Tæt på Westfield som er for os med shoppe genet i orden, men ikke længere væk end at underground hurtigt kan tage dig til Covent Garden eller andre centrale steder i London. Jeg har besøgt hotellet flere gange og glæder mig hver gang over at føle mig godt tilpas her. Dog er det efterhånden […] en anelse slidt, men komforten i gode senge og rummelige værelser trækker op. Godt hotel nær Undergrundsbanen. Tæt ved kæmpestort indkøbscenter, hvor alle vil kunne få alle ønsker opfyldt. Mange restauranter og muligheder. Morgenmaden ikke incl. Den var dyr og jævn!

Lækkert hotel og sød betjening. Beliggenheden er super. Shepards Bush er et fedt område og med et stort shoppingcenter lige om hjørnet fra hotellet. Man kan hurtigt og nemt komme helt ind til central London - med tube, bus eller på gå-ben, hvis man er frisk. Der er masser af liv i Shepards Bush - både om dagen og om aftenen. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Var lidt skuffet over, at der ikke var badekar på værelset. Morgenmaden så lidt kedelig ud. Finit morgenmad kan findes på Holland Park Road. Godt beliggende ifr. tuben.

Vi var meget overrasket over servicen på hotellet. Der var lidt småproblemer med vandtrykket på badeværelset samt fald på gulv, hvilket gav gjorde gang og badeværelse meget vådt...me det var vrkelig var de eneste problemer. SUPERT hotel 200 m fra Shepherd Bush underground station (Central Line). Alt var bare tip-top i orden - herunder glimrende senge. Det eneste (meget) lille minus var, at hvis du kom for sent op, kunne det knibe lidt med det varme vand. Morgenmaden var glimrende, men lidt dyr - £ 11.50 for continental og £ 17.00 for full english. Kommer gerne igen.

I'm being picky a little, but I don't like the layout of this Hotel, ended up right down the back of the Hotel which is a long way from reception, really do not like in this day in age getting ripped off for internet and also having "fair use" e.g. slow and weak signal to boot. The hotel was generally good, however although a Spa hotel which we booked into you have to pay an additional £25 per person (or £50 a couple) to use the Spa facilities. Also there was a charge of £1.25 each time you bought a drink or food - does add up if you plan on having a few drinks in the hotel.. The staff were not very attentive and rather off […] (especially the bar staff) not to our party but with another party who were spending a great amount of money in the bar. Helpful staff and friendly.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at the hotel for four nights in late March. The hotel is located in a side street away from the noise but not far to go. The hotel room was surprisingly great. Comfortable bed, large room, large bathroom, clean and no noise. We relaxed in the evening after long days in the city center. Can be recommended. We did not […] eat breakfast at the hotel. This is a lovely hotel which is very close to the spacious Westfield Shopping Centre.The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a gentle,calm air about it.My only quibble would be the cost of drinks in the hotel bar but perhaps you are paying for tha fact that it seems to be frequented by the glitterati of the London media scene!

My wife and I were really please with our stay at the K Spa last week. We were in London to see Pokey Lafarge and the South City Three at Bush hall and wanted a hotel that was close to tube, venue and bars and restaurants. We got it all with K Spa! Its no more than 5 minutes from the tube and to my wife's delight, 5mins from the shopping extravaganza […] that is Westfield! Loads of bars and restaurants and Bush hall is no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel, which is a brilliant, intimate venue to watch live music. Hotel is stylish, friendly, clean and the room was a great size. We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend it. Læs mere

Wonderful staff and service. Wonderful comfortable room. Staff went out of way to help us. They even upgraded us to a room that was ready because we were their early and our room was not available and we were exhausted from our red eye flight. Located in a great residential neighborhood with lots of shops, restaraunts and easy tube access.

the hotel is globally neat. room was big enough and comfy. just one thing is the shower which was surprisingly not very large. on the week end i was there, a lot of groups and young and loudy people.

