Best Western Plus Sonoma Valley Inn & Krug Event Center - Sonoma

Måske i den lidt dyrere ende i forhold til "stjernerne", men alligevel følte vi, at det gav fuld valuta for pengene - både indretning og beliggenhed. Personalet var meget flinke.

The hotel added to the relaxing experience of a spa day. Convenient to excellent restaurants as well.

We loved our stay in Sonoma. This hotel was very centrally located. Right across the street from a strip mall with a Whole Foods. Short drive in all directions to the wineries. This was my first stay at SVI. I normally stay at another hotel when I come to town to visit my Father. My overall opinion of SVI is that it was fantastic. We live in FL and have a home that has been on the market about 6 mths...wouldn't you know that while I am out of town for 5 days, we had a family that wanted to sign a contract ASAP. The staff was […] very helpful in receiving/sending documents that needed my signature. Best of all, there was no charge for these services. I have only one "small" negative comment...in the past, I was a professional housecleaner so I tend to be very observant when checking the cleanliness of hotels I stay in ...I noted a heavy layer of dust on the top of the fold out make-up mirror and I found a skittles candy on the floor when I was looking for an electrical outlet to plug my chargers into. Good location, big breakfast, the in room fireplace was a bonus.

Glad they finally finished construction. Hotel is located just off the Sonoma town square across from a Whole Foods. This makes it the location was perfect for my wine country visit. It's nothing fancy for a romantic getaway, but fine for a hotel in the area. Continental breakfast was fine. Clean, comfortable. the bed was extremely comfortable in the wood burning fireplace was exceptional. the service at the front desk was informative and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not as cozy or chic as some of the B&Bs in the area, but the rates and the location, a block off the Sonoma plaza, make it a practical choice. We stayed here for one night, passing through Sonoma on our way to Mendocino, and it was fine. But when I'm staying several nights in Sonoma, I prefer the Inn at Sonoma on Broadway.

There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it is well located and comfortable. There are many "cuter" places to stay in wine country, but you pay for that. Our room was clean and featured comfortable beds together with convenient access to the courtyard with hot tub, steam room and pool (might get loud with kids in the summertime). While the location of the hotel is terrific -- right around the corner from the Sonoma Plaza, across the street from a local coffee shop, diner and Whole Foods -- and the room was large, it was dark . In the bathroom some of the tiles were cracked and it seemed a bit shabby. The bed was large and comfortable, though. The breakfast is in another building […] at the far side of the parking lot, and was not very appetizing; the coffee was weak. I ended up eating breakfast out, so having a "complimentary" breakfast really wasn't much of a deal for me. Located just off the main road and a hop, skip and a jump from the picturesque Plaza. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Free wifi worked perfectly. Each room has private access with convenient parking. Rooms are a little dark and old fashioned, but theyre spotlessly clean. My only complaint was that our room was next to the cleaning/storage room, which got quite noisy early in the morning when the cleaning staff started their rounds. There was also a cleaning cart parked outside the entrance to our room most of the time. Fitness room contains a treadmill and bike, and doesn't fit much else. Fine for one, but two people in there could get quite cramped. Breakfast is the usual suspects - cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, boiled eggs, waffles, fruit, yoghurt, coffee. Pool area is great, and you can sit at the outdoor tables eating and drinking the local wines and cheeses bought from surrounding vineyards. The location is easy walking to downtown and the staff was very nice... Im just used to better beds and bedding and updated rooms . But then I would have to pay a lot more...

Hotel was clean and the location great. We could walk to the Plaza where there were shops and restaurants and the Mission. clean, beautiful hotel. great location. had a double queen on the garden side and it was beautiful. the fireplace was nice but it is better if you push the fire log and the log holder back far a ways into the fireplace otherwise you get smoke in your room. the breakfast was adequate. overall, very good value.

Hard to beat this hotel. Rooms were fantastic, clean and large. Just three minutes from all the action Sonoma offers ! Good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, location and superb rooms!

The location is perfect--walking distance to all the downtown Sonoma restaurants and shops. The room was only OK, not as good as I was expecting based on other reviews--hard bed, small TV and COLD bathroom.

Very satisfied. Asked front desk to recommend a place for dinner. Swiss Hotel on the square was suggested. Went there. Very pleased. Sonoma is a great place to visit. Lots of character and charm.

This hotel is in a prime location, you can walk to shops, food, and wine tastings. The hotel was older which I usually don't mind, but this one really needs a face lift. The carpet was old, and the rooms smelled like burnt wax. The rooms have a lovely fireplace, but after burning our complementry firelog the burnt smell was aweful. We were appreciative of the good customer service. The front desk did their best for us however we were not satisfied with the quality of the rooms. The first room had a big old cobweb in one corner and a chemical smell that reminded one of a poorly run nursing home. The 2nd room was worse. We booked this very last minute (maybe an hour before we arrived), got a decent rate, for a clean room with a king size bed and a fireplace. Easy walk to a lovely city square with restaurants and shops. Free breakfast, and free laundry facilities made this a convenient place to stay.

NEAR HiSTORiC SONOMA TOWN SQUARE Gorgeous hotel 1 block from history! Friendly to people and pets. Woodburning fireplace, private patio, private entry from room to outdoor amenities: steam room, fountains, giant spa and pool. We will return -- we have found our Sonoma home sweet home.

The hotel was lovely with a warm and friendly staff. Rooms do not have heat, but have a fireplace. Rooms are large and all have a decent view of the pool court yard that is very pretty. This hotel is in a great location for downtown wine tasting. It was an easy walk to lots of tasting rooms and restaurants. The suites are very large, with a big bath and a balcony.

I stayed at a best western in San Francisco and was very disatisfied, so I was hoping to not expect the same results. I was blown away by the staff, the size of the room (which included a fire place), and the location. Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Sonoma.

Great location since everything is walking distance . People are great so is the food and wine

Clean, convenient and helpful. Beautiful courtyard with outdoor gas firepit and lovely communal jacuzzi. 2 blocks from Sonoma Square - walking distance to lovely restaurants and shop wine tastings. Perfect location. The only thing i would recommend is better equipment in the fitness area.

Love the location, close to Sonoma square, shops and restaurants. Still need to drive to most wineries. Hotel had a problem with the temperature of the hot tub, but gave us a bottle of wine, while we waited for the water to get warm. Booked a room with a fireplace, however hotel did not have any fire logs available for the first night. Good clean hotel, with decent breakfast

Perfect inexpensive hotel for a little get away! Very neat and clean. Very cute outdoor area. For the price, couldn't have asked for better! Was very impressed!

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very spacious and quaint. It's walking distance to the Sonoma square which is lovely. The heating unit was noisy as were the guests outside in the jacuzzi but all in all it was definitely a great deal!

Reasonably priced for Sonoma. Walking distance to the square, shops, restaurants, etc.

Excellent Hotel.The rooms are nice and big and include a romantic fire place. It was raining the day I stayed there and the fire place made it very comfortable and relaxing. The price is reasonable, the front desk very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

The heat was slow, then during the night it finally warmed up.

Pleasant surprise at how clean and comfortable the room was for my wife and I. A step up from what you might traditionally expect from a Best Western. Bed: extremely comforable, bathroom: upscale a bit, and breakfast service and staff were excellent....had Starbucks coffee even!!!! Very pleased, and economical too. Highly recommended.
