Hotellet ligger ca et kvarters kørsel i taxi fra Ben Gurion lufthavnen i et noget charmeforladt område. Men man kan tage bussen til Tel Aviv og til Jerusalem lige uden for døren. Hotellet er rigtig godt som et stop på vejen. Rigtig god betjening! Let at lave specielle aftaler pr mail inden ankomst. Let at få hjælp i receptionen. venligt. "Happy hour" sidst på eftermiddagen med gratis måltid mad. God morgenmad.

Basale behov som rummeligt værelse, eget bad, mulighed for kaffe etc. opfyldt, men uden minibar, telefon på værelset o.l.Rent, men lidt slidt. Venligt, hjælpsomt personale, og i 35-45 min.s gåafstand fra den gamle bydel og Israel-museet. 15 min.s gang til gade med gode restauranter.

"Beliggende lige ved busstationen"
Lidt mangler på værelset, ingen prop i badekaret, vinduet kunne ikke stå åbent, lidt mørkt. Receptionen og restauranten var fin, god morgenmad.
"A large hotel near Central Bus Station. Not clean."
A large hotel positioned in the neighborhood of to the Central Bus Station, where busses leave for many destinations. This means a distance to the old city of approx. 3 km (Jaffa Gate). The room was old fashioned, not clean and the television was partly functionally. The breakfast was good with a large selection. Not recommendable.

I highly recommend this hotel for many different reasons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my cell phone rental and the security guard very patiently helped me with their customer service . The desk staff also went overboard with their assistance. "Stay Away"
This hotel is more like an inn not deserving of the 3 star rating. The rooms are old, beds uncomfortable. A reservation for a queen size bed got us 2 tiny beds shoved together. While there is parking in the underground parking under the hotel, there s no elevator to go up to the hotel! We were wondering around the mall for 30 minutes with all of our […] suitcases trying to find an elevator before we found out that there was none. "Convenient for business - not fancy"
This is a well placed hotel with basic fairly comfortable rooms and a very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
We selected this hotel for its price (good value for money) and location (for easy transfer to Tel Aviv airport). Minor complaints - we asked for a wake up call but never got it; and, promised breakfast boxes were not prepared (but they did quickly make up some sandwiches).

We enjoyed the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was excellent. I was very comfortable that there is a mikva in the hotel which I enjoyed using every day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!
"Misleading information at the front desk"
The hotel room, breakfast, etc. - were good (not outstanding). The check-in, check-out, baggage storage after check-out were fast and efficient. The problem was at receiving touristic information at the front desk. There was no city map or any other printed material. But the real failure - on friday evening we asked 2 persons at the desk where can we […] get a cup of coffee or eat something. Both answered - only at the old city( arab region), far away. During the holy Saturday everything is closed, and you can do nothing. "Jerusalem gates at the entrance of the Holy city"
This is a hotel very close to the entrance of Jerusalem and because of this it is easy to arrive there and to go from there to other places of the country. It is good for those that have to go quickly to the Airport. Something that the hotel has to improve is the entrance for taxis and private cars, because at some hours there is nobody to open the […] chancel. The hotel is dirty, smelly and full of very religious tourists. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Do not trust reviews that say it is great. Everything is bad about the hotel.
