Rengøring af værelset er meget dårligt, der ligger gammel støv i hjørnerne på badeværelset og toiletet. På gulvet har noget brødkrumme, som vores barn tabte, ligget i de 3 dage vi opholdt der:-( Men hotellet ligger fint, der ligger en stor supermarked samt mc donalds over på den anden side af gaden. Generally a positive experience staying at the hotel. The room was very clean and well equiped and the bed was comfortable. The quality and choice of breakfast was very good. The only negative experience was I ordered a taxi the previous night for 8am, but the taxi didn't arrive until 8:45am, consequently I was very late for a meeting I had that morning. […] The concierge was rather unhelpful, simply shrugging his shoulders when asked when I could expect the taxi I had pre-booked to arrive. We stayed here before catching an early morning flight from Geneva. On arrival in the late evening, we were informed that the very nice looking restaurant was open until 10.30pm. However, when we went to the restaurant at 10pm, we were told that we had no choice but to eat in the bar - at restaurant price. Despite our protestations we were offered […] a take it or leave it choice and (because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it was late) forced to eat in the bar - which felt like eating a fairly pricey meal in a hotel reception. The explanation for all of this was that they had already set the restaurant tables for breakfast the next morning. Very poor serfvice and far from satisfactory on my wife's birthday. near the airport of the geneva airport. I've rented the car, and it takes 10 minutes or so to get the hotel from airport. It is located in France area. The hotel is clean and nice.

The hotel rooms and facilities are what you should expect from 3 starts hotel, clean, comfortable with helpful staff. It is located "out there", so if you are hungry and don't have a car, all you can get is Mcdonald's (5 min. walk), or a brasserie within a big supermarket (3 min. walk), or try the hotel small restaurant.

Clean hotel; average restaurant; friendly staff; 15 minutes from Geneva airport; not as outrageously priced as Geneva hotels; Important: you need to call the hotel for the shuttle to pick you up, it doesn't come automatically. Yes, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Hotel in general was good however, the bathroom was atrocious. The half door on the shower allowed lots of water to flood the floor. This has obviously happened to many travelers as the floor tiles were all loose as a result. The room was spacious and clean and staff were accommodating.

We got to the hotel at 10:30 PM and checked in. While we waited for help with the baggage, the person checking after us was told that because it was late and he did not call the hotel, his pre-paid room was given away to someone else. This could have been us! Porter came after 15 minutes of waiting, and asked us how much will we offer him for the help […] with the lugage. Make your own decision if you want to stay here. Læs mere

A good experience.

Hotel has a free shuttle to/from the airport that operates between 6 AM and 1030 PM. Was good for a quick overnight stay there. Very clean hotel and rooms with friendly service. Not much around the hotel. Fairly standard, but good and clean airport hotel.

Overhaul we were pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom a little small although the w.c. room is seperate. Note that there is no elevator so if on the second floor you do have to hand carry everything up. Waited for one hour for shuttle at airport, had to call three times, with the hotel unapologetic. Hotel isolated, only food service at hotel, which was only ok food. Shuttle was not available until 6:30 AM, which meant we had to take a 35 Euro cab ride to the airport, be sure to factor that into your budget calculations, overall a poor value and not […] recommended, not close enough to the airport, and also not close to anything else, look for better options. Very Good Hotel, not far from Geneva and a good room rate

very comfort, nearby Geneva airport, very quite, clean, play corner for children, excellent internet access in the room, big parking place, very kind staff. I recommand the hotel to everyone

This hotel is rated 3.8 and has no elevator to the second floor. It's in an area that has limited transportation and no shopping. I think it is over rated but nice and should be rated less due to no elevator. My question is how do you determine the rating of a hotel?

Great if you are going/coming to/from Geneva airport. They pick you up and drop you off free of charge.

taxi costed about 35 EUR to get to the hotel from the airport since there were no shuttle services. room was too cramped for 3 adults + 1 child. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit geneva.

