The lobby is fine, but when I entered the receptionist, the carpet looks old and dirty(like never been vaccumed), when I wnet to the toilet, the coridor floor n walls are dirty with sands and water, n in the toilet, smeels awfull, the cubic door have rotten and dirty. We totally enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock , it totally blew our minds when we saw all their amenities. The staff went beyond their duty in helping us. It is close to everything & getting around is very easy. I would definetly recommend the hotel to everyone & will stay there again.

It's been more than 12 years sence I last visited here and it is still a very nice hotel but she has lost a bit of her polish (the bathrooms though clean could be refreshed). If load music is a problem for you at night ask for a room away from the courtyard near center stage as the bands play until very late. Breakfast buffet is great.

We were a bit worried staying here as we had read several reviews after we had booked. We stayed on the 3 floor wing 5 and we could see they were currently upgrading rooms. Yes the water was salty, our roof leaked water in the bathroom, mould in the shower, toliet ran constanlty if the button wasn't placed in the correct position, curtains needed a […] good clean and mini bar only contained 2 cokes and kit kat. Dissapointed we were unable to take any food or drinks into the pool area as no outside food or drinks are allowed. Breakfast, swimming pools and facilities were unreal and centre stage entertianment was superb. This hotel has an awsome vibe with a fantastic location and staff were exceptional. If you want to party with lots of aussies this would be the place to go. I would definately stay here again and ensure my room had been upgraded beforehand. Læs mere

We enjoy our stay, our kids has fun for the two night stay. Convience location with a lot of shopping, easy access to the beach and great swimming pool for both adult & children.

this is my 3rd trip to bali and my first with my young children, age 2 and 5. we were looking for hotels that are conveniently located and which comes with good facilities and we found all these in hard rock hotel. the myriad of facilities in the hotel is simply amazing. the kids absolutely loved the pool, esp the one with the playground. rooms are […] clean, beds comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly, and the spread for breakfast was wonderful! there were also plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel and choices for food was never an issue. i wld highly recommend this hotel to families who are travelling with young children. my kids are so impressed with the hotel that they said they wld like to go back there again this dec! the hotel's pool is all they talk about since they are back :) Læs mere

Stayed for one week as a solo traveller - highly recommend it as Kuta Beach is across the road, its a 10minute walk down the bustling Poppies I and II to the clubs, and the facilities are amazing. Always good fun around the swim up bar during the arvo, and the effort they go to to cater for kids is better than anything i have ever seen.

This hotel needs to get their electrical and plumbing fixtures fixed. We changed rooms and still faced the same problem. Otherwise it's a great property. good location, amazing staff.

The Hotel is conveniently located in Kuta close to all the shops and the beach. The staff were pretty helpful. The hotel is large and baggage service a bit slow. There seems to be some issue with getting reasonably priced taxis at the front...

Though websites claim for this hotel to be a 4 to 5 star hotel, there are several other hotels in Bali that would surpass the mediocre service at this hotel. Some of the restaurant staff were very attentive though so it made the trip more pleasant.

Our pick- up from the airport to the hotel never arrived and i had to call them up 5 times before they told me to catch my own cab! And at the check-in, based on their response it seems pretty normal to them that the pick- up doesn't arrive!!! That was not a very good start to a holiday. 酒店设施还行。据闹市很近买东西吃东西方便。酒店的儿童游泳池不错，孩子玩的很开心。酒店床舒服，就是洗手间旧了点。总体不错

Le Hard Rock Hotel fut une étape où nous nous sommes plongés dans l'univers du rock et du business à l'américaine!!! Proche de la plage de Kuta qui est un site privilègié pour le surf et beaucoup moins pour la baignade! Les activités nocturnes sont proches sur Legian street avec ses bars et boites de nuits! A faire une fois ,mais pas plus pour moi!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, und ist an zentraler Lage. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Pool-Anlage mit Animation, ein gutes Frühstück, da hat es für jeden etwas dabei und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hotellet er stort og veldig bra men er en del slitt å er veldig tilrettelagt for små unger så et perfekt hotell for familier men ikke ungdomer.

Hard Rock Hotel Bali 性價比差。訂的是deluxe room，但毫無deluxe 的感覺，房間設備陳久，舊式小電視機高掛天花板，洗手間無抽氣設備，而門又太通爽，異味易入臥室，窗外只見一堵外牆，真懷疑是否派錯了房間。如此 deluxe room, 上當了！

Pool området är mycket revligt. Rummen däremot är lyhörda, saknar charm och mys faktor.
