Price and location were right. Grounds and maintainance inside and out were above average....flowers blooming everywhere! Front desk friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well appointed with 2 Q beds and new, big, flat screen TV (room 301). Towels were not lush, but there were 4 of them, so no issues!

I've been staying at the Accent for several years and it's always a pleasure. The staff are helpful, rooms are tidy and shuttle is convenient. Plus, there's a great IHOP onsite. I'd definitely recommend the Accent Inn.

Got in really late from Cancun... the hotel was understanding and helpful. didnt have alot of hoops just a quick check in and off to sleep.

When we booked in Feb. 12 and 13th we had been told there would be long term parking. This was not the case. Our first room: t.v. screen giggles, the ice bucket was cracked, we had to stand on the bed to get the bedroom t.v. to work, coffee pot lid didn't fit and even the pen didn't work. I frequent the Accent Inn in Burnaby and the Hotel is immaculate. I spent one night at the Richmond Accent Inn several years ago and found it to be run down. They "renovated" the outside but the rooms are still tired. I don't mind paying extra for my 4 legged partner, but they better spend the extra on maintaINING THE PET ROOMS. tHIS PLACE IS STILL […] TIRED AND i DEFINITELY WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. Shuttle took 40 minutes to get to the airport for pick up. Night desk clerk was very nice; morning desk clerk seemed less than friendly. Heater/airconditioner was very loud all night. Room smelled musty. Will not stay there again.

Good accomodation. Shuttle service on the half hour so don't get there just after it has left! Cost us cab fare of $18 because it was cold and rainy.

The rooms are a bit worn down and it wasnt the cleanest. However, the beds were in good condition and comfortable. The biggest issue was the door which was difficult to shut. You had to slam it pretty good to get it to close which also meant that you heard your neighbors slamming their doors when they entered or left their rooms. The price was fair. It was a good value for the money. We had a cat with us so they put us in a pet room, which was very clean and did not smell. It is good that they put people with pets in separate pet rooms so that all the rooms in the hotel do not risk having animal odors. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. Excellent hotel if you need accommodation near the airport. Great shuttle, good rooms with all the amenities a traveller would need. Very helpful staff, courteous and professional.

This hotel is verry good for staying 1 night. Room is crean the shower water pressure is great!! Workes are nice!!

Above average two story motel. helpful staff. I needed to wash my motorcycle and they set me up with a wash rack and everything I needed. Has washer and dryers. Motel has passes for a first class gym a short walk away.

The hotel was comfortable, and conveniently located at Bridgeport road. The room had everything we expected for the price.

convenient to airport; safe area to walk at night to nearby restaurants. Wish I had time to try the hot tub! Very satisfied

The Accent Inn at Vancouver Airport has it's location going for it -- close to the airport and many fast food outlets. There was no coffee/tea available in our room. I think this should be mandatory ... costs little with great perks for customers. The ceiling in our room was in pretty bad shape. There were many large areas where the water leakage had […] caused major cracking. I think the maintenance of the ceilings is just as important as the rest of the room. Læs mere

The hotel is completely 100 % non-smoking-which means the room did not have any lingering smells. The hot tub is small, the water was very hot-I enjoyed it. The shuttle to and from the airport was great, and they will also shuttle you to the sky train. Good place for an overnight stay.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Accent Inns Vancouver Airport in Richmond. We first book in for 3 nights and then onto another hotel (Delta) for 5 nights.Here at accent inns you get free internet and free hotel parking. At the Delta you will pay 11.95 a day for internet and 14.95 for hotel parking a day.I did not see that when i booked […] the hotel,but sure found out when you read the small print.Called and cancelled my reservation with no problem and stayed at accent inns for the remainder of our trip.The 2 queen size beds were very comfortable and a good size clean room each day. Wonderful setting with trees around, within minutes bus ride to Aberdeen Center and skytrains. Convenient free shuttle to skytrain Bridgepoert station and airport. Bedding was comfortable and clean, and housekeeping was good. Indian restaurants with 10 minutes walk. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I'll come back again.

I have stayed at a few accent inns now. They are always clean, comfortable and well priced.

Room smelled of old cigars and cigarettes. Non smoking room but clearly people had smoked in it. Old, dingy, very noisy. Guess prices and quality do not go hand in hand in BC. You get the crappy places to stay even though it is not cheaper. Yikes.

Good location but many issues- Carpets were old/worn/felt dirty (where you don't want to go barefoot on them). Beds and comforters were a bit old, mattress was comfortable, but the midlayer blanket had two cigarette burn holes in it... Sink had some places where it was damaged and the white had worn off. Great hotel. Had no issues checking in, or finding parking. The service was good overall. I will stay here again.

I arrived late at night, but the shuttle service from Accent Inns was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful, especially as the bathplug was broken and the man sent to fix it went out of his way to get another for me, after midnight. The bed was ery comfortable and the room was spacious. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel is okay. Small room but it's comfy inside. The hall way in the hotel though is dirty. There's coffee cup on the stairs and and cigarette buds. But aside from that it's nice.

very convinient last stop before taking a plane from the near by airport

5 min away from the airport, don't except great experience, but it is good
