Et godt hotel. Selv om det ligger ved større vej høres denne ikke. Resturranter ligger der flere gode af ca. 10 min. gang fra hotellet.

Hotellet var okay, men der var nogle mangler. Ydredøren var ikke tæt. Ydredøren kunne ikke benyttes som indgang, da den ikke kunne låses. Dette skulle man gøre indefra, hvilket gjorde det umuligt at låse den op udefra. Ellers var hotellet okay. Det har eller været en god oplevelse!

"I like Microtels"
Nothing is better or cheaper for a short term stay than a Microtel. The location just off the NYS Thruway was great.

Ok for the price!
I was given a receipt that was not the correct amount. I had to call my credit card company and get it straightened out. This could be improved by having the correct receipt for the customer.

"The microtel close to everything"
This I'd my second time staying at this hotel. I can't say anything bad about this hotel. It's the hotel I will be staying at when I do business in East Syracuse.
"Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed At"
This is the worst hotel I've ever been. I usually wind up in hotels for whatever reason a few times a year and this is by far the worst. Most of the hotel smelt old, it was very dingy and ever the construction of the hotel was poor. That is, our bathroom door would not shut due to simple design issue. The amenities were poor, too. No matter the price, […] every hotel I have ever been to before included at least a coffee maker and complimentary toiletries. Not so with the Microtel. All I received in my room was a couple of paper cups and a bucket for ice and one bar of soap. "Microtel- East Syracuse NY Carrier Circle"
Close to Carrier Circle. Good basic lodging.Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels, wash cloths, & soap. No shampoo bring your own. Clean bedding. Carpet was stained. At least half the price of other hotels on the area. Booked second stay. Would recommend unless used to higher end hotels.

"Good hotel but BAD/STRANGE GUEST SERVICES"
I was staying there for five night as I was working in the area. I was using the room to prepare my work which involved unpacking boxes. For that reason I opted not to have the room services for the first three days. Despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door and havong told the staff I did not need service they kept coming to my room and opening […] the door. Because I had too many empty boxes in the small room I decided to place them ( collapsed and tied ) just outside my door and the front desk called at 11:45pm ( !!!!! ) asking to remove them from there. This hotel tends to be a bit out dated, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Wish they offered refrigerators for the rooms, but at this price, why complain? It also can be a bit loud as rooms are not that well insulated, so may want to bring ear plugs!

"College student"
The hotel was not as bad as the reviews said. It is an older hotel and the rooms could use updating but it doesn't matter unless you spend a lot of time in the room, we didn't. The only complant I have is the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Other than that it was good enough to sleep in. I would stay again.

Nice hotels all around. This was a dump. No security and bathrooms dirty.

Stayed for the night. It was clean, restaurants walking distance. Friendly staff, has continental breakfast. Good room for the price. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, if you are traveling with a pet. Not easy to find but once you do the welcome is good and all else is fine as well.

This was the least expensive hotel in the Syracuse area last weekend and it delivered as expected. We were looking for a "Sleep Cheap" and that is what we found. The building itself is "tired" but the service was acceptable, the bed was "OK" and the surrounding area was quiet.
"Convenience Plus"
I chose Microtel Inn Syracuse East because it was near the venue of the USA Track and Field 5K National Championship. Plus the price was right and Microtel has delivered for me in the past. I needed a good night's rest before the race and I got it. No doubt it helped me win the silver medal in my age bracket.
"Smokey and Uncomfortable"
I was just looking for a place to sleep for the night, not a luxury hotel. However, I do expect to be able to breath in my hotel room. Despite the fact that the room was no smoking, it reeked of smoke and was a very unpleasant experience for the night. I was happy to leave in the morning.

"My second stay.."
This stay was actually better. The carpets still needs to be cleaned, but the room was clean and comfortable. My next visit will be for 2 nights.
"priced right"
The hotel was great however the pillows were flatter than pancakes providing ZERO support or comfort. PLEASE UPGRADE PILLOWS MICROTEL Also I was able to receive wifi...which was unexpected as I did not see FREE WIFI advertised.

"Cheap AND Decent!"
My wife and I got a great deal on a room here while in Syracuse for my grandparents' wedding anniversary. We weren't expecting too much. While not the biggest room, the bed was comfortable, the TV/cable worked, it was clean, and the shower was hot. Breakfast was good with bagels, muffins, juice and coffee/tea. What more do you need!? Everything at the motel was fine and conveniently located to what we were there to do which was attend the New York State Fair and see a country group called Sugarland. I found the carpets in the halls to be very dingy; while it's not a major thing, but can leave a bad first impression. The room was clean except for the bathroom which was mostly, but not totally clean. The bed was comfortable, but the alarm clock didn't work properly. I wound up using my cell phone to wake me. Very very cheap, and surrounded by about 20 other hotels. Small, with dated furnishings but clean and serviceable. Good price to quality ratio. We just needed a bed for one night in the middle of a road trip.

The hotel needs updates but it was comfortable. The staff was eager to assist in the early morning, and the check -in was fast evening before. Room small but clean. Just the basics but that's what I paid for--easy on and off the I-90!! Restaurants within walking distance delicious!! I will be back!

"Do Not Stay Here!"
We booked a room here based on location and price, however the old adage of you get what you pay for works here. We walked into the lobby and noted a strong odor. then proceeded down the corridor with our non-smoking room to the strongest odor of smoke. Once in our room there were obvious stains on the window seat and comforter. The pillows were missing […] pillow cases and there was an unpleasant odor here as well. We were not in the room for 5 minutes when we decided we could not stay here. I didn't even want to place our bags down. And since the room was prepaid, we had no recourse. We left the room and paid for another room at another hotel. So in the long run, our cheap room ended up costing us over quite a bit more, because finding a room at that late point left us no choices..... Læs mere
"Not Happy"
It was not a good hotel. It had a horrible odor, the front desk clerk was more worried about his waiting cab then checking me in to the hotel. He never asked me for photo Id, etc. It was just nasty. The only good thing I have to say is the location was it was close to the areas in which I was visiting.
The hallways stank with smoke and other odors. We stayed at non-smoking room but it still had smoke odors. bedside stand was broken.

Had all we needed, a busy place, stained carpets in hallways, but we had clean towels and beds made every day. Liked the window seat space! Decor a mix of several eras, Mauve closets, and gold, rust, and green bedspread- a visual time warp. Concern for side entry interior door knob barely hanging on. Simple cheap budget room. Carpet was dirty. Bed was clean. I would stay there again just for the price alone.
"Art Festival stay"
This is the third time that I have stayed here while participating in the Syracuse Art Festival. Easy to get to downtown & back from festival. Great bargain for artists and travelers.
"Worn out but convenient"
This property was easily accessed from I90, but needs some updating. I got a double twin bed room when I reserved a queen. Too tired to drag my luggage back to the front desk. OK for a night only.
