Nice hotel located in a small quite street in a walking distance to Montmatre and close to a metro to the Seine area The service level is real good and the staff is very friendly

First impression of this hotel on arrival will put a smile on everyones face as the entrance lobby is decorated with a sensational selection of chrome aircraft parts made into tables and decor. Even the reception desk is a polished chrome wing from an old Jaguar airplane. The style is quite kitsch but works well. The staircase is old and wooden and […] the very small lift is also small but quaint. The walls on all levels are decorated with fantastic pictures of old Peugeot cars which is so stylish it appealed to my wife and daughter as well as myself. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The street where the hotel is located is a small side street and is quite dirty but just 2 minutes walk is the tube station Bonne Nouvelle so access to all Paris is easy. 10 mins walk is Gare Du Nord main station. This hotel will not suit those looking for a modern ultra clean and efficient hotel but if quirky fun and friendly is what you want in a good location then this is perfect. We did not have any food in the hotel so cannot comment although the breakfast looked satisfactory at a glance. Læs mere

This was out 3rd visit. Right outside the main Windsor Gate, beautiful location on the Thames, and close to great pubs across the foot bridge.

nice hotel in a good location but the room is far too small for four people. with the bed and sofa beds open there was virtually no room to walk around the room and no place to put our luggage. the staff were attentive and nice but could not fix the wifi problem

WHO is located right in the heart of opera land, within easy walking distance from Palais Garnier and Galleries Lafayette, and numerous good eateries. Our room was very well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was outstandingly well-equipped, modern and clean.

WHO is a newly renovated, modernist hotel (think crazy space-age sculptures) with large, clean rooms, and, if it were in a better location, would be amazing. However, the surrounding neighborhood is absolutely ABYSMAL and there really isn't any reason to stay here when there are better hotels for the same money in much nicer neighborhoods (for example, […] Le Petit Paris, where we stayed earlier in the trip, was much nicer). Our window looked into a terrifying interior courtyard that really looked more like a maintenence shaft, and so we had to keep the curtains closed. Otherwise, the place was clean and the decor was all new and smart looking. If you don't mind the shady neighborhood, then this place would be fine. For me, I'd rather be in a place that wans't a stone's throw from street prostitutes' hangouts and extremely seedy-looking bars/restaurants. Læs mere

Great hotel to stay in Paris. NIce clean room, ample bathroom, friendly staff and very interesting decor. The hotel is easy to locate for cabs as well as most of them are equipped with GPS. Hotel location is pretty good too, about 200 m from the nearest metero. Bonne Novelle (think thats how you spell it) I enjoyed my stay very much. Cheers!

The hotel is situated in a neighborhood that aesthetically doesn't "look" the best. But don't let that deter you from staying here. All of the staff were more than wonderful and willing to help. They gave us valuable information on how to use the metro to get around town which turned out to be pretty cheap. The rooms, while quite small, were very clean […] and situable for our needs. We weren't spending large amounts of time in the hotel so we didn't need 5 star services. The hotel is within walking distance from the Bonne Nouvelle train station which takes you straight to the heart of Paris (Opera station). Also, the Roissy Bus goes from the airport to this station (Opera) and you catch the train to the Bonne Nouvelle station and walk from there (literally only a few blocks). The cost is about 60 euros cheaper than the cab service from the airport to the hotel. Call the hotel for specific directions if you choose to take the train. But as we found out when we got there, the Metro is super easy to navigate. We didn't hear any unneccesary noise while we were there so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything about the WHO exceeded our expectations; including the staff!! It is in a very convenient location; within walking distance to numerous restaurants and a metro station. The staff are also very helpful; for example one night my 3 friends and I just wanted to grab dessert at a nearby restaurant. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful […] and suggested Flo's,(a historical and legendary restaurant in Paris) and even made reservations for us to ensure we were able to order just dessert since most people typically eat dinner & dessert there. The dessert was wonderful and this restaurant was also within walking distance of the hotel. We also heard that rooms in Paris are extremely small, but my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised with our room at the WHO! It was small in comparison to hotel rooms in the USA; but our room on the first floor was very quiet and also very clean. And in case you were curious, the breakfast bar/buffet was very good with alot of options! In comparison to taste and price for restaurants that we ate at for breakfast, the WHO is your best option. Be cautious when you eat out; as they will charge you for bottled water at restaurants; but this was included in the charge for breakfast at the WHO. If we ever return to Paris, we will definitely stay at the WHO again. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Læs mere

