Everyone was great here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to a couple resturants and has great breakfast in the morning. No regrets

"Did not honor room with two beds."
The hotel did not honor the reservation for two beds. Hotels.com agent stated that it was up to the hotel and that they were not responsible.
"Was the perfect location for flying out of Wichita"
Contrary to the other reviews that mentioned too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, I used both and didn't smell chlorine at all. Both the pool and the hot tub were clean and enjoyable, along with the entire recreation area. The room was clean and the TV was beautiful with many channels to choose from. Every time we stay here the chlorine smell in the pool area is SO strong we can't stand it and neither can our grandchildren. We stay there for the pool activites and indoor games. :-( Guess we'll start looking for another place to stay.

"Good place overall"
My only real complaint is I thought the price was too high considering this wasn't during a "peak" day for the average hotel.

"best hotel on the west side of wichita"
I stay here every time I come to wichita. This time as always, everything was as expected. The breakfast was good, the shuttle drivers were prompt and professional, and the hot tub was warm. The renovations were nice, too. The 42 inch plasma tv in the room was a nice touch that was different from last time. Good job yet again, best western.

Helpful, friendly staff. Even the shuttle driver pointed out on the map great places to see in Wichita. Room was great for the price and you can't beat the breakfast choices.

This hotel is TIRED. It needs to be remodeled. Apart from the worn and dated lobby, rooms and game area the BED WAS HORRIBLE! I had a backache for 3 days after my stay at this hotel. My husband was with me and he had soreness in his back for 4 days. The location of this hotel is great for the business that I do in Wichita but I will not be staying […] there again until they update the hotel and get new beds. Læs mere

"Best Western Airport,Wichita, Ks."
The motel was very clean in the lobby, halls and room. We had enough towels and personal care products and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was stuffy throughout the night and we could not get the air conditioner to stay on. It kept clicking off so only the fan would run. One of our party was very hot and sat with her head over the unit with […] the fan air blowing on her several hours in the night. The curtains right over the vent system continually blocked the air from coming into the room (maybe putting weights in the bottom of the curtains would keep them from billowing). The hotel was very clean and the bedroom was a very nice size. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for a handicap walker to get in and out of the room.

Very well worth the money. Rooms had flat screens fridgedrators and microwaves. It has a huge court yard and is a great hotel.

"Pool Problems"
This was a very nice hotel. Rooms clean and as they should be. This was my only complaint. The pool had to much chlorine. When water got in your eye it burned. The same goes for the hot tub. My wife and I was really looking foward spending time in it. The smell burned our lungs. Overall a good place to stay.

I've always been skeptical of hotels near the airport. This one was very nice from the moment we walked in the door. The alternate entrance did wreak of cigarette smoke since it is by the smoking area for an all non-smoking hotel. "Just what we needed"
Flying out of Wichita and needed something close and a shuttle. Room was clean and staff was so friendly. We left too early to have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

I stay here every time I come to Wichita and this hotel never fails to empress. Service was just as good as the last times I've stayed here. Shuttle drivers top notch, breakfast top notch, service top notch as always. Was glad to stay here again and will keep coming back. Great job yet again Best Western.
