Executive Inn Express - Vancouver Airport - Richmond

Udmærket hotel i den billige ende. Relativt tæt på lufthavnen. Høflig betjening, og en overraskende god seng! Hotellet bar dog klart præg af at være af ældre dato og lugten på gangen var spøjs.

Very nice hotel with friendly competent staff. Good location near tha airport and the subway station.

I thought the personnel that work there alone made the stay worthwhile. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and so was the security guard outside.

water stains on ceiling. patched together lino floor. the wine reception (which was part of the reason we booked) didn't happen - restaurant was locked at 5pm??? it was cheap, i'll give it that.

Had call to have somebody fix TV. The food from the restaurant was awful - ended up ordering Panago. The room was fairly comfortable however and I slept well. The free airport shuttle was nice as well.

The rate is always reasonable. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The room is clean and tidy. I must recommend my friends to stay in this hotel when they go to Richmond.

The front desk attendeds were very polite and helpful with information I needed. As a group of 6 we were flying out to mexico. Also they helped out for parking and also shuttled us to the Airport.

I was on a quick stay over night in Vancouver and found this hotel to be clean and close to airport with complimentary shuttle. It's your basic hotel but it served it's purpose well.

Great price for the area, but had to pick up shrimp tails off of the carpet so I wouldn't have to look at them. Kind of gross when you think about it. How often do they vaccum the carpet?

My room was about 90 degrees when I arrived with the heat on full blast. I could never cool it down. What a sad waste of energy. Front desk staff very nice though.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. It was the same rate as La Quinta (two blocks away), but its quality was far lower. 1. The construction (and paint) of the walls and hallways is old and poorly done. 2. The wireless internet access was slow at best (for a short time), and then stopped working completely. 3. If you're looking for a cheap place to flop for the night before a flight and don't really care about the comfort of the bed or the condition of the room this place will do, any more than that find another place to stay.

The front desk and service personnel were notably excellent. Everyone, from the lobby to maintenance was friendly, extremely helfpul, and professional.

It did the job. If you need somewhere to rest your head for the night then I would recommend Executive Inn Express. If you're looking for modern, updated then I wouldn't recommend this hotel. My fight was delayed so arrived in Vancouver after shuttle ended for the night, had to pay for taxi, not impressed with that as I had to find my fanny pack and it ended up left in cab and did not get returned. We were told to expect a wine reception. What we got was not what I call a friendly welcome, hotel looked like it has been neglected for years (other than cleanliness), and I felt like I was in a slum once past the lobby. This is the second time we have stayed here and this time the room was deplorable. We were supposed to get two beds but got one very uncomfortable double bed. The bedding was disgusting and I kept thinking it was filthy...because the room was dingy and dark...could not sleep at all.

Even if you're only in town in between flights I would spend a little extra on a hotel and you'll get much better quality and value for money. Compared with other hotels in the area this one in my opinion is quite possibly one of the worst. Very basic accomodation, run down and out dated. Never again will we stay here.

to start my trip, the shuttle from the airport was very delayed, i watched some shuttles come around 2 some even three times before i got picked up. when i got to the hotel the lobby smelled bad then walking to my room was in an exterior corridor, cold and also smelled bad. the ceiling had water stains all over it and the small fridge would make an […] annoying sound every 30 minutes or so. then to end my trip there was no shuttle to go back to the airport in the morning so i had to spring for a cab. for what they charge there are much nicer places available with better service and nicer rooms and locations. this is definitively not " executive " Læs mere

Clean, convenient and budget friendly hotel for that quick overnight stay between flights. The airport shuttle was reliable-- and we were the second-last stop, I think, so no long wait on the bus. pillows smelled like dirty greasy hair. got bit by bugs during the night all the way up my hand and arm.

This hotel is very run down, old and dirty. The restaurant was not open for dinner contrary to what the website and the hotel information stated. Therefore we needed to upgrade to a "suite: which was much better in terms of room space. Our room was shabby with stained comforter and chair. Although for a very short stay (two times) leaving and arriving back at Vancouver Airport we found the hotel adequate-and reasonably priced, it does leave some things to be desired. We found the room felt like it had not been thoroughly cleaned, and sheets were wrinkled and well worn and would not stay tucked in. the room i stayed in i had got bitten by a bug that left a stinger in my ankle. I emailed hotel management about incedent and was insured it would be corrected.

No bellhops, had to cart our luggage from the car and again when checking out. Internet is cabled in the room and went down regularly. When I queried the front desk about the lack of connectivity they gave me the number of some tech support which, I think, is their job to report and rectify. The hallways are glassed in, but open to the outdoors, so it's very chilly in the winter. Not really a neighbourhood for walking around in, but perfectly fine in terms of the rooms.

For one night it was adequate - old and tired - requires updating. In morning when I was being picked up by friends, they couldn't find me registered at the registration desk - so they had to call my cell!! You get what you pay for...

Great people and good breakfast. Close to all and good parking.

The staffs in the hotel are so friendly, helpful and we would like to return and stay in the future without hesitation. The location is so convenient that it is easy to eat and shop.

it was fine.

This was my first time using hotels.com and it helped out a lot, and made finding a hotel a LOT faster. Overall, we were satisfied with our choice of the Executive Inn Express. There was ample parking, checking in was easy, and the room smelled clean. The heater/air conditioner worked great (I frequently end up in rooms that have problems,) but the […] bathroom could use a little work. The shower/tub had hair in it, the drain stopper looked like it was from 1962, and there were cracks in the ceiling. There was a 24 hour gas station/store across the street, which came in handy after a late check-in, and navigating our way to the airport in the morning was very easy from that location. Although a bit over-priced compared to some other places I've stayed, we got what we paid for. We will quite possibly stay here again. Læs mere

Friendly staffs and great hotel services and amenities

Nice surprise to find breakfast was included. Clean but could tell that my room used to be a smoking room. Easy to get to the airport.

This hotel was not like any executive Inn that I have ever stayed at. It was old and not well maintained.

The room was clean, but there was a smell in the bathroom, likely due to water damage on the wall behind the sink, under the bathroom sink there are old water stains. The smell overpowered the room and made our stay unpleasant. If it wasn't so late when we got in, we would have asked for another room to see if it were better.
