God udsigt fra værelser med fall-view til begge vandfald. Store suiter med soveværelse og stue. Internet er mod extra betaling og er meget langsomt. Parkering på hotel er også dyrt.

Very nice hotel located with a view over the falls that is so beautiful! I have never seen anything like it. Good restaurants, and the hotel is located on the main street of the city a well with a lot of entertainment possibilities.. Thmbs up..

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Niagara Falls. We stayed for two nights as we were visiting the tourist locations. We enjoyed the heated pool. It was under renovations while I was there. The pool was out of service and there's no fridge in the rooms. Breakfast was good, except the cold, cold boiled eggs.
"It's okay if you get a good price"
There are cheaper motels around but if you get a good price then it's okay considering it has an indoor pool and offers free breakfast (okay again but still it's free)

"Okay, if you didn't want to sleep"
Hotel was close to shopping, which is what we were there for; however, the Flintstones slept on softer beds. Room was small, but we were okay with that. Ice machine on our flood did not work. Some reviews mentioned fridge/microwave, but these were not in our room. Breakfast was a nice touch with the waffle irons.

The hotel was the newest, cleanest, busiest hotel on the strip. It was clean and the service was good, although I walked in and was greeted by a sign saying front desk clerk will return shortly and had to wait over 5 minutes before anyone returned. After that, we settled into the small but clean room. Only problem with the sleep was that the hotel was […] quite noisy from this or that machine running out in the hallway. I think there was an arcade game that would go into mock play mode every hour or so! Continental breakfast was basic but did the job. Waffle maker was the highlight. Hotel under renovations...some areas were obviously dusty due to work and painting. Overall, not too bad. Very close and convenient to Niagara Falls International Airport. Excellent idea - hotel let us park our car for the week no charge. We really liked that idea and our car was safe there next to hotel.

"Convenient"
I was travelling alone with two small children. Aside from no microwave in the room, the hotel and staff was very nice and accomodating. Thank you!
A great place to stay for visiting the Falls & Aquarium. Highlight for our kids was the indoor pool!

Great location is all I can say. Close to outlet mall. Hotel needs updating and breakfast was a disappointment. No hot food.

The front desk associate was extremely helpful. Gave us some great advice and offered us a discount on our next stay. We flew out of Niagara airport and the hotel offered free parking for the 2 weeks we were gone. So close to the airport as well. Cost $5 for cab. Definetly plan to stay there again. The pool was wonderful and fully renovated.

Stayed at this hotel on Jan. 15 & 16, 2012. The room that I stayed in (117) was newly renovated with new carpet, paint, tile, mattresses, and ac. The hallway had new paint and carpet installed. Clean, quiet, pleasant front desk staff. We were able to walk to the airport in 10 minutes. They offer one week free parking. A nice bonus. Well worth the money.

"Better than expected"
Surprisingly good for the price paid. Really close to the airport (IAG), about 2 minutes cab ride. Rooms are spacious and have all the basic needs. Free continental breakfast provided.

"Close to outlet mall"
The Best Western Summit is literally just around the corner from the Niagara (Military) outlet mall and about 30 minutes from the Walden Galleria. Not many restaurants nearby, none within walking distance, but Suzanne's is 10 minutes away and the food and prices were awesome.

We stayed here November 8 - 10, 2011 for a Christmas Shopping Trip. The hotel is close to the Outlet Mall and Boulevard Mall is about 20 minutes away. Target, Walmart and some smaller Malls are close by. The hotel is very clean, our room was a Queen on the second floor and we had lots of room. The bathroom was spotless and very big. "Excellent location but a little musty."
It only took us 10 minutes to get to the falls! And the price was great (much less than staying right at the falls). The only two things we didn't like were the musty smell in our room and the actual pool looked like it could use another coat of paint. The room for the pool was very nice. "Comfortable and a nice hotel"
We stayed here for a couple of night when visiting the Niagara Falls. The hotel itself is not very close to the Falls, but we had a car with us and so that was not an issue. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a clean bathroom, for a reasonable price. We were very happy with our stay and will stay again.
"Air Conditioning"
We use a fan or other noise maker to help us sleep. Our room's air conditioner would have been perfect except that it did not have a continuous fan setting. Other rooms did. The breakfast was great with boiled eggs! This saves cost of breakfast. Close to Michael's (good family Italian) and Buzzy's (great pizza and wings). Close to stores. "Very small rooms"
The room was very small the smallest i have ever seen for a double bed. Room was clean but nono of the plugs worked and the tolite wouldn;t flush. They had to change our room. Beds were compfortable.

This hotel is good for families with breakfast and a pool included in the stay. It's clean and comfortable. Location is near highways, so outlet shopping, Niagara Falls park, and Buffalo are only a few minutes away. The Best western summit in was a decent hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great. It was close to the factory outlet's and eateries. The hotel itself was in a urgent need of remodeling and was a little dingy.

OK so there is no elevator. If you have an aversion to climbing stairs with suitcase in hand this hotel is not for you. Other than that...The hotel staff is very courteous. They are willing to help you find restaurants, casino's, shopping or whatever you wish. Breakfast is typical continental type but kept very neat and clean by the staff. The only […] hot items other than beverages are waffles and instant oatmeal. Toasters worked well. Coffee was good. Room was clean. Had plenty of pillows. Hair dryer worked well also. One of the two twin beds, had some sort of bed bug, that left nasty bites. Doc had to recommend antibiotics as one of the bites were infected.

Considering the location in Niagara Falls, the size of the room and the time of year, this hotel seemed over priced. We found apair of boxer shorts near the bed which did not belong to us. The hotel management appologized and decided not to charge us for a cot we asked for. The management was curtious, the room was clean (except for the shorts) and […] breakfast was OK. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a quick get away for the kids. This hotel was close to shopping outlets and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff was very accomodating. We had booked 2 rooms and he accomodated us in adjoining rooms so my husband and I didn't have to split up with the kids. The ppol area was very clean […] and spacious. The kids had a great time in the pool. Both the pool room and the pool itself were warm.