we booked this based on tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. very quirky hotel - the staff were very helpful. we had a triple room with quite a lot of space and a bathroom with a bath and shower. very clean, all very well presented and we would definitely stay here again. it was very close to metro and gare du nord. It was near an ATM, late […] night supermarket (useful for milk for small child!) and shops and bars/restaurants. We would definitely recommend it. Læs mere

This hotel is very central, convenient for a number of metro lines, but in a very quiet street. Plenty of bars and brasseries in the neighbourhood. Rooms and bathrooms are fresh and modern in style and the air con was very welcome! There is no restaurant but a nice looking breakfast is available, though 13 E is a bit much.The 24 hour room service […] is at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really happy with this hotel. Tucked away in a quiet side street. Not the most beautiful area of Paris, but safe and quiet. Hotel was very modern and clean. All the reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Room was a little on the small side, but beautifully (and recently) furnished. Cet hôtel est parfait et très propre. Le quartier n'est pas terrible et la connexion Internet (payante !) est de mauvaise qualité. Le service est impeccable, très poli, ponctuel et efficace. C'est un "vrai" trois étoiles, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Cet établissement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes et correspond en tous points à la description qui en est faite sur votre site . Parfois un petit flottement le matin pour être servi en boissons , cela dépend du préposé à cette tâche , cela change chaque jour . Une fois il est arrivé 10 minutes après notre arrivée ( à 08h10 , alors que le buffet […] est ouvert à 07h00 ) et la fois suivante un autre , qui nous avait vu , nous a ostensiblement ignoré pendant quelques minutes . Rien de grave , les autres membres du personnel sont impeccables , le buffet est excellent , les chambres sont parfaites , l'endroit est calme et très bien situé à proximité du métro , bref un hôtel où je retournerai sans hésitation lors d'un prochain séjour et que , bien entendu , je réserverai par votre intermédiaire ( excellent rapport qualité - prix ) . Cet hotel est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai pu trouver à Paris en 3 ans. Gros bémol... Internet est payant (12€ pour 3 jours). Jusqu'ici pas de soucis, je suis éventuellement prêt à payer pour une connexion Internet fiable et rapide. Le seul problème est que l'Internet est quasi-inutilisable (la prise murale de la chambre ne fonctionne pas et le Wifi, […] même en captant correctement est ultra-lent). Très satisfaits des deux nuits passées à l'hotel. Maheureusement il faisait très froid à cette période et nous n'avons pas eu très chaud. Le quartier n'est pas très agréable mais, au moins, c'est une rue très calme ! Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée, d'une propreté exemplaire. C'est une adresse à retenir.

北駅から徒歩で15分ほどのところにあります。 路地にあったので、とても静かな場所でした。 またホテル内もとてもきれいで、フロントの方は英語で優しく対応してくださいました。 部屋は3人で泊まりましたが、広くもせまくもないちょうどよい大きさでした。 また洗面所がとてもおしゃれで気に入りました。 残念だったのが、ケトルがなかったので部屋でお茶が飲めなかったこととエレベーターがとても狭かったことです。 地下鉄の駅やスーパーも近かったので、立地的にもよかったので、またパリへ行く際は利用したいと思います。