Gorgeous hotel with a modern feeling, close to Sheperd's Bush tube and Westfield shopping center. Spacious bathroom and an nice, comfy room. Quiet in the morning, even though my room was next to a busy road. Extra plus for that! My only complaints is the rock hard pillows. I live in London and from time to time I stay up in hotels in London if I'm out and about and feeling lazy and dont wanna go home. This hotel uses images of the SPA that operates in their premises as if they are images of the hotel. Be careful!!!!! The hotel is shabby, dated, carpets are stained, staff are unhelpful, no mini bar, dark dodgy corridors. The […] pictures you see are the pictures that made me book this hotel! They are NOT pics of the hotel. They are pics of the SPA and you have to pay £20 if you wanna even use the jacuzzi. Definitely would choose a different hotel in the future. The K West is a good hotel. I think it lives up to it's 4 star rating, however, it could use some updating in certain areas. The main hotel bar is nice, but it feels very 2001. I think it's about time for some new decor. The rooms are quite spacious for a London hotel, but the bed I had wasn't the most comfortable. I have stayed here on numerous occasions, […] and if you upgrade to a deluxe room, the Queen size beds are much more comfortable. As for the overall experience, the K West lives up to it's 4 star rating. However, they tend to charge excessively for things like internet (an extra 40 pounds for 5 days) or use of their gym and spa (25 pounds/day). I don't like these overages, but because their room rates are so low, I can understand it's necessity for them to stay in business. On the up side, the hotel is located within a 2 minutes walk to Europe's largest shopping mall, Westfield. And the Sheppard's Bush tube station is also conveniently located within a 2 minutes walk where you can catch the central line to many of London's attractions like Oxford Circus. Læs mere

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa was EPIC!! Only issue was not having a hair dryer in my room when I arrived, but housekeeping brought it to me promptly.

The hotel was in a very quiet neighbourhood and very convenient for what we were doing in London: Olympia Horse Show and then shopping at Westfield. Staff were polite & efficient. It was handy to have valet parking and the ability to leave luggage safely before we could check in. Room was nice although it did smell a little damp. was clean enough, bed […] was v comfy, shower was amazing & there was a good selection of teas & coffees in the room. had a good night's sleep. Didn't use spa; considered having buffet breakfast but was v expensive, so we decided against it & found somewhere easily in Westfield. we would definitely choose this hotel again if we make the same trip next year. The hotel is located very central region,near westfield shopping center and shepherd's bush tube station. the hotel is Very clean and tidy. The hotel staff is always ready to help. Highly recommended!

There is no free wifi anywhere in the hotel.

The hote's location is pretty good. The rate is reasonable, compared to many other 4-star hotels. The service is very bad. The charge for Internet (15 pounds per day) is a rip-off. They should offer free Internet like most other hotels in Europe. I stayed in the hotel for 9 nights, and this was my worst hotel experience of all. I made a reservation […] for a non-smoking room. I arrived on Sat late night and asked for a quiet room. Surprisingly, I was assigned a smoking room in the 6th floor. The key did not work for the door either. Then I had to ask them to give me another room. The room was in 2nd floor, right next to the parking lot and a bridge, kind of disturbing. The worse is that the light in the bathroom did not work so that it was quite dark when I took a shower. I almost fell down in the slippery tub due to the darkness. It's very dangerous. I complained again, then the night managers said it's getting too late so we'll have to deal with it tomorrow. I was waken up by the noise from cars passing the bridge on he next early morning. Then I asked to get a new room which has no problem. They give me another room to floor 3, still next to the parking lot and bridge. The worse is that the water piled up in the tub when I took a shower. It's unbelievable and the tub was like a swimming pool when I took a shower. The matress is smaller than the bedframe, so I hit the bedframe constantly when I move around the bed, hurting my knees and legs several times a day. It's very dangerous. In addition, I was still waken by cars passing the bridge every morning. Then I complained again after bearing it for 2-3 days. I was told that I'll be given a new quiet room when I come back in the evening. Surprisingly, I was assigned to a very smoky room when I came back in the evening. The worse is that the hotel was full on that day and I had to bear it. The night manager even said that you have changed for 4 times, indicating that I am a difficult customer or something. Booked this hotel for 4 nights on very short notice. Was not my first choice, but they had a deal on Expedia (through Kayak) if you stayed 4 nights, so I went for it. Our room was located on a lower level, which seemed odd at first, but the advantage was a very quiet room, which we both enjoyed. Our only dissapointment was no bath tub (I like to take […] baths too), but the shower was very nice and large. We were offered a move to a room with a tub starting on the second day, but decided to stay where we were. We did schedule a massage and they were amazing. Very clean, professional, and truly great. Would recommend that for sure. Another plus was the close proximity to the metro, which we used every day. In addition, a very large Westfield Shopping Mall is a 5 minute walk. You do not go to London to shop at a mall, BUT there were several very great restaurants, among them one of Jamie Oliver's. Very enjoyable. We ate breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien every morning before venturing out into the city. They have FREE internet there, and a huge selection of food, both sweet and savory. We could sit there and just enjoy our breakfast while checking our emails on our iPads and even Skype with the home front. Which brings me to my biggest gripe about the hotel. Internet access in 15 pounds a day, and it only works on ONE device, PLUS, the amount of data you can use is limited. Seems almost ridiculous in 2011. When I tried to reach the lobby for assistance with the internet, on two separate nights, I never got through, even letting the phone ring forever, and calling numerous times in a row. I finally had to walk up in my pajamas to get some help. All I got were some louzy excuses. But do not let the bad service on one employee affect your decision to stay here. Excellent location only 3 minutes to Tube and bus stations and also the Westfields shopping mall with plenty of restuarants movies etc. A modern hotel and spacious rooms, certainly not the typical London hotel rooms where you have to go outside to change your mind! Only one minor downside and that is that you have to pay to use the Gym.

