all the employees of the hotel were very nice and helpful.this is our third stay there.

It is a pity that your breakfast does not vary during our six-day staying.

like the price of the hotel and the service is pretty good, people are nice. And also the breakfast is really delicious!!

This hotel has free parking and a free shuttle that will take you to the train station, which will take you anywhere you need to go around DC. The free breakfast is great and includes eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, etc. We did have a problem with the air conditioning in our room, but they fixed it as soon as we told them about it. The only down side of […] this hotel is that the pool is outside (therefore only open during the summer) and there is no hot tub. After a long day of walking around DC, we would have really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub for a while :) Læs mere

Stayed here on our way to Virginia beach, clean room decent breakfast, decent sized room. It met our needs.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff extremely accommodating. The only downside is I hate having to pay for parking;-(

Pros : (1) free parking ( lot of spaces just few feet from the door) (2) free breakfast that includes : waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, vegetables, cereals, different kinds of juices, coffee, bagels. I found it to be tasty and great start to long days of walking . This is by far the "Best" "Best Western" hotel we've ever stayed in. The difference is definitely the "Plus" in their name. Everything far surpassed anything we could have imagined....the room was really nice, the bed was super comfy, big screen t.v., coffee maker, mini frig, nicely renovated bathroom, wonderful shower, enjoyable breakfast buffet (which […] was constantly being replenished), very pleasant staff, too. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was better than most hotels, offering make-your-own-waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, and traditional continental items (bagels, danish, cereal, milk, fruit juice). The hotel was great to stay at, with clean comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as well. Can't recommend it enough. The only ding is that there are really no restaurants around. So make sure you dine before heading back to your room.

Best best western. I have ever stayed at

It quickly became evident why my room rate was so good compared to other hotels in the neighborhood. I was given a room smack in the middle of the same hall as construction workers staying long-term at the hotel. The group talked and laughed loudly in the hallway until 11pm, then were at it again before 6am, talking and joking with each other in the […] hall before finally heading downstairs to the breakfast bar. We were going to a Mardi Gras party at a friend's house 5 miles away and decided to stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly suprised. They have clearly updated this old hotel in the last 2-3 years. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is small but who really spends time in bathroom. No noise except for refrigerator that started to hum later at night. […] But we loved having a refrigerator, microwave and coffemaker. Free continental breakfast which was pretty decent (especially the waffle maker). Great place if you are trying to see sights in DC as the metro is nearby and hotel offers complimentary shuttle to metro station as well as to nearby restaurants and mall area (so you don't really need a car if you are going to use metro system and you are from out of town). My boyfriend and I decided on a one night Valentine's get away. I grew up in the area but never stayed at this hotel. The hotel was really nice and the rooms were way better than the pictures. The breakfasts was actually good too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a meeting the next day in Rockville, and I decided to stay the night before at the Best Western Plus Rockville Hotel & Suites. This hotel was perfect for a nice surprise to my loved one. Good location, right off of 270, only about 25-30 minutes away from D.C. Hotel was very clean, room was big and comfortable. The free breakfast was a big surprise. Usually hotels only give you cereal and some muffins, but Best Western had Eggs, waffles, pancakes, bacon, home fries. The room was clean and decorated nicely. My stay was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good. I do wish they had trays available at the breakfast bar so that I could make a tray and bring it back to my room. It was awkward to carry a loaded plate through the lobby and up the elevator. Unfortunately, the neighborhood […] is mostly office buildings, so it took me quite a while to find a pharmacy and a restaurant for dinner. I was pleasantly suprised. The rooms were clean and the bed were comfortable. We usually stay at Hampton Inns and this was comparable to that hotel. The price even made it better. I would definitely stay at that Best Western again.

This hotel does not have a thermostat that you can regulate the temperature therefore the room gets very warm even in the middle of the winter and makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We have been 7 days in the hotel and have checked in 4 times, because we were waiting to get the key of an apartment in Bethesda. We very liked it that there was a shuttle service Thanks for the good time we had in your hotel.

This was a wonderful, clean, and very reasonably priced hotel. I was in town for a concert at the Strathmore Music Center and did not want to pay $200 a night to stay at the closet hotels so I opted for the Best Western, and I am happy to say it was a good choice. The room was big, the staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel was within a ten minute […] drive from the Strathmore and a three minute drive to Rockville Center which had a huge array of dining options and shops. The hotel had a hot and cold breakfast buffet that was open until 10 am. It included eggs, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, cereals, bagels, and fruit, Check out time was not until 12 pm which gave me lots of time to go back to the room and pack without having to rush out. The only complaint I have is that the hotel restaurant and bar was closed and not due to open again until February. Læs mere

Had a pleasant experience. Booked a room here because I had interview in the area. The people at the front desk were very helpful and the van driver Ron went above and beyond, making sure that I got to the interview on time and picked me up from the interviw as well. Will stay here again anytime!

Good breakfast, people pleasant and friendly. I did have some difficult of keeping the room from getting to warm during the early days of December. The thermostat did not seem to function to cool.

The rooms in this hotel are quite large and very well laid out for comfort and convenience. The staff was very pleasant although they seemed a bit disorganized. They offer a shuttle to the surrounding areas for dinner and shopping which is good since there's nothing within walking distance.