Stayed at WHO in October 2011 and was very pleased. The location is not right next to the Louvre and Notre Dame, but that is definitely a pro since it is not a very touristy neighbourhood and restaurants nearby won't rip you off. It is within walking distance of Sacre Coeur and the Louvre and we even walked as far as the Eiffel Tower but that might […] be pushing it a bit. The metro is only a few blocks away, and it is quite close to Gare du Nord which is where the RER trains from CDG arrive. The hotel offers breakfast, but we found cheaper alternatives nearby with more citylife around them. When arriving, we asked if they could recommend a restaurant in the neighbourhood and given a flyer to a place called Flo. Based on the flyer, it looked quite touristy, but was definitely not. It was a really enjoyable experience, good food and nice people. The flyer also gave 10% off the bill, so I really recommend it. Only downside is that they charge for WiFi (10€) which is a bit greedy, but apart from that everything was really good. Læs mere

Kort veg fra Metro Bonne Nouvelle med masse små hyggelige cafèer og restauranter i nærheten. Ligger noe "bortgjemt" til, men har svært hyggelig betjening og bra comfort.

Hotellet är nyligen renoverat och vårt badrum hade hög standard. God frukost. Lugn läge utan störningar. Goda kommunikationer med 2 metrolinjer från station nära hotellet.

O Hotel é bem montando, com quartos amplos e novos. O Café da manhã é variado mas caro... por 13 euros dá para comer melhor e mais barato fora do hotel. A estrutura do hotel é toda boa, para um 3 estrelas. A parte negativa é a localização, que fica em uma ruela de uma parte feia (e suja) da cidade. O atendimento, por outro lado, é bom. Dieses Hotel ist Ideal, um einige Tage in Paris zu verbringen.Metro in der Nähe, sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar.Stilvoll eingerichteter Emfang.Sehr ruhig gelegen da in einer nebenstrasse.Sehr saubere Zimmer und super service.Einzig auf das nutzen des Internet ist in der heutigen zeit zu teuer!

Absolut empfehlenswertes geschmackvolles Boutiquehotel mit super Metroanbindung. Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt für entweder Paare oder Familien, die mehrere Zimmer brauchen

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de cet hôtel, la gentillesse et serviabilité de son personnel. Le calme est assuré après une journée de travail ou de shopping dans Paris. Deux stations de métro à proximité, très pratique. Le point négatif : 10 euros par jour pour un accès internet dans la chambre ( ou 25 euros ) les 3 jours, un peu cher !

Stort hotellrum med Parismått. Fint och rent. Det enda vi kunde komma på att vi var missnöjda med var att det var dåligt drag i hårtorken, men det kan man ju leva med. Promenadavstånd till både Notre Dame och Sacre Coeur, men om man inte gillar att promenera så låg tunnelbanan väldigt nära.

Bra beliggenhet i stille sidegate i Opera-distriktet, bare få minutters gange fra flere Metro-stasjoner (om enn ikke den mest sentrale linjen, så gikk det raskt å forflytte seg) og gangavstand (med trillekoffert) til Gare duNord og Est. Helt hyoppusset 4-sengs familierom var smakfullt og pent innredet med gode senger. Det var noe trangt men helt greit […] og praktisk. Det største minuset var frokosten som var dyr og ikke særlig god sammenlignet med kafeeer og bakerier i nærhet og som anbefales i sammenligning. Morsom og originalt innredet resepsjon med hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Kan trygt anbefales for et Paris-besøk. Læs mere

Hotellet er veldig liten, men er i meget sentralt beliggenhet. Rommet jeg var i var meget romslig, bra service. Den var derimot meget overpriset. Oppholdt meg i et rom sammen med tre andre med to sofasenger. Frokost var ikke inkludert i den nevnte prisen.

Charmant petit hotel à la décoration sortant un peu de l'ordinaire, la chambre mise à notre disposition était très agréable et suffisament spacieuse, la décoration originale et de bon gout. La salle de bain était également bien agencée, le tout dans un état de proprété impeccable. L'hotel est situé dans une petite rue, ce qui en fait un coin relativement […] calme. Très bien situé, à quelques mètres de rue plus animées donnant vers le blvd Hausman. Hotel à recommander...