This hotel should not include the word Aeroport in its name. It is about 20 minutes away from the Geneva airport, which for Geneva is a long way. Other hotels are much closer to the Geneva airport than this one The cost to get to the Novotel by taxi was about 35 euros and since we had to the be at the airport in the morning before the shuttles started […] running at 6:30am , it cost us another 30 euros. Also this is a strange hotel in that it does not have an elevator to the floor where the guest rooms are located. This was a problem for us since our bags were quite heavy. Anyone in a wheel chair or having problems climbing stairs should not stay here. The hotel also has a Mac computer for short term use by guests, but the system does not support adobe and we could not print out our boarding passes. Læs mere

Yes it is worth it. BUT the free airport shuttle service is easy once you figure it out. Upon arrival you must go to to EUROCAR car rental desk and pick up the unmarked black phone on the desk and it automatically calls the hotel and you tell them you are at the airport on the Swiss side and need the shuttle. It comes in about 10 - 15 minutes and works […] well once you find the secret phone. When you leave the hotel you need to call the front desk and let them know you want to go. It leaves every half hour. Nothing around the hotel - no restaurants etc. Hotel is worth it and the restaurant is good as well. Læs mere

This hotel is really convenient for an overnight stop when returning via Geneva Airport. We have stayed twice now and would happily return year on year. The location is a little rural but it is ten minutes to the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well equipped and cheerful. Novotel Geneve Aeroport is a standard chain hotel close to the Geneve Airport. The hotel runs free shuttle buses between the airport and the hotel. The rooms are clean. The rooms are in the 2 floor and no elevator there, it's crazy, you need to carry you luggage by him self

This is not a business travel hotel. There was no working internet and when I alerted the staff they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I've stayed at the hotel a couple times. It functions well as a business hotel that's close to Geneva airport. Restaurant is decent but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room during my last stay. Decent hotel with a very fast check-in. Possibly the fastest on the entire trip. The room was very clean and spacey although the shower had a strange set-up and the bathroom was small compared to the room. Very professional feel to the lobby. I did not eat breakfast there because it seemed a little pricey but it looked good.

Over all quality of hotels is good, room are clean , service is good, Front desk staff speaks English and they are very helpful. This hotel is actually located in France. To call this hotel from geneva airport you have to make international call and you need to dial France code. We stayed here the night before our return flight to the States. The front desk was very helpful including helping us make a restaurant suggestion and reservation. The only hiccup is there is no elevator - so you needed to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. But overall very quiet and nice.

Hotel auf der französischen Seite des Flughafens. Ab 6:30 kostenloser Shuttleservice. Dieser ist gut nutzbar, um vom Flughafen weiter in die Stadt Genf zu fahren. Ansonsten ca. 35 € Taxikosten zum Terminal. Kostenloses WLAN, Internetstation mit Drucker zum Ausdrucken der Bordkarten. Pafait hotel pour ceux qui doivent dormir pres de l'aeroport international de Geneve (a 4 min en voiture). Deux fois mois cher que les hotels Suisse situés autour de l'aeroport.

My family spent in Novotel Airport Hotel 1 night between flights. Everything in this hotel looks and feels clean and modern. Very pleasant interiors, big room with everything necessary. (The only downside is a very slow internet.) My little son spent great time in hotel's outdoor garden with a small playground (and for more aged there is a swimming […] pool and a tennis court). The reception staff was helpful and nice. Only one strange thing happened. Our stay was fully paid in advance and a small city tax paid upon arrival. Also on arrival they asked the details of my credit card for security purposes, wich I provided. But shortly before departure I discovered that a substantial charge on my card has been made by the hotel. I only knew it because all transactions are sent by my bank to my mobile phone. The person at the reception desk (another than the person who apparently performed the charge) looked startled, but, thankfully, reimbursed me the charged amount. ottimo hotel situato nella Ginevra "francese",pulito,buon servizio,grande giardino con piscina all'aperto.sicuramente da consigliare.

Outre les prestations de cet hôtel qui sont très bonnes, il faut mettre en avant la disponibilité et la sympathie du personnel qui est vraiment très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situe pour décoller de l’aéroport de Genève qui est a 5-10 mn en voiture.

Между аэропортом и отелем бесплатный шатл(но до определ времени вечера и с 6 утра.Добирались-на такси от отеля-езды 7 мин -заплатили почти двойную цену.Пешком не дойти-далеко,окружности-территория аэропорта-взлетная полоса.