We would stay at K West hotel again because the location is very convenient (less than 5 minute walk to the Central Line) and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. However, we found the service at the front desk to be lacking. We had to argue several times before we were given a king size bed (which we had booked). We felt they were reluctant […] to fill our request, despite it being what we had booked. I find this very frustrating. One piece of advice is to just be aware that Sheppard's Bush is not the safest area in London, especially at night. At night, the 5 minute walk from the tube...was interesting to say the least. I fell in love with this hotel last year, convenient location not too touristy. I even referred some of my clients to this hotel. However, this time was just different. My tv remote control did not work, my heat did not work but they delivered a space heater promptly which was so nice and also came up to give me a new remote. But I had a washcloth only […] one day and it was one the other 8 days no washcloth for my face so strange. The worst part was the internet zone. Last year i loved it, this year it barely had service kept going out. also when service goes down was unable to properly log out of my email thanks to kindness of strangers to log me out and not hack my account. finally while in the internet quite zone on three separate occasions was bothered by very drunk patrons in the internet quiet zone. It was extremely off putting. I think this may be turning into more of a party hotel if that is the case I will not be returning. I also think that the front desk staff was not the most attentive, they were fine but no one stood out as being exceptional. It was all just ok, the beds were comfortable enough and it is clean, but I do not think I will return for my 9 night stay next year nor will I speak so highly of property. Læs mere

The K-West is a nice, clean and friendly hotel, in a good location, but relatively pricey for what you get. The hotel advertise wifi access around the hotel, but it's not included in the price and for me was charged at £15 for 24 hours. I really resent being charged extra for Wifi nowadays, and £15 is pretty expensive, even compared to those hotels […] that do still charge for internet. It's also the only hotel I've seen who enforce data limits within the Wifi access fee. Additionally, the signal strength in my room was so bad, the service was completely useless for me. They also charge extra for gym access, which (once again) I'm not accustomed to paying in most business hotels. With wifi and gym fees on top of the room rate, this works out to be a very expensive hotel. On the night I stayed, the hotel had a private party in the lobby bar, which made getting in and out of the hotel annoying. Party guests crowded around the lobby and outside the fronts doors smoking, so you were almost having to run the gauntlet to get back in. Not a huge issue, but I'd at least expect hotel staff to inform guests there will be an event like this when they check into the hotel. Lastly, there seems to be a big difference in the size and style of rooms. My colleague and I both booked the same room type, but her room was far larger and better equipped. Maybe she got upgraded, but it is always annoying when you feel you've missed out on something nicer. So, generally a really nice hotel, with really friendly staff, but with the room rate and extra charges, I probably wouldn't stay here again. Læs mere

