Godt hotel tæt på lufthavnen. Denne kan dog ikke høres på værelserne. Morgenmad var simpel men ok, gratis parkering ved hotellet. Personalet var ok som forventet. Værelset var rent og pænt og normal størrelse.

"Hotel i den bedre ende i Charlotte"
Hotellet er placeret i et meget flot kvarter i Charlotte, der er butikker og restauranter i området. Jeg kan helt sikkert anbefale hotellet

I have stayed at this location plenty of times and I will keep staying here as long as they keep up the great service. My only compliant was that, I called the front desk to get ONE more blanket for my room and was told there was NOT anymore in the WHOLE HOTEL?????? The hotel was very convenient to the Art Institute where I needed to be. The staff was very courteous. Breakfast was better than other hotels I have stayed, it was more than your regular donuts and coffee. It helps when you have to be on a schedule.

We had stayed at the other Hyatt Place that is a half of a mile away in November. They are both wonderful and clean. The rooms are large and the bed is awesome! The staff was was very pleasant at both locations.

"Great place for the money"
Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. We arrived later then we had thougt we would, yet staff was willing to take us on a tour. We only needed a place to sleep as we were driving to Florida. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and it came with breakfast which was great for the kids. I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel..very clean and staff was very accommodating..also the soap provided was lovely(LOL) will here again on my next visit absolutely!!
The bathtub has no base underneath so when you're standing it "gives" under your feet. Wobbly and unsafe. Perhaps they just missed the one in our room but definitely should be checked out before someone gets hurt.

Stayed here when visiting for a Panthers game. Staff was very friendly and hotel was just miles from Panthers Stadium. Would stay here again.

"Late Night Check In"
My GF and I were late to check in, almost midnight and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately they gave out all the rooms with king-size beds even though we had reservations for a king-size bed. We settled on a 2 double beds but it was nice that all rooms come in a suite, nice furniture and large HD television. The bathtub did not drain well and flooded […] the tub during the shower. Great Hotel for your money
"Hyatt Place City Park"
Other than the break in of several vehicles, I enjoyed my stay here. The break ins were unfortunate, and I will say, I was surprised that two of the vehicles were very near the front of the hotel entrance. My tv remote quit working. I called the desk. A young lady arrived at my 6th floor room wihin minutes.

"A nice surprise"
On my way from LA, my connection from Charlotte to Boston was cancelled due to Hurricane Irene. The first possible flight out was 4 days later. So I booked a room at Hyatt Place for the first two nights and was delighted by the comfort, friendliness, and reasonable price. I then visited Asheville and the mountains, and returned to another Hyatt Place […] at the airport for the last night. The same excellent service and accommodations were provided there as well. The receptionists at both hotels were particularly helpful, friendly, and hospitable. They provided the Southern Charm that enhanced the whole sense of casual comfort and warmth. Bravo! Læs mere

"Pleased"
Very clean, quiet, spacious room. Must be recently renovated as appears brand new. No negatives. Best hotel I have stayed in for under $100. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful outdoor scenary if you enjoy the outdoors. Bed was very comfortable and clean room. The only downfall that I saw was that the shower hasn't as big as the one we had stay in, in Charleston SC but maybe that was because it was a newer hotel. Overall I have enjoyed staying at any Hyatt hotels.

This was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, huge and modern. The staff was very polite, accomodating and helpful. With the quality of the stay we had, I would have paid a lot more than we did. What a bargain!

This was our first time in Charlotte, and we were thankful for the stay the Hyatt provided. It's tucked back in a beautiful park-like area away from the traditional "hotel row" areas. nice staff...however, i asked for more towels and was told i would need to pick them up myself...as soon as you walked into the hotel you smell this horrible deordorizer...it was terrible...whoever picked this scent either has really bad taste in scents or they where trying to cover up something that smelled worse...the smell in the room was worse since […] you cannot open the window..there was mold in the shower tile..not a lot but it was there..the flat planel tv was nice.....the wet bar faucet was loose....the breakfast buffet included in the price was not very good..i had better elsewhere Læs mere

Great customer service quite stay. On our trip that was great even tho we forgot to pack alot of things they helped us every time opeing the wine we brought to have a romantic dinner in the room lettting us use the mirowave and never tired of us asking another favor or question.
"Slightly Disappointed"
One of the reasons I like staying at Hyatt Place is for their large rooms and ample counter space. I usually stay at one of their hotels 3-4 times a year. I was a little disappointed with my stay this time due to being stuck with a handicap room. There was zero counter space, meaning I had to keep coming back and forth from the living area to the bathroom […] to get ready; had to keep my products and makeup in the opposite room for fear they would end up in the toilet. The room just made me a little uncomfortable as well because of the hospital feel in the bathroom. My only other complaint would be the cleanliness of the pool. The water was full of dead bugs so swimming around in that was not exactly ideal. With that said, I understand why I was put in the handicap room; it was a sold out weekend and that was all that was left. The room was very clean, the hotel was well kept, the rate was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again, but please clean the pool! Læs mere
"Quite a nice surprise"
The Hyatt Place at City Park was just all around impressive. The room was decorated fashionably, and laid out extremely well. The staff was amazingly hospitable. And everything about the place was just nice. We were just up for a day of shopping, but actually the hotel turned out to be a highlight of our trip...quite unexpected. Highly recommended.

gorgeous brand-new hotel, fantastic rooms. if traveling with fam, bring your HDMI devices or a laptop video connector to plug into the 50" TV connections. gorgeous hotel. the breakfast "order window" is a bit confusing and slow, so beware.

This hotel was really nice and worth the few extra dollars over some of the other cheaper hotels in Charlotte. In particular, we felt like the area was safe and the hotel amenities were really nice. "Perfect for a quick visit to Charlotte"
Stayed here on our trip to UNC Charlotte. Close to the airport. Shuttle was perfect. Room was more than I was expecting. Breakfast was great. Exercise room had lots of equipment but the pool was closed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The nicest thing about this hotel is the service. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast included more than sticky buns, (but no eggs of course) and staff cleaned away dirty plates quickly. The room with two double beds and a sleep sofa slept our family of four, with grown children, very comfortably. The hotel staff were A+ but at 3:30 AM some idiot came pounding on our door and wouldn't stop until I got up and answered it. He was looking for someone else and was mistakenly at my room.