This was my fourth stay at the K West and overall, I was quite diasppointed on this occasion. First, the internet service was very unreliable. Despite the fact that I paid for 5 days of internet service, most of the time I was unable to access the internet. I had problems with the internet on my last visit over a year ago also. I booked an executive […] room which was a let down. While the room was cleaned, the service was not of high standard. I did not find the staff particularly courteous to guests. I had always looked forward to staying at the K West, however, this stay was distinctly much less satisfactory than previous visits. Læs mere

My wife, daughter and I stayed there about a week. The location was very convenient for eating and getting around (there is a huge mall with many restaurants and a tube and overground station nearby). The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had to ask for a few things for the room, and they were brought up very quickly. Also, loved the […] beer in the vending machine! Great hotel and great value for London. Located on Central Line 7 stops from Oxford Circus. The neighborhood has a lot to do - shopping, entertainment, restaurants but is free from hectic tourist crowds that are inflicting central London these days. The K West Hotel feels like it fell out of a chic heaven into an average-looking area of London. It is a beautiful place and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Shepards Bush Tube and Bus Stop. One bus will take you to Central London but the Tube requires transfers. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in more central London, you should stay elsewhere. If you're willing to take the underground it does not matter. Our room was nice, but we weren't in love with the neighborhood. Didn't try the spa, but it looked amazing. This hotel was a great place to stay if you want to be close to the central line. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of the amenities that are usually included such as wifi and the spa. The cost of room service was equivalent to what I would spend at a restaurant for 2 people including drinks.

Hotel did not receive booking information from Hotels.com, I was almost stranded without a room. Fortunately, hotel did eventually place us in upgraded room. Gave wake up call at wrong time, front desk did not call taxi despite agreeing to.

Stayed at the K West to avoid some of the eye watering prices in the city. I had a meeting in the city so being near to the central line is really handy. The hotel is modern, the room service reasonably priced and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again.

All the hotels are okey and fine, location wise, they are all recommendable, all the staff are nice.

While the location was convenient- the room was NOT worth the money. The "double bed" was two twin matresses pushed together, our room key didn't work, it was impossible to take a hot shower without water getting all over the floor, there was some sort of scum in the bathtub, and you could seriously injure yourself trying to get in and out of the shower. […] For the money and the amenities, invest in another hotel. My 'non-smoking' room stank of smoke. Staff were reluctant to change and I had to agree to pay an additional fee in order to be moved to a clean room. A dirty hotel with unhelpful staff.

My review is more regarding the actual hotel stay and the restaurant. I did not experience the bar apart from one night. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed K West this past holiday. For our stay of about two weeks we have virtually no complaints and left rather reluctantly! The location is absolutely prime - the Central line of the tube is right there (Shepherd's […] Bush station - literally a 3 minute walk at most - also a massive bus station as well as connection to the overground and national rail) and leads to virtually every place you could possibly need or want to go as a tourist or a resident. The housekeeping was comfortingly consistent, extremely thorough, and very intelligent. The food was brilliantly delicious and very nicely prepared yet all at extremely comfortable prices, which is wonderfully surprising - especially after you taste it. The staff was tremendously helpful (drawing us maps and making phone calls, etc), quick to respond to and correct any issue and very diligent. Not to mention insightful and interesting personalities (we got into a great conversation about art and music with one of the porters and he helped us out with loads of information and event news). Our trip to London was absolutely wonderful but as with everything there were ups and downs but I'm glad to report that K West did nothing but enhance our trip and add a very welcome extra touch of comfort. I LOVED this hotel. My room was very large and very clean. I had requested a quiet room when I booked my reservation online. I was totally accommodated as my room was very quiet. Once inside I heard nothing from the outside. The decor is modern and up to date. The staff was friendly. Great hotel for the rate. Staff was excellent, and accommodations very comfortable. The in-room WiFi was a bit pricey, as was the hotel menu. Otherwise, great hotel. It's not very close to the main attractions in London (about 10-15 minutes by tube, plus a 5-10 minute walk), but it is very close to the Westfield Shopping Mall, which has plenty of great […] restaurants.
